The Coca‑Cola Thank You Fund is returning this year for the 13th year with €200,000 in grants being made available to youth-orientated non-profit groups right across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The Fund has doubled in size this year as a result of a collaboration between the Coca‑Cola Company and its bottling partner Coca‑Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland. Through this investment in the Coca‑Cola Thank You Fund both the Coca‑Cola Company and Coca‑Cola HBC are coming together with a common mission to empower young people to drive positive change in their local communities through learning, inclusion, and sustainable development.
Launched in 2011 to mark The Coca‑Cola Company’s 125th anniversary, the Coca‑Cola Thank You Fund has granted a total of €1,365,000 to over 135 non-profit organisations across Ireland and Northern Ireland since it was established.
In 2023, the Fund will focus on one overall theme – Empowering Young People Through Learning, Inclusion & Sustainable Development.

Here is how to apply to the Coca‑Cola Thank You Fund in 5 simple steps.
1. Get up to date

2. Know your stuff
Look through our Thank You Fund FAQs and Terms and Conditions to make sure you have everything you need to know about the fund, our selection process and whether your organisation is eligible to apply.
3. Plan your answers
It is a good idea to review the application form questions before logging into the online system, so you know what information we will be requesting. As you progress through the online application form, you can save your draft answers and return to your application at a later stage if you wish.
4. Make it count
We want to hear all about your project. Have answers to these key questions in mind:
- Is your project going to have an impact on young people in your local area empowering and equipping them with skills and supports by engaging in models of innovative and inclusive practise under the three focus areas of learning, inclusion and sustainable development. If so, how many young people will it impact? They must be over 16 years old.
- Does you project fall under one or more of the Fund themes of empowering learning, empowering inclusion and empowering sustainable development
- Empowering young people at risk of low education attainment to access pathways to meaningful opportunities for the future, ensuring no one is left behin
- Empowering young people to challenge how they are currently engaging with the theme of sustainability in their lives through education, action and/or awareness buildin
- Empowering young people to engage in and promote inclusive practise in their community
- What exactly would you do with the funding if your project won? The more specific you can be, the better!
Make sure you answer the questions as fully as possible.
TOP TIP! Each question has a character limit next to it – this is the number of letters, spaces and punctuation marks allowed in the answer box. If you go over the limit, you will not be able to submit your form.
5. Tell us everything
You will need to make sure every question has been answered in order to submit your application. And remember – this is your chance to tell us why your organisation deserves funding, so tell us all about your project and what makes it special.
