Arnab Roy

Vice President, Marketing Coca‑Cola India and South West Asia

Arnab has been with The Coca‑Cola Company for more than 20 years with experiences in building brands with an integrated business mindset. He has built teams and led marketers across multiple geographies and cultures in Global and Regional roles. In his current role, Arnab leads the newly structured Marketing function for the India and South West Asia Operating Unit (one of the 9 Global Operating Units). He leads a team of five categories, human insights, integrated marketing experiences, digital marketing, regional marketing, and marketing operations.

As the Global Brand Head for Coca‑Cola™, Arnab worked on the long-term growth strategies for Coca‑Cola™ and led the development of the accelerated growth plan for Coca‑Cola Zero/No Sugar across Latin America, Europe, and Australia. As the Senior Director, Sparkling Beverages in ASEAN BU, Arnab led a $3BN Sparkling Beverage Business across more than 12 countries including Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Arnab led the Global Marketing Program for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, one of the company’s largest integrated programs activated in more than 185 countries. Across 10 years in India between 2001 and 2011, Arnab had multiple stints across Marketing, Sales, and Innovation. Some of the key projects led by him included the launch of Minute Maid Juices in India, Expansion of brand Maaza with launches in PET, head leading the activation of India’s first reality TV show Coke V Popstars amongst other projects.

Arnab is passionate about the power of Sport and has personally been involved in several development programs through Sport in India even on his personal capacity. Worked with FIFA and the All-India Football Federation to bring the U17 FIFA WC to India in 2017.

Arnab joined The Coca‑Cola Company as a Management Trainee from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad where he completed his MBA in 2001. Arnab also completed his Executive MBA from Harvard Business School in 2017 .
