These Terms & Conditions of Entry relate to the ‘PEEL & BE IN TO WIN 1 OF 3 TRIPS TO SINGAPORE’ Promotion (the Promotion).

4. This Promotion starts at 12:00:01am on Friday 1^st May 2026 and ends at 11:59:59pm on Sunday 9^th August 2026 (Promotion Period).

5. The Prize pool consists of three (3) Prize categories which can be won during the Promotion Period (each a Prize). Breakdown is below:

HOW TO ENTER

6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase during the Promotion Period:

I. 1x 600mL, 1x 1.25L, 1x 2L or 1x 2.25L bottle of PET range products of ‘Coca‑Cola’, ‘Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar’ (not available in 2L), Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar Vanilla’ (not available in 600mL, 2L & 2.25L), ‘Sprite’, ‘Sprite Zero Sugar’ (not available in 600mL, 2L & 2.25L), ‘Fanta Orange’, ‘Fanta Raspberry’ (not available in 2L), ‘Fanta Pineapple’ or ‘Fanta Grape’ (not available in 600mL, 2L & 2.25L) (Promotional Products) during the Promotion Period from any participating retail outlet in Fiji;

II. Peel the label to check the Unique Code;

III. Scan the QR code on the back of the label or visit https://cokeurl.com/uplift-FJ ;

IV. Follow the prompts to the Fiji promotion entry page;

V. Input the requested details including first name, last name, address, mobile phone number and unique code;

VI. Submit the fully completed entry form;

VII. Upon submitting the fully completed entry form on the Fiji promotion website, individuals will be notified immediately on screen;

VIII. Check your eligibility to enter (refer to clause 13 of these terms and conditions);

IX. One Unique Code = One Entry (into the Fiji promotion only);

X. Standard data charges apply.

QUALIFYING ENTRY

There will be no communication or specially marked promotion details on the front of the label or on pack printing, however, there will be instructions and a unique code on the back of the label of the Promotional Products.

7. The message on the back of the label will include a message of how to enter and a unique code.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

11. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

12. This Promotion is only open to individuals who:

a. Are 15 years or over at the start of the Promotion Period;
b. Are citizens of Fiji, living in Fiji, at the start of the Promotion Period; 
c. Are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this Promotion; and
d. Are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion during the promotion period.

14. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted individually through the website https://cokeurl.com/uplift-FJ and in accordance with entry requirements; (b) only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted; (c) the same unique code cannot be used more than once; (d) unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid; (e) a maximum of ten (10) entries per person per day is permitted; and (f) a maximum of twenty (20) prize wins per person for the Instant Win Notification Prizes throughout the Promotion Period is permitted, and a maximum of one (1) prize win per person for the Major Draw prize.

15. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, local identification card, place of residence and citizenship) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion when checking Eligible entrant criteria after each relevant draw is done. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

18. If you enter or attempt to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions of Entry or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), your entry may be disqualified from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

19. Any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promotion website, or the information on the Promotion website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

DETERMINING AND NOTIFYING WINNERS

20. All valid entries received will stand a chance to win in the Instant Win Notification Prizes during the Promotion Period (see table in clause 21 below). In addition, all valid entries received throughout the Promotion Period will stand a chance to win one (1) of the three (3) Major Draws prize (as outlined in clause 22)

21. There will be fifty (50) winning timestamps randomly distributed every day from Monday 01 May 2026 to Saturday 8 August 2026 and one hundred and one (101) winning timestamps randomly distributed on Sunday 9^th August throughout the Promotional Period between 12.00am and 11.59:59pm everyday (see dates in table below) to award our Instant Win Notification Prizes.

Below is a breakdown of the daily Instant Win Notification Prize periods:

22. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will go into the three (3) Major Draws conducted throughout the Promotion Period to award 1x Major Draw prize winner in each draw. The first valid entry drawn on a Draw Date from the pool of entries received during the Promotion Period will win a Major Prize. Below is a breakdown of the Major Draws:

23. The weekly Instant Win Notification Prizes will be randomly allocated with winners verified and notified instantly throughout the Promotion Period.

24. Every visitor to https://cokeurl.com/uplift-FJ, throughout the Promotional Period, will be prompted to enter their unique code, contact details, and confirm their eligibility (as outlined in clause 13). The Promoter will confirm eligibility criteria is met prior to awarding the prize.

25. If a Prize is unavailable, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize of equivalent value and specification.

26. If all the Instant Win Notification Prizes have not been awarded by the end of each week, the unawarded Prizes will be rolled over and entered into a second chance Prize draw, where all entrants that have entered a code over the course of that week will be eligible to win. The second chance Prize draw will occur weekly, with the first draw occurring on Monday 11 May 2026 and the last second chance draw occurring on Tuesday 11 August 2026.

27. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winners of each Instant Win Cash Prize and Major Prize within 7 business days (Monday to Friday) after the relevant Prize draw, by the telephone number that he/she provided on entering this Promotion. 

28. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner(s) of a Prize after a period of 7 business days (Monday to Friday) following the relevant Prize draw, having made reasonable efforts to do so, that winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to randomly draw new winner(s) of that Prize from the Eligible Entrants on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.

29. Winners’ names will be published on the Coca‑Cola Fiji Facebook page and the website https://cokeurl.com/uplift-FJ within 14 business days of the Instant Win Notification Prize draw.

30. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect, illegible, or inaccurate information submitted on the entry.

31. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

INSTANT WIN NOTIFICATION – DAILY CASH PRIZE OF $500 FJD

32. There are one-hundred and one (101) cash Prizes of $500 FJD to be won within the Promotion Period.

33. Prize winner(s) will have 7 business days from when a representative of the Promoter contacts them to, email or send a clear copy of their valid photo identification to redeem their Prize. If any Prize winner does not present this information to the Promoter by this deadline, that Prize winner will forfeit their Prize and the Prize will be awarded to another Eligible Entrant randomly drawn from the remainder of the qualifying entries.

34. The $500 FJD Prize will be paid by either:

I. Direct credit into the winner(s) bank account within 15 business days of submission of their bank account details and valid photo identification in accordance with this clause; or
II. Direct credit into the winner(s) M-PAISA mobile money service platform account provided during the promotion entry submission by the winner within 15 working days of submission of their valid photo identification in accordance with this clause.

35. The transaction cost for accessing the Prize money will not be covered by the Promoter.

36. Where the Prize winner is between the age of 15 to 18 years the Prize may, in the Promoter’s discretion, be paid to the Prize winner’s legal parent or guardian should the Prize winner not have its own bank account or mobile money setup. 

37. Any Prize that is not claimed as directed will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable if you are unable to claim your Prize within the stipulated time. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

38. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries or communications.

INSTANT WIN NOTIFICATION – 15GB DIGICEL DATA PASSES

39. There are five thousand (5,000) Prizes of 15GB Digicel mobile data passes to be won within the Promotion Period.

40. Prize winner(s) will be notified instantly of their win on the promotion website. A message displaying the voucher number will be displayed with instructions to redeem. To redeem, Prize winners(s) will need to activate their data with a valid Digicel Fiji pre-paid mobile number by entering the supplied voucher number on the promotional website. To redeem, winners will have to dial *121*VoucherNumber# on their valid Digicel Fiji pre-paid mobile number.

41. The transaction cost for activating the Digicel Fiji data pass will not be covered by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for providing the winner with a Digicel SIM card.

42. The Prize will be valid for a period of 7 days from the time of activation by the winner on the Digicel Fiji network.

43. Any Prize that is not claimed or activated on the Digicel Fiji network by Monday 31^st August 2026 will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable if you are unable to claim your Prize for any reason or within the stipulated time. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

44. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries or communications.

MAJOR DRAW – TRIP FOR 3X TO SINGAPORE WITH $3,000 FJD SPENDING MONEY

45. The Prize is a trip to Singapore for the Major Draw winner and a companion, who must be a Fiji citizen living in Fiji and be 21+. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash. 

46. . Winners must be available for travel on dates to be confirmed by the Promoter between 9^th July 2026 until 14^th October 2026. Flights are from Nadi, Fiji, only. Winners must make their own way to Nadi International Airport to be eligible to take up this prize.

47. Prize winner(s) will have 7 business days from when a representative of the Promoter contacts them, to email or send a clear copy of their valid photo identification to redeem their Prize. If any Prize winner does not present this information to the Promoter by this deadline, that Prize winner will forfeit their Prize and the Prize will be awarded to another Eligible Entrant randomly drawn from the remainder of the qualifying entries. 

48. The Prize includes:

I. 4 (four) nights’ accommodation in hotel accommodation in a twin share room (2x single or 1x double bed, subject to availability) (as determined by the Promoter) for the winner and their companion.

II. 2 return economy class flights (including airfare taxes and checked baggage) from Nadi International Airport to Singapore.

III. Return airport to accommodation transfers for two in Singapore.

IV. $3,000FJD spending money for the Winner only.

V. The Promoter will pay all airline taxes, fuel surcharges, levies and ticketing taxes payable at time of booking.

49.Total prize pool estimated value is $10,000FJD.

50. Additional transfers to those specified and any Ground Operator Handling Fees are not included. Selection of airline, departure times and accommodation venue is at the Promoter’s discretion at the time of booking. Airline travel, airport transfers and accommodation are subject to the relevant supplier’s standard terms and conditions and the Promoter will not be liable for any act or omission of any third party providing those services. The Promoter has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the acts, omissions, or decisions of any airline, accommodation provider or travel operator.

51. If any part of the Prize from the listed above is unavailable, impractical or cannot be reasonably delivered due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value.

52. The Prize winner and their nominated companion must hold a current and valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity at date of travel and be able to redeem the Prize travel period on dates to be confirmed by the Promoter between 9^th July 2026 & 14^th October 2026 to enter this Promotion. If a Major Draw winner is under 18 years, the Major Draw prize will only be awarded subject to the Promoter receiving written consent from the winner’s parent or legal guardian of the minor’s participation in the promotion and consent to international travel.

53. Any Prize that is not claimed as directed will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable if you are unable to claim your Prize within the stipulated time. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

54. For the avoidance of doubt, any travel provided by the Promoter requires that the winner and their companion make their own way to and from Nadi International Airport, including any domestic travel within Fiji required.

55. The winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, drinks, laundry charges, activities (unless specified), car hireage, hotel incidentals and in room charges, service charges, gratuities and additional taxes. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other travel and prize related expenses become the responsibility of the winner and their companion.

56. Any costs for changes made by the winner to the Prize after it has been booked must be paid by the winner. The winner will be required to present a valid credit card when checking in to the accommodation.

57. Prior to being awarded the Major Draw Prize, the winner and companion will be required to:

I. show proof of their identity, age and parental consent where required and;

II. to the fullest extent permitted by law, sign a “Participation Agreement” in the form required by the Promoter, confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions relating to the Prize and releasing the Promoter, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.

58. If the Participation Agreements are not signed by the winner and their companion and returned to the Promoter within 5 (five) business days of receiving the Participation Agreement documents, the Prize will be forfeited and redrawn. Winners will be given a reasonable opportunity to review and consider the Participation Agreements before signing.

59. The winner and their companion take the Prize entirely at their own risk and will be responsible for complying with all laws and requirements relating to the use of the Prize. Any failure by a winner and their companion to comply with the conditions imposed by the Prize supplier(s) may result in the Prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability to the Promoter or the Prize supplier(s).

60. If the winner and/or their companion are unable to take the Prize, due to any illness or personal circumstances beyond the winner’s or their companion’s control, the winner must immediately notify the Promoter. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, allow the winner to nominate another person or persons to whom the Prize can be transferred and the Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to transfer the Prize accordingly. Any costs associated with the transfer of the Prize in accordance with this clause will be the responsibility of the winner and their companion. The Promoter will not be liable if any part of the Prize is unable to be transferred to the person nominated by the winner.

61. If, in relation to any aspect of the Prize, the winner (or the companion), in the opinion of the Promoter, is intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behaves aggressively or offensively, or behaves in a manner which (a) may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, (b) is contrary to law or (c) is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel or restrict the winner (or the companion) from participating in any elements of the Prize, at its reasonable discretion.

62. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to ensure that they have full and correct travel documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, vaccination passes and required driver’s licences, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities in Fiji and at the destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their companion.

63. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to meet any health and safety requirements applicable to the Prize (for example, in relation to COVID-19), including (but not limited to) obtaining any pre-departure tests or checks, or any other requirements, such as performing and returning negative COVD-19 tests, as may be requested by third parties from time to time.

64. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries or communications. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.

65 Without limiting clause 68, the promoter shall not be liable for any change, delay, postponement, unavailability or cancellation of travel arising from airline or travel provider operations, fuel shortages, fuel price increases or surcharges =, governmental or regulatory actions, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Any additional costs, fees, taxes, levies, or fuel surcharges imposed after the Prize has been awarded shall be the responsibility of the winner.

GENERAL

67. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

68. If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity, conduct or operation of this Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to act of God or act of Government; any act of a public enemy, war, civil unrest, or act of military authority; fire, flood, earthquake, landslide, or other elements of nature; any strike, lockout or other labour dispute; any act of a third party engaged in terrorist activity or sabotage; vandalism; tampering; power failures; computer bugs or viruses; unauthorised intervention; fraud or technical failures or any pandemic) the Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

III. to disqualify any entrant; and/or

IV. to modify, extend, suspend, terminate or cancel; this Promotion (including withholding and/or removing any Prize). 

V. The Promotor will place a public notice on the website https://cokeurl.com/uplift-FJ ,
to communicate any such changes to the promotion in such instances.

69. Any person suspected of cheating in the opinion of the Promoter through the manipulation of entry, creation or use of software to aid in multiple entries and otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any way fraudulent, in the opinion of the Promoter, will be removed from this Promotion and damages may be sought.

70. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or illegible entries, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for system failures at the handling house, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telecommunications network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any telecommunications network, or any other error or malfunction. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.

71. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.

72. Eligible Entrants personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter or it’s Promotion partner agency(s) to enable it to administer and promote this Promotion and the winners of any competition. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrants may not participate in this Promotion. All personal information provided by the winner will be held for the Promoter at Lot 1, Ratu Dovi Road, Laucala Beach Estate, Nasinu, Fiji or such other place as is notified to the Eligible Entrant on request. The personal information of Eligible Entrants may also be provided to others (including organizations outside of Fiji) assisting in the conduct of this Promotion, including the Promotion’s administrator, agencies and event coordinators, and to authorities that regulate the Promotion. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that they provide their consent for this to occur by participating in the Promotion. Eligible Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. A request to access, update or correct any collected personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the contact number set out below (refer to clause 77).

73. The Promoter reserves its right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry where reasonably required. You agree that you will be bound by such changes and that you will not hold the Promoter liable for any losses resulting from any such changes.

74. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.

75. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using his/her name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for the purpose of publishing the outcome of this promotion.

76. These Conditions of Entry are governed by, construed in accordance with, the laws of FIJI and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of FIJI.
