Winner must present the following at any SM Tickets outlet:
- Message from 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, or Lazada with the unique code. Screenshots are NOT allowed, winner must present code directly from their device for security purposes.
- Valid ID of winner
A representative may claim the tickets on winner’s behalf. Representative must present the following at any SM Tickets outlet:
- Printed authorization letter with name and signature from winner. Download the template here.
- Message from 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, or Lazada with the unique code. Screenshots are allowed, but authorization letter with name and signature from winner must be presented.
- Valid ID of representative
- Valid ID of winner
Ticket tiers are randomly assigned, but winners may choose their row and seat upon claiming.
Winners must claim their tickets on or before:
- AUGUST 31, 2024 - Lazada winners
- SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 - McDo & 7-Eleven winners
Unclaimed tickets after this date will be forfeited.
Minors 14-17 years of age must present a waiver form signed by a parent/guardian upon entry to the concert. Waiver forms will be available at the venue or you may download them here.
Minors 13 years old and below MUST be accompanied by a ticket-bearing parent or guardian in the same section.
