Entrants and Exclusions

This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older (Eligible Entrant).

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and their employees, and agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.


Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12.01am (NZST) on 24/04/2026 to 11.59pm (NZST) on 28/06/2026, or until in game rewards run out, whichever is first.


Claim Instructions

To claim, you must, during the Promotion Period:

(a) scan the QR code on a New Zealand Fanta® pack or point of sale material; or visit the Website (fanta.co.nz);

(b) select the ‘Redeem in-game reward’ claim button; then either

(i) log-in to your New Zealand MyCoke account online; or

(ii) fill out and submit the online registration form to register for a New Zealand MyCoke account (R16), by providing all requested information;

(c) select your preferred ‘in-game reward’ (Reward) (subject to availability); and

(d) log into your Xbox/Battle.net/Activision account (as relevant to the Reward you have selected); and

(e) provide all other requested information to redeem your Reward.

For clarity, you must have or sign-up for an Xbox account (and have a console) to redeem your Reward. If you do not have an Xbox associated account, you will have the opportunity to sign-up on the relevant platform.

If your claim is successful, your chosen Reward will automatically appear in your Xbox account.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting a claim, including having the requisite photograph capability.

The Games listed above may contain mature content, including strong themes of violence, blood, gore and explicit language and are intended to be suitable for adults.

You are responsible for ensuring that you already have a valid Xbox/Battle.net/Activision account and game (as set out below) that corresponds to the Reward you have selected. 


How many times can I claim?

You can claim one Reward per game, per person, per calendar week, with a maximum total of 5 Rewards claimed during the Offer Period. For clarity, this claim limit applies regardless of how many entries you submit in the ‘Fanta Xbox 2026 Promotion’.

Additional In Game Reward T&Cs:

Rewards must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.

You can claim 1 Reward per calendar week (each calendar week being Monday to Sunday, during the Offer Period). You can return each week during the Offer Period to claim a Reward, subject to fulfilling the Qualifying Purchase requirement, successfully completing the Claim Instructions above and subject to the availability of any Rewards remaining;

You can claim a maximum total of up to 5 Rewards (A maximum of 1 Reward claim per game, per person, per Calendar Week)during the Offer Period;

For games that have multiple Reward types, you may select your Reward but will only receive up to 1 Reward per game;

You must have or sign-up for an Xbox account (and have a console) to redeem your Reward. If you do not have an Xbox associated account: you will have the opportunity to sign-up on the relevant platform; You must own or obtain the specific game title to be able to claim the relevant Reward for that game title; Additional in-game content will require the specific game title and may require game expansions, subscriptions, and/or gametime, all sold separately; and There is 1 Reward claimed per game, meaning you can claim one Reward for that game a total of 1 time.


How and when will successful claimants be informed?

Successful claimants will receive an on-screen notification confirming their Reward has been redeemed.


Collection and use of your personal information

The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the offer. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this offer, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside New Zealand including in places such as Australia and Singapore.

The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/legal/privacy-policy) includes information about:

(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and

(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

1 These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above. Information about rewards and how to claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By claiming, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Claim

2 Your claim must be received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control. You are responsible for your own costs associated with claiming. If you claim using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.

Rewards

3 Rewards and all elements of a reward must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in anyway by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit the reward or any element of the reward for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative reward as a substitute. Reward/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including validity period/s.

4 You are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the reward, including mobile or data plans, costs associated with ongoing use of the reward, etc.

5 The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a reward.

General

6 Any material failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by the reward supplier(s) may result in the reward being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the reward supplier(s).

7 You must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the reward. If you do not sign, your claim will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a reward.

8 If you or your claim are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially your claim (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your claims) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your claims and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

9 You must not:

(a) tamper with the claim process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the claim process);

(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the offer;

(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;

(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this offer;

(e) breach any law; or

(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

10 The Promoter is not liable for reward claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

11 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this offer or claiming a reward, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this offer is final.

12 Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all rewards (and elements of rewards) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The reward values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in reward value. You agree that if a reward (or element of a reward) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

13 If this offer cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the offer or disqualify affected claims/claimants, subject to any necessary approval by the New Zealand gaming authorities.
 

Standard Conditions of Entry

1. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.

3. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

4. Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. If an entrant enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), the entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:

a. fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;

b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;

c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

d. acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;

e. in the opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter;

f. breaches any law; or

g. behaves in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

5. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).

6. The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. The details of winners will be held in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Oceania Limited Privacy Policy that can be accessed by visiting www.coke.co.nz/mycoke/privacy-policy . The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.

7. Nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or Fair-Trading Act 1986.

8. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable or running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law.

9. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law)

10. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the winner winning the Prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice.
