Orange Espresso Fizz

Orange Syrup:


  • 6 full oranges worth of peels
  • 2 full lemons worth of peels
  • 6 cups of raw sugar
  • 3 cups of fresh orange juice (no pulp)
  • 4 cups of water



  • Topo Chico
  • 1.5 oz cold brew concentrate
  • 10 g almond syrup
  • Fresh cherry or maraschino
  • Ice
  • 20 g cherry simple syrup

Orange Syrup:


  • Mix ingredients
  • Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes, add 6 g vanilla extract, mix, strain mixture



  • 40 g orange syrup
  • Add fresh double shot of espresso over the syrup and mix
  • Grab your 12 oz cup with ice; Fill cup half way with Topo Chico
  • Slowly pour espresso mix over top
  • Lightly stir
  • Let foam settle and add more Topo Chico if needed
  • Add shaved nutmeg on top and garnish with dehydrated candied orange slice
