TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PROMOTION
1. The Promoter of this Promotion is Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Limited, The Oasis, 19 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland (“Promoter”).
2. Information regarding prizes and how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). Entry into the Promotion is deemed as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3. You must be a New Zealand resident and aged 16 years or older to enter.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency and participating store associated with the Promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are ineligible to enter. The Promoter’s decision as to eligibility will be final.
HOW TO ENTER
5. The Promotion begins at 12.00am on 3 November 2025 and ends at 11.59pm on 28 December 2025 (Promotion Period). No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period.
6. Buy any Most Organic Juice during the Promotion Period, from a participating restaurant or bar (identified by the display of in-store promotional materials) (Qualifying Purchase), collect your entry card from the counter and scan the QR code located on your entry card and enter the unique code to enter online. The QR codes links to this URL: https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/brands/most/canopy-camping-promo. Entrant must enter the code mentioned on their card as part of the online form. Failure to complete all sections of the entry form may result in the entry being declared invalid.
7. One (1) Qualifying Purchase equals one (1) entry. You can only enter each unique code once. Fill in a separate online entry form for each Qualifying Purchase. Although multiple entries per person are permitted, entrants cannot submit more than one entry for each Qualifying Purchase. Each participant is limited to five (5) entries per day.
8. Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period. Your entry is deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter’s database.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical or network malfunctions, failures, or delays that may prevent an entrant from successfully submitting an entry.
11. You are responsible for your own data charges associated with entering into this promotion.
12. Customers are not required to retain physical or digital receipts for the products.
PRIZE DETAILS
13. Each winner will receive a Canopy Camping Escape package which includes a NZ$1,500 Canopy Camping Voucher and NZ$1,000 spending money (Prize).
14. There are 8 Prizes in total, with each Prize valued at NZ$2,500. The total Prize pool value is NZ$20,000.
15. Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize throughout the entire Promotion Period. If an entrant wins a Prize in any given week, they will be excluded from winning any further Prizes in subsequent weekly draws.
16. Winners will be drawn on a weekly basis on a Monday over eight (8) weeks by random selection from all valid entries. The first winner draw will occur on Monday 10 November 2025 and the last winner draw will occur on Monday 29 December 2025. The first valid entry drawn randomly each week from the entries received in the relevant week will win the Prize.
17. The winners will be notified via the email address they used to enter within ten (10) days of the draw. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 working days after the first attempted contact, his/her Prize will be forfeited and redrawn and awarded to another eligible entrant on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
18. The winners drawn on Monday 22 December 2025 and Monday 29 December 2025 will be contacted on Thursday 8 January 2026 due to the statutory holiday period.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
19. The winners have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. These Terms and Conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the Prize awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
20. The $1,000 NZD spending money component of the Prize will be paid to the winner as a direct credit transfer to the winner's nominated bank account, at least 1 week before their booked Canopy Camping trip, provided that the winner has provided all requisite account/contact details.
21. The Canopy Camping Escapes Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date it is issued by Canopy Camping. The booking(s) must be made by the winner within this timeframe; however, the stay itself can fall outside the 24-month period.
22. The Canopy Camping Escapes Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
23. These Terms & Conditions sit alongside those set-in place by Canopy Camping, which can be found on www.canopycamping.co.nz/gift-vouchers.
24. If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
GENERAL
25. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
26. Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. If an entrant enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), the entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:
(a) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;
(b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
(c) submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(d) acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
(e) in the opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter;
(f) breaches any law; or
(g) behaves in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
27. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).
28. The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. The details of winners will be held in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners Privacy Policy that can be accessed by visiting Privacy policy | New Zealand. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.
29. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable or running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law.
30. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law)
31. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the winner winning the Prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice.
