Yuzu Sparkling Lemonade

            Ingredients:
 

  • 8 oz Topo Chico
  • 1kg jar of Yuzu citron tea marmalade
  • 2 oz lemon juice

            Instructions:
 

  • (Optional) Take the 1kg jar of Yuzu citron marmalade and blend entire with 4oz of hot water. Blend based on your preference for how much pulp you want in the drink. This will make plenty of yuzu concentrate for you to enjoy this drink multiple times. We recommend putting the remaining concentrate into a squeeze bottle.
  • Take 3oz of the yuzu concentrate, or straight from the yuzu jar, and mix with the 2oz of lemon juice.
  • Pour 8oz of Topo Chico into a cup of ice. Pour yuzu + lemon mixture over top of Topo Chico.
  • Garnish the drink with a dried orange.
  • We recommend drinking with a straw. Enjoy!
