Entrants and Exclusions
This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years or older (Eligible Entrant).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and their employees, and agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Promotion Period
The Major Prize (ASB Classic Men’s Final Double Pass) promotion begins at 12.00am on 5 January 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 14 January 2026.
The Minor Prize (Schweppes Summer Prize Packs) promotion begins at 12.00am on 5 January 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 17 January 2026.
Entry
Eligible Entrants must:
a) Scan the QR Code displayed on the POS material around the activation.
b) Complete the online entry form providing all the required details which may include without limitation: first and last name, and email address.
c) The major winning entry will be drawn and contacted on Thursday 15 January 2026.
d) The minor winning entries will be drawn and contacted on Tuesday 20 January 2026.
By completing the Entry Method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.
Limit
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
- limit of three (3) entries permitted per person per day;
- limit of one (1) prize permitted per person; and
- each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above and each entry meets these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes
The Major Prize is one (1) double pass (both attendees must be 16+) to the ASB Classic Men’s Final at ASB Tennis Arena in Auckland on 17 January 2026 (RRP NZ$314). Plus $500 spending money for the winner only. Total prize pool is NZ$814.
The double pass will be sent directly to the winner's email within 24 hours. The spending money will be sent to the winner’s nominated bank account prior to 17 January 2026.
There are five (5) minor prizes to be won. Each prize is a Schweppes Summer Prize Pack, which includes a Schweppes branded cooler bag, a cocktail set, and a Schweppes 6-pack of mixers, with an estimated total value of NZ$88.77. Total prize pool value is NZ$443.85.
Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize across the entire Promotion. Any entrant drawn as the winner of the Major Prize (ASB Classic Men’s Final Double Pass) will be ineligible to win a Minor Prize. If the same entrant is drawn for both, the Minor Prize will be redrawn.
The Prizes cannot be used or exchanged for any other products or redeemed for cash.
Prize Winner Notification and Delivery
The one (1) major prize winner will be determined by a random electronic draw from all valid entries received in the promotion by 15 January 2026.
The five (5) minor prize winners will be determined by a random electronic draw from all valid entries received in the promotion by 20 January 2026.
To redeem the prize, winners must follow the instructions sent to them via email. The Promoter takes no responsibility for errors in email address whilst entering the Promotion.
The major prize - Men’s ASB Classic Men’s Final Double Pass tickets will be shared via email and the $500 NZD spending money component of the Prize will be paid to the winner as a direct credit transfer to the winner's nominated bank account, at least 1 day before the Men’s Final, provided that the winner has provided all requisite account/contact details.
The minor prizes - Schweppes Summer Prize Packs will be shipped out to the winner’s address once the winner has been verified and a residential address has been supplied. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to have the Prize delivered to the winner within 21 working days of being notified of the winner's residential address.
Notification
The winner will be notified by VML NZ (Coca‑Cola Europacific’s shopper agency) by telephone and/or email, using the contact details they registered with for their MyCoke account.
Unclaimed Prizes
In the event the major winner cannot be contacted, (that is, cannot be reached by telephone and/or does not respond to email) within 24 hours of the prize draw, a winner will be redrawn on the same terms as the original draw. This process will continue until a winner is able to be contacted.
In the event a minor winner cannot be contacted, (that is, cannot be reached by telephone and/or does not respond to email) within 5 working days of each prize draw, a winner will be redrawn on the same terms as the original draw. This process will continue until a winner is able to be contacted.
Standard Conditions of Entry
1. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as reasonably required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's reasonable discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.
3. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries that may occur for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
4. Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. If an entrant enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), the entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion. The Promoter may, at its reasonable discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:
a. fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction;
b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
d. acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person in relation to the Promotion;
e. in the reasonable opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter;
f. breaches any law.
5. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).
6. The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. The Promoter will use and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Coca‑Cola Oceania Limited Privacy Policy that can be accessed by visiting www.coca-cola.com/privacy-policy . The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.
7. Each winner has rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or Fair-Trading Act 1986. However, to the extent that it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the Prizes awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
8. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its reasonable discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law. Any cancellation, termination, modification, suspension or recommencement of the Promotion will be notified on the Promotional Website.
9. If the Prizes are unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to applicable law.
10. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
