TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

  1. You must be aged 15 years or older to participate. 
  2. Activity runs from 12.01am AEDST on 19 December 2024 to 11.59pm AEDST March 31st 2025. (the Activity Period). 
  3. To participate in the Activity, participants need to scan the QR code shown on the Kings Cross large format Out of Home display or enter via https://www.coca-cola.com/au/en/offerings/meetmeatthecokesign, enter their requested details and include their story submission. All story submissions will go through a screening process before being deemed valid for publication. For a participant to be eligible to have their story to be displayed on Coca‑Cola social media channels and our website, their submission must: 
    a. Adhere to the campaign guidelines 
    b. be submitted before the submission cut-off of 11.59pm AEDST on March 31st 2025. 
  4. First Review period of submissions: Between February 1st and February 28th.
  5. Second Review period of submissions: From March 1st to March 31st. 
  6. Once story submissions have been reviewed, participants will be contacted by a Coca‑Cola moderator if their story is considered for use.  The moderation team will reach out via the email address provided upon submission through the Coca‑Cola website.
  7. When a participant completes the process above, they authorise Coca‑Cola South Pacific Pty Ltd to display their story on Coca‑Cola social media channels and our website.  
  8. We will not produce a story that is illegal, obscene, derogatory, threatening, violent, scandalous, inflammatory, discriminatory (on any grounds), or would give rise to or encourage conduct which is inappropriate or illegal or which is otherwise unfit to be printed in Coca‑Cola South Pacific’s sole discretion.  Further, Coca‑Cola South Pacific may edit the story in its sole discretion, including removing surnames and any other personally identifiable information.
  9. Coca‑Cola won’t produce a story which is a 3rd party’s intellectual property or use a name that is clearly not yours, such as a celebrity’s name.
  10. We accept no liability at all for any loss (including claims, damages, injury, costs or expenses) which is suffered by you or anyone else for any reason in connection with this promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  11. If you do not comply with these conditions, we may take any items from you that you have created in breach of these conditions, and otherwise take action to protect our rights in our intellectual property and products.
