Postponement:

In the unlikely event Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park and Coca‑Cola Foodfest is cancelled, there will be no rain date.

 

There will be a City Council Inspection between 2.00pm - 4.00pm on the event day. Please make sure all certificates and compliance are in order otherwise you may be asked to leave.

Power:

The cost of supplying power to each food vendor will be a set fee of:

 

Single Phase Supply: $80 + GST per connection

3 Phase Supply: $120 + GST per connection

 

*Please note personal generators are not permitted onsite.

 

Water:

We do not supply any access to water, if you require water then it is the vendors responsibility to provide.

 

Payment:

If your application is successful, an invoice for the site fee will be issued with a 7-day payment term.
