Entrants and Exclusions | This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years or older (Eligible Entrant). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and their employees, and agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. |
Promotion Period | The Promotion begins at 9am NZST on 17 February 2025 and ends at 11.59pm NZDT on 23 March 2025. |
Entry | Eligible Entrants must: a) Purchase any Keri product in-store during the Promotion Period (online purchases excluded). b) Scan the QR Code on pack or head to https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/offerings/keri-pulp Complete the online entry form providing all the required details which may include without limitation: first and last name, and email address to go in the draw to win. By completing the Entry Method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry. |
Limit | Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: 1. limit of one(1) entries per person, per day during the promotion period. |
Prizes | There is one (1) $500 Prezzy Card Gift Card to be won during the Promotion Period. The Prize Prezzy Card expires two (2) years after issue date. Standard Prezzy Card terms and conditions apply to the use of the digital Prezzy Cards and must be complied with by the winners. For full Prezzy Card terms and conditions, go to www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash. The Prizes will only be delivered via email and each winner should allow up to 10 days from notification of their win for delivery of their Prize. The card can be used online like a Visa card anywhere in New Zealand. |
Prize Draw | The Prize will be drawn at 12pm on 24 March 2025. The winner will be notified via email within two (2) working days of the prize draw. |
Prize Winner Publication | The winners name will be published on the Promotional Website at the end of the Promotion Period. |
Standard Conditions of Entry
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as reasonably required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's reasonable discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.
- The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries that may occur for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
- Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. If an entrant enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), the entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion. The Promoter may, at its reasonable discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:
a. fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction;
b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
d. acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person in relation to the Promotion;
e. in the reasonable opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter;
f. breaches any law. - The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).
- The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. The Promoter will use and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Coca‑Cola Oceania Limited Privacy Policy that can be accessed by visiting https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/legal/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.
- Each winner has rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or Fair-Trading Act 1986. However, to the extent that it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the Prizes awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
- If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its reasonable discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law. Any cancellation, termination, modification, suspension or recommencement of the Promotion will be notified on the Promotional Website.
- If the Prizes are unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to applicable law.
- The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
- The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the winner winning the Prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice.
