1. Eligibility: Proud Sponsors of Scoring Seats Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and DC who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and non-employee workers, directors, owners, employees, and agents of The Coca‑Cola Company. (the “Sponsor”),Coca‑Cola bottlers, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), IfThen Digital LLC, the National Basketball Association (“NBA)” and each of its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., (“NBA Entities”), New York Islanders Hockey Club, L.P. and New York Arena Partners, LLC ,The Phillies, prize providers, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) and their immediate family (defined for the purposes of these Official Rules as: spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three [3] months out of the year) of each such individuals are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on December 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 17, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").  The Promotion consists of two (2) entry periods (“Entry Periods” or “EPs”), based on prizes awarded, as outlined below.

Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

3. How to Enter: You will need an Account (defined below) to participate. Sponsor will use the Account email address and other information for eligibility, notification, and/or fulfillment purposes if you are a winner, so be sure it is accurate and up to date. Each eligible entrant will be referred to herein as an “Entrant”.

Scan QR Code:  During the Promotion Period, visit a participating retailer, locate the Quick Response (“QR”) code on point-of-sale materials.  Scan the QR code included on the packaging with your web-enabled mobile device to be directed to the Website (defined below).

Participate directly via Website: During the Promotion Period, visit https://cokeurl.com/proud_sponsor_us (the “Website”). Follow the links and instructions to log into or create a Coca‑Cola Website account (“Account”). Once logged in, you will receive an entry (“Entry”). An Entry must be assigned to one of the four (4) Prize Buckets (each, a “Bucket” or “Buckets”) in order to be eligible for a chance to win a Bucket’s prize (and, if you are eligible, a prize based on the Zip Code on your Account). The Bucket categories are Sports, Theme Parks, Travel & Recreation, and Movies, and each Bucket will have a variety of prizes available. If residing in an eligible Promotion Zip Code (“Zip Code”), your Entry will be applied to all prize(s) in your selected Bucket associated with your Zip Code as well as prizes available to all Entrants. If you do not reside in an eligible Zip Code, your Entry will only be applied for a chance to win prizes in your selected Bucket available to all Entrants. You are able to assign one (1) Entry to one (1) Bucket per day and will also receive one (1) Entry into the Grand Prize drawing per day. Unallocated Entries expire daily. Message and data rates apply to use of mobile device. You may be charged by your wireless carrier for participating via mobile device. It is therefore recommended that you consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan BEFORE participating via mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

Limit: One (1) Bucket Entry, per Entrant, per day during the Promotion Period and limit one (1) Grand Prize Entry per Entrant, per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all Entries/by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders. 

4. Verification: ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE OR EVEN IF ENTRANT RECEIVES AN EMAIL MESSAGE SAYING HE OR SHE WON, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL PROMOTION WINNERS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

5. Random Drawings/Odds: Administrator will randomly select potential EP One winners on or around January 22, 2024. All potential EP Two winners will be randomly selected on or around February 19, 2024. Administrator will randomly select a potential Grand Prize winner in a separate drawing on or around February 19, 2024 from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning a Zip Code Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received per Zip Code for that Bucket. Odds of winning any other prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received per Bucket. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received overall. Administrator will conduct all drawings and their decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings.

Winner Notification: All potential winners of prizes at $600 or more will be emailed a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release, where legal (“Declaration”) which they will be required to sign and return within three (3) days of notification attempt in order to be confirmed as a winner or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner fails to return the completed Declaration within three (3) days, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant is deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected for that drawing. Return of notification/Declaration as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that drawing, up to three (3) alternates. If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the applicable prize will not be awarded.  Winners of physical prizes must provide a mailing address for prize fulfillment (NO P.O. BOXES) within three (3) days of notification via email. Winners of digital prizes under $600 will automatically receive their prize within 1-3 weeks from the applicable drawing date.

6. Prizes/ Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

Grand Prize: Two (2) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Sponsor-specified Flight Voucher and (250,000) IHG One Rewards points.* ARV $1,500.

Zip Code Prizes:

Prize Limit: Limit one (1) prize per Entrant for the Promotion Period.

For All Prizes: No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by any winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes include only the elements listed and may require additional travel to utilize prize (not included with prize). Ticket/lift tickets/Resort passes prizes do not include travel or accommodations. Equipment rentals are not included with any Mountain Resort prize. Terms and Conditions of Gift Cards apply; certain restrictions may apply. If prize is being sent by mail, once it is confirmed that the prize has been delivered to the winner’s provided address, the Sponsor is no longer responsible for the security of the prize and will be unable to replace the prize in the event it is stolen/damaged. Expiration dates may apply to all passes and tickets. Tickets may need to be used on date specified; seat assignments are Sponsor-specified.  If a winner brings a minor as a guest, it must be the winner’s child/charge. Tickets/passes may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting a ticket/pass prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket/pass and the venue. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending any event, winner and winner’s guest(s) voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Six Flags: The prize winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes and expenses associated with prize award, receipt and use not expressly specified herein as part of the prize, including, without limitation, transportation costs, additional parking costs, lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, surcharges, other costs and expenses incurred by the prize winner and prize winner’s guest(s) in accepting the prize. Tickets expire 9/2/2024. All tickets are valid at any of the Participating Six Flags Parks. This Promotion is not sponsored by Six Flags. Accordingly, Six Flags expressly disclaims any and all liability in conjunction with the offering or conduct of the Promotion under any legal theory, including but not limited to the award of prizes in the Promotion.

Detroit Pistons: Limit one prize per person, no prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by prize winner. All prizes are non-transferable. All taxes and other expenses incurred in connection with any other aspect of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Any expenses not mentioned in the prize description will be the responsibility of each prize winner. Prize is subject to all Detroit Pistons Basketball Company, LLC ticket terms and conditions and any tickets provided as part of the prize shall be subject to availability; the location and specific game of such tickets shall be determined by Administrator.

The ticket is valid only on the date selected and printed on the ticket. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). 7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use Entrant’s name, statement, prize information, likeness, city and province/territory for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.

8. General Conditions: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Game Play. Game Plays become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants associated with potential winning/offer Game Plays may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Game Plays specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Game Plays, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Game Plays; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site/device, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Promotion, is a violation of the criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Promotion. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the prizes/offers claimed prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Game Plays. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Game Play or the operation of the Promotion or Website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and prize winners release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Game Play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize/offer awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize/offer-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize/offer.

9. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) he/she releases and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

10. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.coca‑cola.com/us/en/legal/privacy‑policy. The agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
