This promotion is open to all legal residents of the Philippines who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the start of the promo period. Those who are between 13 and 17 years old represent and certify, by joining the promotion, that they have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in the promo and provide their personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions and privacy policy for the promotion. 
 
Employees of companies involved in the promo, including their parent companies and affiliates, employees of their third-party suppliers, and all their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.

The promo starts on March 1, 2026 and ends on May 24, 2026.

Yes. You need to keep the collected caps and bring them to the redemption centers to claim your Limited Edition Coke Time Cups. 

Upon verification by the staff, specially marked caps that are unreadable, tampered with, punctured, unauthorized, or defaced will not be accepted.

For the instant win prizes, there will be 600,000 pieces of Coca‑Cola branded merchandise available for redemption nationwide for the entire duration of the promo and redemption period.

For the major prizes, there will be 500 Samsung Galaxy A17, 20 50-inch Smart TV, and 10 2025 3-Door GT ALX Suzuki Jimny to be raffled off nationwide for the entire duration of the promo and redemption period.

You can only redeem up to 2 instant Win Limited Edition Coke Time Cups per day. 

For major prizes, you can only win once for the whole duration of the promo.

Limited Edition Coke Time Cups can be redeemed at select 7-Eleven stores and Lead Outlet booths nationwide from 9AM to 9PM during scheduled dates. For a complete list of redemption centers, you may visit https://www.coca-cola.com/ph/en/offerings/coke-time-panalo#redemption-outlets. 

To participate in the online raffle, surrender your COKE combination in the redemption outlets to claim your Limited Edition Coke Time Cups with the raffle code. Ensure that the box is SEALED before claiming.

Look for the alphanumeric code by scratching the ink under the merchandise box lid. Enter the code into the Coca‑Cola website here

A verified code means that you already have a valid entry for the major promo. Wait for the weekly Coke Time episodes for the announcement of winners.

The raffle code can be found under the merchandise box lid. Each customer who has collected the complete ""COKE"" caps is entitled to a valid e-raffle entry.

If the available Coca‑Cola merchandise in each 7-Eleven store has been fully redeemed, customers are entitled to get buffer scratch cards to continue joining the major raffle on a first-come, first-served basis.

Any raffle participant can submit a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the whole promo period but can only win one raffle prize for the whole duration of the promo.

The Major Electronic Prizes (Samsung Galaxy A17 and 50" CUHD TV) will be delivered within thirty (30) days from the winner's confirmation of their details.

The manner and timing of claiming of the vehicle prize will be discussed and arranged with the winner upon verification and confirmation of details.
