MyCoke Promotion FAQs
MyCoke is an online Promotional Program making it easy for you to enter promotions for a chance to win epic prizes. To take part, simply enter a unique code from a specially marked pack and you’ll automatically go into the prize draw(s) for a to win! If you’re not already registered with MyCoke, simply register before submitting your unique code. Eligibility requirements and terms and conditions apply.

The promotion is open to residents of New Zealand who are 16 years old or older. Employees of the Promoter and Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners (New Zealand) Limited, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible.
We’re always looking for new ways to evolve MyCoke to give everyone the best possible experience. Some of the improved features include multi-factor authentication to ensure your account information stays up-to-date and secure, as well as password-less login options for added convenience. MyCoke will continue to have great promotions and epic prizes. It will still be easy to enter!
From the 9th of September 2024, your existing MyCoke account will automatically be deleted. If you want to enter to win prizes, you need to re-register at mycoke.co.nz.
Registration is simple - you will be asked to register by entering an email address and password. You must be 16 years of age or older and a NZ resident to register.
Yes, you will need to have an email address to register an account with MyCoke. You can register using your email address and create a password.
You need to purchase any specially marked 300mL, 420mL, 600mL, 1L, 1.5L, 2L, 2.25L PET bottle, 440mL can, 8, 18, 24 or 30 x 355mL can pack or 6 x 250mL can pack of ‘Coca‑Cola’, ‘Diet Coca‑Cola’ and ‘Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar’.
A unique code is made up of numbers and letters found on the product you purchased and is located on the back of the label of all specially marked plastic bottles, under the can tab on 440mL cans, or inside the carton of multi-can packs.
If you can’t read or unable to enter your code, please contact nzl.coke@ccep.com or coke@vml.com. Please keep your label with the unique code for proof of purchase.
Great news, each valid code enters you in all the prize promotions during the relevant promotion period.
You can enter up to 5 unique codes per day, between 12:00am and 11:59pm.
We limit the number of codes per day to ensure that everyone who is eligible to enter has a fair chance of winning.
You will receive an error message stating that you’ve reached your limit - but hold onto your unique code! You can come back after 11:59pm the next day to enter your code.
By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry per code.
To make it simple and easy to understand, we’re moving away from multiple entries per code. This means everyone will still have the same chance of winning. On specific promotions, multiple codes will be added. This will be communicated to all MyCoke members accordingly.
Entering a valid code automatically enters you into the prize draws available at the time. Instant win prizes are also available. Winners may need to keep their Promotional Packs as proof of purchase and may be required to provide them to claim a prize.
If you are a winner, you will be notified either on-screen after you’ve entered, or you will be contacted by email or phone depending on the prize you have won. Promotional periods and dates are available in the individual prize terms and conditions.
Winners will be notified according to the terms available on the prize-specific terms and conditions on the Program Website. For any issues or inquiries, you can contact the Customer Service nzl.coke@ccep.com or coke@vml.com. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.
If you have been notified as a winner on-screen or via email and haven’t received your prize or communications within 5 business days, contact coke@vml.com.
No, a member is only allowed to have one profile. Profiles created using automated devices or processes, or having multiple profiles will result in removal from the program.
You can cancel your account via your profile or by contacting nzl.coke@ccep.com. Cancellation will be effective within 30 days, after which no further communication will occur, and your account will be closed.
Your personal information will only be used for administering the promotion and awarding prizes. It will not be used for marketing purposes unless you opt-in during registration. You can view the promoter’s privacy policy https://www.coca-cola.com/privacy-policy on the Program Website.
Yes, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the program and Prize specific terms upon reasonable notice. Any changes will be posted on the Program Website and notified to members via email.
