Berry East Coast Fizz Mocktail

  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz blueberries
  • 3 torn leaves of mint
  • 2 oz fresh squeezed lemonade
  • 2 oz Topo Chico
  • 1 oz Panther Coffee espresso


  • Pour simple syrup into a chilled glass
  • Rip mint leaves into a mortar and pestle and mash together with the blueberries. Sift the mixture over the simple syrup.
  • Add fresh-squeezed lemonade
  • Incorporate Topo Chico and top with ice
  • Lay Panther Coffee espresso on top and enjoy the layering
  • Stir well and garnish with mint leaves and blueberries if desired
  • Enjoy!
