Rehearsal for the Christchurch show is on Friday 28 November at Hagley Park and rehearsal for the Auckland show is on Friday 12 December at the Auckland Domain. Both rehearsals start at 7.30 pm and finish at approximately 10.00pm

If the weather is too severe for the show to be held, the event will be cancelled. Cancellation will be announced on 92.1FM Canterbury and 91.8 Auckland and through social media.

There is a designated area at the front left-hand side of stage for disabled people.

Yes, there are drop off points on the night of the events. Specific details for drop off points and street closures will be clearly marked on the site maps on  www.christmasinthepark.co.nz from mid-October 2025

Applications to audition for Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park 2025 are now closed and the final cast list for the Auckland and Christchurch shows has been selected.

Auditions for next year’s show will open late April 2026. Watch the website at that time for more information. www.christmasinthepark.co.nz

Applications for food vendor concessions are closed for 2025.  Applications for next year’s shows will open in May 2026.  More information will be available on the website www.christmasinthepark.co.nz at that time.

Please note Coca‑Cola Food Fest only accepts food trucks/trailers. Temporary structures such as marquees, trestle tables, etc. are not permitted in this area.

We have preferred suppliers contracted for all production requirements.

We have existing relationships with local groups who have been engaged to cover volunteer roles for fundraising purposes.

We do not have carnival rides on offer at our show.

The Coke Food Fest area is for approved food concessions only. No other vendors or collectors are permitted at Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park.

Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park is a FREE community event. You do not need a ticket to attend

The event involves large crowds, loud music, and a fireworks finale so best to leave your dog at home.

You are welcome to bring your own picnic, or you can buy delicious food from one the many food vendors at the Coca‑Cola Food Fest. Check out the selection online from mid-October at www.coke.co.nz/christmas-in-the-park/foodfest

You’re welcome to bring low camping or beach chairs but please be considerate of people behind you.

Temporary structures such as marquees, trestle tables, etc. are not permitted on the parks.

Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park held at the Auckland Domain is an alcohol-free event.

Concert goers are permitted to bring alcoholic beverages to Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park in Hagley Park Christchurch.

This area is unavailable to the general public.

The secured area directly in front of the stage is unavailable to the general public.
