These Terms & Conditions of Entry relate to the “Be In To Win Your Share of $50,000 WST Cash”

The Promotion starts at 12:00:01am on 1 June 2026 and ends at 11:59:59pm on 8 September 2026 (Samoa Time, GMT+13) (Promotion Period). 
 

PRIZE DETAILS
The Promotion advertises a “Win Your Share of $50,000 WST Cash” prize pool. 
 

The prize pool available to be won is $ 50,000 WST, consisting of the following prizes: 

• One hundred (100) Instant Win Cash Prizes of $400 WST each (one awarded per day), (Instant Win Prize) totalling $40,000 WST
• Two (2) Grand Cash Prizes of $5,000 WST each (Grand Cash Prize), totalling $10,000 WST
   

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Purchase any Participating Product listed below from any participating retail outlet in Samoa displaying promotional materials for this Promotion
2. Peel the label to reveal the Unique Code printed on the back of the label
3. Scan the QR code on the label or visit https://cokeurl.com/uplift-ws
4. Follow the prompts to the Samoa promotion entry page
5. Enter the required details, including:

o First name
o Last name
o Mobile phone number (Samoa numbers only)
o Email address
o Unique Code

6. Submit the fully completed entry form 

• Upon submission, entrants will receive an instant on-screen notification advising whether they have won an Instant Win Prize
• One (1) Unique Code equals one (1) entry into the Samoa Promotion
• Standard data charges apply 
   

PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
The following PET products contain promotional labels with Unique Codes (Participating Products): 

• Coca‑Cola Original Taste: 600mL, 1.25L
• Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar: 600mL, 1.25L
• Sprite: 600mL, 1.25L, 2L 
• Fanta flavours: 600mL, 1.25L, 2L 

All Unique Codes are generated in Fiji and are recognised on the Samoa promotional website.

The following will be printed on the back of labels of Participating Products: 

ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is only open to individuals who: 

• Are 21 years or older at the start of the Promotion Period
• Are citizens of Samoa, living in Samoa during the Promotion Period
• Are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or agencies associated with this Promotion
• Are not an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child or sibling) of such an employee (each an Eligible Entrant).

Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 
 

DETERMINING AND NOTIFYING WINNERS
Instant Win Daily Prizes

• Instant Win Prizes are awarded via a backend instant win system based on predetermined winning timestamps
• A maximum of one (1) Instant Win Prize may be awarded per day
• Winners are notified immediately on screen at the time of entry

2 x Grand Cash Prize Draws

• Grand Cash Prize winners will be randomly drawn from all valid eligible entries received during the applicable draw period. The first valid entry drawn on each draw date will win the Grand Cash Prize.
• Draw details:

o Draw 1: Entries received from 1 June 2026 to 14 June 2026 – Draw on Friday, 19 June 2026
o Draw 2: Entries received from 15 June 2026 to 8 September 2026 – Draw on Wednesday, 9 September 2026

• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of their entry
   

PRIZE CLAIMING – INSTANT WIN DAILY PRIZES (400 WST)

• Winners must provide valid photo identification within seven (7) business days of notification
• If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner of a prize after a period of 7 business days following the first attempt to make contact, having made reasonable efforts to do so, that winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to randomly draw a new winner(s) of that Prize from the Eligible Entrants on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
• Payment will be made within fifteen (15) business days via:  

o Direct bank transfer, or
o Mobile money transfer (e.g. Vodafone MTala or Digicel MyCash)

• Transaction fees are not covered by the Promoter
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited
   

PRIZE CLAIMING –GRAND CASH PRIZES (5,000 WST)

• Winners must provide valid photo identification within seven (7) business days of being contacted
• If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner of a prize after a period of 7 business days following the first attempt to make contact, having made reasonable efforts to do so, that winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to randomly draw a new winner(s) of that Prize from the Eligible Entrants on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
• Payment will be made within fifteen (15) business days via bank transfer or mobile money transfer 
• Transaction fees are not covered by the Promoter
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited
   

GENERAL

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. Incomplete, indecipherable or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. Classification - Internal
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, local identification card, place of residence and citizenship) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion when checking Eligible entrant criteria after each relevant draw is done. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
4. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or telecommunications issues. 
5. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Eligible Entrants personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter or it’s Promotion partner agency(s) to enable it to administer and promote this Promotion and the winners of any competition. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrants may not participate in this Promotion. All personal information provided by the winner will be held for the Promoter at Lot 1, Ratu Dovi Road, Laucala Beach Estate, Nasinu, Fiji or such other place as is notified to the Eligible Entrant on request. The personal information of Eligible Entrants may also be provided to others (including organizations outside of Samoa) assisting in the conduct of this Promotion, including the Promotion’s administrator, agencies and event coordinators, and to authorities that regulate the Promotion. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that they provide their consent for this to occur by participating in the Promotion. Eligible Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. A request to access, update or correct any collected personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the contact number set out below.
6. If you enter or attempt to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions of Entry or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), your entry may be disqualified from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
7. Any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promotion website, or the information on the Promotion website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
8. If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity, conduct or operation of this Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to act of God or act of Government; any act of a public enemy, war, civil unrest, or act of military authority; fire, flood, earthquake, landslide, or other elements of nature; any strike, lockout or other labour dispute; any act of a third party engaged in terrorist activity or sabotage; vandalism; tampering; power failures; computer bugs or viruses; unauthorised intervention; fraud or technical failures or any pandemic) the Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law: 

I. to disqualify any entrant; and/or
II. to modify, extend, suspend, terminate or cancel; this Promotion (including withholding and/or removing any Prize).
III. The Promotor will place a public notice on the website - https://cokeurl.com/fiuplift to communicate any such changes to the promotion in such instances. 
 

9. The Promoter reserves its right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry where reasonably required. You agree that you will be bound by such changes and that you will not hold the Promoter liable for any losses resulting from any such changes.
10. Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes if they win a Prize. 
11. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Samoa, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Samoan courts.
