Trinidad and Tobago — Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ACCEPT THESE RULES. 
 

1. Organizer & Sponsor

The promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by [Local Coca‑Cola Distributor, Trinidad and Tobago] (“Organizer”) and sponsored by The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation. This Promotion is valid only in Trinidad and Tobago and subject to local law. 
 

2. Promotion Period

Promotion starts [6th January 2026] 00:01 AM and closes [30th June 2026] 11:59 PM, local time. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered. 
 

3. Eligibility

  • Open solely to legal residents of Trinidad and Tobago, 18 years or older at entry date.

  • Minors (under 18) may participate ONLY with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must claim any prize on behalf of the minor and, in case of travel prizes, accompany the minor on the trip.

  • Employees, representatives, or agents of Organizer, Sponsor, their affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family or household are NOT eligible.

  • Prizes will only be awarded to eligible participants as described herein. Organizer reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age, and parental/guardian consent. 
     

4. How to Enter

  • Enter through the QR code on any promotional material of the SCORE WITH COCA-COLA Promotion OR enter directly via WhatsApp to +1868-328-2878 and follow the steps of entry.

  • Review and Accept our Terms and Conditions and then ENTER your Unique Code under the cap of any 591 ml. Bottle in Football Labels.

  • Once the CODE is entered, the participant will know whether they won a Prize or need to “TRY AGAIN,” also details on redemption / collection of prizes and next steps will be shared on a generic message to maintain transparency to the Participant.  

5. Entry Limits, Tampering & Technical Issues

  • Entrants may submit multiple different valid PINs, but each PIN may only be used once.

  • Organizers are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undelivered entries or for problems of any kind, including mechanical, human or electronic errors, or malfunctions, or for problems with mobile networks, internet connectivity, or loss/corruption of data.

  •  Any attempt to manipulate, tamper or interfere with the entry process or to commit fraud will result in immediate disqualification and potential referral to authorities. 
     

6. Prize Details

a) Instant Prizes 
Coca‑Cola and FIFA branded merchandise (such as sports bags, water bottles, cups, and similar items), awarded upon valid entry, as allocated by Organizer. Odds of winning depend on number of instant prizes available and rate of successful valid PIN submissions.

b) Grand Prize

There will be multiple Grand Prize Winners, but each package as a guide will be, as follows, One (1) trip for two people (winner and one guest) to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in the USA, including:

  • Two round-trip economy-class airfare tickets to and from Atlanta

  • Double-occupancy hotel accommodation for [number] nights  

  • Two tickets to a selected World Cup Match (match to be specified by Organizer)  

  • Ground transportation (as detailed by Organizer)  

  • Travel insurance (to a reasonable standard, at Organizer’s discretion)

  • Per diem allowance to be confirmed with the Local Bottling Partner (if applicable).

 

No cash alternative, transfer, substitution, or resale of Grand Prize is permitted. If winner or guest is unable or unwilling to travel, prize is forfeited.  
All travel must be completed on dates specified by Organizer; these are fixed, non-negotiable, and subject to change. 

7. Grand Prize Special Obligations

  • Winner and guest MUST each hold a valid US visa at time of draw and must prove this within five (5) business days of being notified. Failure to meet this requirement results in forfeiture; an alternate winner will be selected.

  • Winner and guest are responsible for complying with all travel, passport, health, and entry/exit requirements (including vaccinations or other health mandates). 

  • Winner and guest are responsible for their own taxes (if any), spending money, gratuities, and any costs not explicitly specified as being included. 

8. Winner Selection, Notification & Publicity

  • Instant prize winners receive on-screen or direct confirmation at entry.

  • Grand Prize winner selected randomly within the period of January – April 2026 to allow sufficient time to coordinate dates of travel for the confirmed Match etc.

  • Winners notified via telephone, SMS, and/or email (based on contact details supplied at entry).

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to reply to notification within [5] business days, prize is forfeited and an alternate drawn. 

  • Winner (and guest) may be required to participate in reasonable publicity for Organizer (including unpaid photos, interviews, and publication of name, likeness, and/or city of residence). By accepting a prize, winner grants such consent unless prohibited by local law. 

9. Taxation and Costs

Prizes may be subject to Trinidad & Tobago taxes, duties, or levies. Any such liabilities are solely the responsibility of the winner(s). 

10. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

As far as permitted by law, Organizer, its affiliates, and promotional agencies, their directors/officers/employees, are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or disappointment incurred as a result of participation or prize acceptance. 
Entrant indemnifies Organizer and Sponsor for any liability resulting from or connected to breach of these terms, illegal conduct, or misuse of any prize. 
Prizes are provided “as is”; no representation or warranty (express or implied) is made regarding quality/fitness. 

11. Right to Modify, Cancel, Substitute

Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control, or if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or functioning of the Promotion. 
If any prize (or any part thereof) is unavailable, Organizer reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. Any changes will be duly communicated on the Organizer's  website at www.caribbeanbottlerstt.com

12. Severability & Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. 
These terms constitute the full agreement; Organizer’s decisions on all matters are final. 
These terms are provided in English; if translated, the English version prevails. 

13. Data Protection

Personal information provided will be processed according to Trinidad & Tobago’s Personal Data Protection Ordinance and used solely for this Promotion, winner verification, and fulfillment. For detailed privacy policy, see Organizer’s website.

14. Complaints, Queries, & Jurisdiction

For questions or complaints, contact: 800-2653, during Monday through Fridays between the hours 9AM – 3PM. These terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, and all disputes are subject to the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
