Malcolm Hudson - Chair

Malcolm Hudson is the former technical director of Coca‑Cola South Pacific. Malcolm joined CCAF with more than 42 years experience at Coca‑Cola, working across quality, product commercialisation and production services, before earning his place on various Coca‑Cola senior leadership teams throughout the globe. Malcolm has been Chair since 2016.

Anna Dear

Anna currently leads on community & sustainability partnerships for Coca‑Cola ASEAN & South Pacific. Anna’s background is in media, corporate communications and philanthropy, with a particular passion for corporate social responsibility and community investment. Starting her career as a news producer with Sky News Australia, Anna has since worked in both corporate and non-profit roles in Australia and London, including the AMP Foundation, the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and Cancer Council NSW. Outside the 9 to 5, Anna is Chair of The Sydney Street Choir Foundation Board and has been a monthly volunteer with Youth Off the Streets food van for over 15 years.

Melissa Thompson

Melissa is General Manager - Market Activation for Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners. She has over 20 years experience across Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners & South Pacific and has been fortunate to combine her passion for the environment & community with her professional achievements.  Her previous roles include Customer Sustainability Manager where she led the rollout of a national consumer recycling program & an energy efficiency initiative across our cooler equipment fleet. Melissa was also responsible for establishing our commitment to community through our major sponsorship partnerships including Europacific Partners' ongoing support of the Michael Long Learning & Leadership Centre in conjunction with the AFL & the NRL’s School to Work program.  

Sarah Burn

Sarah is Vice President of People & Culture at Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners and is responsible for leading the delivery of leadership, culture, talent and inclusion interventions across the Australian business. She has over 15 years’ experience as a Human Resources professional, gained across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Professional Services and more recently FMCG. Sarah holds a BA in Psychology and a Masters of Human Resources & Organisational Coaching. Sarah is passionate about inclusion and creating equal opportunities for individuals to thrive.  Through her role as a Vice President, she aspires to connect our employees with the work of the CCAF, and drive awareness of how our employees can make a meaningful contribution to our local communities.

Eli Braggins

Eli is the Tax Director for Coca‑Cola South Pacific, joining the company in late 2019. Eli has worked the past 15 years in both Australia and New Zealand in professional services, industry representation and inhouse roles advising clients in industries including; FMCG, property, finance and pharmaceuticals. Eli has a strong interest in community and environmental wellbeing supporting various charities over the years.
