Through watershed conservation and nature-based solutions, this program helps restore and protect critical ecosystems that support sustainable water resources, strengthen biodiversity, and reduce the impacts of floods, landslides, and droughts. e mountain villages to bustling peri-urban communities, we are investing in sustainable water access, empowering local populations, and safeguarding our most precious resource.

P4Water

Partnership for Water and Economic Resilience

Together with The Coca‑Cola Foundation and MUAD-Negros, and USAID, P4Water supports community water access efforts through watershed stewardship activities and livelihood support initiatives developed with local partners. The programme combines conservation work with community‑based economic activities intended to help protect local water sources and strengthen resilience over time.

During the project, 22 natural springs were protected and rehabilitated around Bago river and Malogo River and the barangays.

SWATH

Sustaining Watershed Health through Livelihood and Agroforestry Efforts

Together with Partner NEDF and The Coca‑Cola Foundation, SWATH supports agroforestry and watershed rehabilitation activities around the Himoga‑an and Sicaba river systems in Negros Occidental. Working with local communities and partners, the programme helps strengthen watershed conditions that support farming areas and local water sources over time, while encouraging land management practices intended to reduce environmental pressure.

RAFI’s Agas for Kotkot‑Lusaran Project

(2022–2024)

In partnership with The Coca‑Cola Foundation Philippines and Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI), the Agas for Kotkot‑Lusaran Project One to Tree project supported watershed rehabilitation efforts in parts of Cebu through reforestation and biodiversity conservation activities.

Over several years, the programme, named Agas, supported the planting of native tree seedlings and worked with local communities through forest stewardship activities and livelihood training intended to strengthen long‑term watershed management practices.

WWF’s Ipo Watershed Reforestation and Rehabilitation

The Ipo Watershed Reforestation and Rehabilitation Project supported forest rehabilitation activities in the Sapang Munti area of the Ipo Watershed through native tree planting and habitat restoration efforts.

Over several years, the project worked with local communities on reforestation and forest monitoring activities intended to help strengthen watershed conditions and support long‑term landscape management.
