Official Rules
Purchase of a Promo Qualified Product (as defined below) is necessary to participate and get a chance to win a Prize.
1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola FIFA, 2026 Offer (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of United Arab Emirates who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants who are under 18 years of age at the time of entry must have obtained verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian in order to participate. Employees and non-employee workers of Majid Al Futtaim Hypermarkets LLC, The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation, Dubai Branch, Coca‑Cola bottlers, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and those prize providers and agencies that are involved in the development or execution of this Promotion or any of its materials, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The Promotion is valid only in Carrefour outlets in the UAE.
2. Sponsor: The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation - Dubai Branch
Administrator: Coca‑Cola Al Ahlia Beverages Company L.L.C.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules including any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto. The decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. The Sponsor and/or Administrator may modify these Official Rules from time to time by posting the applicable terms and conditions on the Promotion Website, and shall use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of any material changes. The Sponsor and/or Administrator also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Promotion at any stage for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to regulatory requirements, force majeure, fraud, or technical impairment. Any such cancellation or termination shall not materially prejudice participants who have already entered the Promotion in reliance on the existing terms, save where the cancellation or termination is required by law or regulation. Successfully entering the Promotion and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein. These Promotion terms and conditions (“Official Rules”) will be hosted at https://cokeurl.com/carrefourfifa2026 (“Promotion Website”).
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 23rd April, 2026 and ends 4th May, 2026 or until stocks last, whichever is earlier (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor may alter the Promotion Period, extend, shorten or cancel the Promotion in its reasonable discretion, in accordance with updates to be published by the Sponsor and/or any of its representatives on Promotion the Promotion Website. Where reasonably practicable, the Sponsor shall provide advance notice of any such change.
5. How to Enter:
(a) Purchase a minimum of AED15 worth of any Promo Qualified Products. During the Promotion Period, you must purchase a minimum of AED15 worth of any promo qualified products “Coca‑Cola”, “Coca‑Cola Zero”, “Sprite”, “Sprite Lemon Mint”, “Fanta”, “Schweppes” and “Powerade” available for purchase only in Carrefour outlets across the United Arab Emirates (“Promo Qualified Products”), and then upload the Carrefour receipt evidencing a minimum spend of AED 15 on any Promo Qualified Products (“Receipt”) as proof of purchase onto the promo website portal. To access the promo website, you must either Scan the QR code on the promo displays or visit https://cokeurl.com/carrefourfifa2026, where you must register by creating an account (“Account”). OneXP Accounts are free, but subject to The Coca‑Cola Company terms of use available at https://www.coca-cola.com/ae/en/legal/terms-of-service (“Terms Of Use”). Upon uploading your Receipt as proof of purchase, you will automatically win one (1) Coke digital wallpaper as you complete the journey and will also automatically be entered into a raffle for a chance to win the Hero Prize, as defined below.
(b) Prizes:
- Fully paid trip to the FIFA World Cup 2026 match: Match 3 in Toronto on 12 June, 2026 ("Hero Prize")
- Digital Wallpapers (“Prize 2”)
(c) Uploading Receipts. Receipts are valid for one use only. You may purchase and upload one or more Receipts at any time during the Promotion Period; however, each Receipt can be used only once during the Promotion Period.
(d) Limits: Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same mobile phone number. A participant can win the Hero Prize, only once during the Promotion. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different mobile phone numbers, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. A participant can win Prize 2 any number of times (5 times per day). Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry/play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry/play, the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number used to enter/play will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized mobile number holder" is the natural person assigned a mobile phone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning mobile phone numbers. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being authorized mobile number holders.
6. Verification of Potential Winners: All potential prize winners are subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. An entrant is not a winner of any prize even if entrant receives a message Indicating that he or she won, unless and until entrant’s eligibility, and the potential winner’s identity have been verified and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Any entry that is received after the prize system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective entry, is void, and will not be honored.
7. Promotion Prize Selection and Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The Sponsor and Administrator shall be responsible for the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners, and their decisions in this regard are final and binding. All participants using a valid Receipt will be eligible to win one of the prizes mentioned below, subject to these terms and conditions and the verification process set out in Section 6 above.
8. Prizes:
Each entrant to the Promotion shall be eligible to win any of the following Prizes:
(i) Trip for 2 to the FIFA World Cup 2026 — A total of three (3) winners shall be selected for the Hero Prize.
One (1) trip package valid for two (2) persons to travel to Toronto, Canada to attend and watch one of the FIFA World matches as solely chosen by the Sponsor/Administrator. The trip package includes: (1) one (1) air ticket per person for a round trip from Dubai to Toronto; (2) one (1) hotel room for two (2) persons for (4) four days, (3) three nights; (3) transportation from hotel to the FIFA World Cup match location and to/from the airport for two (2) persons; and (4) two (2) tickets to attend and watch the FIFA World Cup match. Obtaining visa and visa clearance and all other countries specific local laws and regulation clearances is the sole responsibility of the winner, and all other expenses must be borne by the winner.
The draw will take place on 5th May, 2026 and winners will be contacted by a representative of the Sponsor or Administrator.
(ii) Digital Wallpapers
Prize Conditions and Restrictions:
The participant must be a resident of UAE. In the event that a participant is under 18 years of age as of the date of his or her participation, he or she must have secured written approval from his or her parent and/or legal guardian.
Save in respect of the Hero Prize (as set out below) No substitution, exchange, or transfer of a prize by any winner is permitted. Sponsor/ Administrator reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Hero Prize Conditions: A winner who wins the one (1) trip package valid for two (2) persons to the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Canada expressly acknowledges and agrees that his or her winning is subject to completing additional legal and travel documentation, parental or legal guardian clearance (where the winner is under 18 years of age), and securing the necessary travel permissions, including a valid passport and a visa to travel to Canada, for himself or herself and the person accompanying him or her. The winner further understands and agrees that he or she and the person accompanying him or her may be accompanied by chaperones from the Sponsor/Administrator. The Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify such trip at its sole discretion. A winner who is under 18 years of age must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian on the trip. The winner of the Hero Prize may transfer the prize to another eligible person, subject to fulfilling such criteria as may be set by the Sponsor/Administrator and subject to the transferee meeting the eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules.
The prize is conditional upon the winner and his or her companion each obtaining a valid visa to enter Canada no later than [10] days before the scheduled departure date. In the event that the winner fails to obtain a valid Canadian visa by the specified deadline, the prize shall be automatically forfeited in its entirety, with no substitute prize, cash alternative, or other compensation being payable by the Sponsor or Administrator. In the event that the winner obtains a valid Canadian visa but his or her companion does not, the winner shall be entitled to nominate a replacement companion, provided that the replacement companion meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules and obtains a valid Canadian visa by the same deadline. If the winner is unable to nominate a replacement companion who meets these requirements, the Sponsor/Administrator shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether the trip shall proceed for the winner alone or whether the prize shall be forfeited in its entirety. In the event of forfeiture, the Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right, but shall not be obligated, to select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible participants. The Sponsor and Administrator expressly disclaim any and all liability for costs, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner or his or her companion in connection with the visa application process, including but not limited to visa application fees, medical examinations, document attestation, translation, courier charges, and travel to and from any embassy or consulate, regardless of whether the visa application is successful.
9. Data Usage and Privacy:
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor, Administrator and their designees will collect and process the following categories of personal data: name, mobile phone number, city of residence, and such other information as may be required to administer the Promotion and deliver prizes.
The personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes: (a) administering and operating the Promotion; (b) verifying eligibility and selecting winners; (c) delivering prizes to winners; and (d) where the entrant has given separate, express consent, contacting the entrant in connection with future promotions or offers from the Sponsor or Administrator.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant's consent for the Sponsor, Administrator and their designees to use the entrant's name, prize information, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable law and the Privacy Notice available at https://www.coca-cola.com/ae/en/legal/privacy-policy . Each entrant has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of his or her personal data, and to withdraw consent to the processing of his or her data at any time, by contacting the Sponsor. Personal data collected for the purposes of the Promotion will be retained, in line with our data privacy policy, following the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

10. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly-scheduled maintenance, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor/Administrator may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Promotion and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. The Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor/Administrator 's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Coca‑Cola Company, The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation–Dubai Branch, Coca‑Cola bottlers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each of them (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of registrations; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; (f) failure to award any component of a prize due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, travel bans, acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for legal fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If the Promotion has been discontinued for any reason, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, the Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
12. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Dubai; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor/Administrator in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of United Arab Emirates as applied in the emirates of Dubai, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of United Arab Emirates or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the laws of United Arab Emirates as applied in the courts of Dubai.
