By submitting the Topo Chico Partnership Request Form, I grant to Topo Chico Agua Mineral & Coca‑Cola North America, its representatives, contractors, and employees the right to take photographs and shoot video of me and my property in connection with the above-identified partnership opportunity.

I grant to Topo Chico Agua Mineral & Coca‑Cola North America, its representatives, contractors, and employees the right to use, edit, publish, and distribute photographs and videos taken by me, representatives, or contractors of the event producers in connection with the above-identified partnership opportunity. 

I authorize Topo Chico Agua Mineral & Coca‑Cola North America, its assigns and transferees to an irrevocable right to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that Topo Chico Agua Mineral & Coca‑Cola North America may use such photographs and videos of & by me & the event in conjunction with submitted request with or without my name or with or without the organizers name(s) and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media and web content.

If applicable, I will use best efforts to secure for Topo Chico Agua Mineral & Coca‑Cola North America the above necessary rights, permissions and authorizations from attendees and guests at the above-identified partnership
