Terms and Conditions

1. This Game (“Competition”) is organised by Coca‑Cola (“Owner”) Limited (registration no.) whose registered office is at Algeria Business Center Les Pins Maritimes El Mohammadia, Algiers, 16058, Algeria.
(“Promoter”).

2. The game is open to residents and citizens of Algeria of the age of 18 (eighteen) years or older, and in possession of a valid form of identification (Algeria  identity document or a passport) except any minor, employee, director, member, partner,  agent or consultant of the Promoter, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter and/or immediate family members of any of the above persons, its advertising agencies, advisors, dealers, suppliers and Bottlers of beverages identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to Coca‑Cola Company, its affiliates and/or associated companies.

3. By entering the game, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this game, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

4. The game is only valid within Algeria.  Participants must be within Algeria at the time of entering the game.

5. The Game begins on 07/05/2024 and ends at 31/12/2024. Entries received after the game Period will not be considered and will not be permitted.

6. The game will offer t-shirts, cups, snacking bowls, and board games to participants selected by random draw.

7. To participate in this game defined in paragraph 6 above, participants must do the following:

a. Scan the QR code appearing available on our activation stands to be redirected to the https://www.coca-cola.com/dz/fr/offerings/fanta-yummy-snacking-promotion  website, where the participant will have to register on the platform by indicating his/her last name, first name, Date of birth, and phone number.

b. By registering, the Participant will have the opportunity to be part of the draw that will select consumers who will win t-shirts, cups, snacking bowls, and board games.

8. The participants are obligated to behave responsibly and comply with these terms and conditions and all reasonable requests of the Promoter and the Promoters Agency.

9. Participants enter the game subject to the following:

a. The cell phone number used to enter this game must be owned and registered to that participant. No person can use another person’s cell phone number for the entry into this game. A participant who enters using a cell phone number that is not registered to that participant will be automatically disqualified.

b. A participant must not enter into the game using more than one cell phone number, regardless of whether the other number(s) are registered to the participant. This is to avoid fraud and allow for fairness.

c. If any entry was made in a manner which in the Promoters’ discretion provides a participant with an unfair advantage over other entrants, such a participant will be disqualified from this game.

d. Participants may enter this game only once.

10. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the game will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Promoter may require the participants to be identified, photographed and published in printed media, or to appear on radio and television or social media, each gamer will be given the opportunity to decline to the publication of their images and to participate in the Promoter’s marketing material in so far as it relates to the game.

12. This participation constitutes your express consent for the Promoter and their designees and the Promoter Agent to use your name, image, selection information, likeness and country of residence, and any other submitted Personal Information/data in the marketing activities related to the Promotion in any media without further consideration.

13. Entry into the game will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability: All participants , as the case may be, indemnify the Promoter, the Promoters agent, the Promoter’s advertising agencies, affiliates, advisors, nominated agents, partners, suppliers and bottlers of beverages identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to Coca‑Cola Company, its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this game (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of the Promoter). The Promoter, its associated companies or affiliates including their directors, officers and employees, agents and suppliers, shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, corrupted, incorrect, delayed or incomplete entries for any reason whatsoever which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be redeemed for any technical reason, delivery or other reasons. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any technical failure relating to the game that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. The Promoter shall not be responsible for entries not received for whatever reason. In no event will the Promoter be liable to participants for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses.

15. By entering the game, the participants agree that the Promoter and its affiliates (parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, Bottlers, agencies, and joint ventures) may contact the participants via email, social media platforms, SMS and other platforms to deliver marketing communications regarding their products and promotional activities subject to their prior express consent and the provisions of the law no. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data.

16. By entering this Competition, the participants consent expressly to the processing of their Personal Information by the Promoter and its affiliates (parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, Bottlers, agencies, and joint ventures) which may involve the transfer of same to third party service providers and partners of the Organizers in foreign jurisdictions. The Promoter shall adhere to the law no. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data in respect of the processing of the participants’ personal information and including any direct marketing or use of their image(s). Personal information collected from or about the participants or submitted by the participants will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy accessible at privacy-policy and that such use may include transfers to the Promoter’s affiliates and third party service providers in any country.

17. The Promoter may require players to complete and submit a non- Disclosure and Indemnity Agreement to enable the Promoter to ensure compliance with these regulations and Law 09-03 of February 25, 2009 on consumer protection and the repression of fraud.

18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel this game, or to edit or amend the terms and conditions at the Promoter’s discretion.

20. The Game and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Algeria and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algeria.
