TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
Coca‑Cola 5 Aside Tournament
1. Promoters: Coca‑Cola 5 Aside Tournament promotion (“Competition”) is organised by EchoHouse Ghana Limited, whose head office is located in Accra, Afotey Odai Avenue, authorized bottler of the trademarks owned by or Licensed to The Coca‑Cola Company (TCCC), (hereinafter the “Promoter”).
The Promoter will be assisted in this Promotion by the marketing agency, ECHOHOUSE GHANA LIMITED, which will be responsible for verifying the winners and distributing the prizes (“the Agency”).
2. Eligibility:
The Competition is only open to permanent residents and citizens of Ghana of the age of 18 (eighteen) years and above, living in Ghana and in possession of a valid form of identification (Ghanaian Identity Document or Passport). All participants must be natural persons; legal entities cannot participate in this Competition, and no prize/s will be awarded to any legal entities.
All employees, contractors and immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) of the Promoter, TCCC, the Agency, including their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and any other supplier or third party involved in the development, facilitation or execution of this Competition and their immediate families and dependants shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition.
3. Competition Period
The Competition is valid from 26th January 2026 to 31st January 2026.
4. How to participate and Win
To enter the Competition, participants must:
- To register, consumers must purchase seven (7) packs of Coca‑Cola
- Participants must correctly complete a registration chit with required details and deposit it into the designated Coca‑Cola branded entry box at the activation point.
- Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified
All entries must be made by a natural person manually as per the entry mechanism described above.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, incorrect or incomplete entries for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to any network, computer or cell phone hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. Team Selection
a. The first eight (8) teams whose valid entries are drawn will qualify automatically to participate in the tournament.
b. Once eight teams have been selected, registration for the tournament will close.
6. Tournament Format
- The tournament will be played as a 5-aside football competition under rules set by the Promoter.
- Match format, fixtures, and officiating decisions are final and binding.
7. Description of Prizes
- Winning Team Prize:
- An all-expenses-paid trip to Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, to attend the Coca‑Cola FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour.
- The trip covers transportation, accommodation, and official event access as determined by the Promoter.
- Second Place Prize:
- A team dinner experience hosted with the Coca‑Cola Team at a venue selected by the Promoter.
- A team dinner experience hosted with the Coca‑Cola Team at a venue selected by the Promoter.
8. Travel Requirements (Winning Team)
a. All members of the winning team must possess:
i. A valid international passport, and
ii. A valid Yellow Fever vaccination card.
b. Failure by any team member to provide these documents may result in forfeiture of the prize or replacement at the Promoter’s discretion.
c. The Promoter will not be responsible for delays, denials, or cancellations arising from incomplete travel documentation.
9. Identification of Winners and Prize Withdrawal
Winners will be contacted to present their identification document or passport for verification before the validation of the prize. The Exclusive in-flight experience prize contains the following elements:
i. Hotels will be chosen by the Promoter, single room only and include daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, excluding alcoholic beverages, tips, and personal expenses. If the Promoter does not provide meals, a daily allowance ("per diem") will be provided.
ii. The winners must be available to travel on the dates set by the Promoter, scheduled for 2nd February to 4th February 2026.
iii. In the event of the winners’ unavailability or failure to comply with the required formalities (including but not limited to administrative documents, adherence to deadlines, compliance with customs and health regulations), the prize will be considered cancelled, without recourse, compensation, or substitution, regardless of the cause.
iv. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any cancellation, postponement, or modification of travel arrangements for reasons beyond its control (including, but not limited to, decisions by local or international authorities, health restrictions, border closures, strikes, inclement weather, and security reasons). No compensation may be claimed from the Promoter in such circumstances.
v. The winner is responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees related to receiving and/or using the Package.
vi. All winners must travel according to the itinerary set by the Promoter. Return to the country of departure is mandatory. Any winner who fails to comply with this requirement will be subject to any sanction provided under applicable regulations.
vii. Winners must have a passport with a minimum of 7 months' validity and at least 3 empty pages.
viii. Each Winner will be allowed to carry one cabin luggage only.
The prizes in this Competition are non-assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and are redeemable only in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
10. Forfeiture/disqualification, additional conditions
If the Promoter or the Agency is unable to contact or reach a winner through its mobile number within to arrange the delivery or collection of a prize as the case may be, or if a winner forfeits a prize for any reason, or if winner fails the verification process for whatsoever reason or if a winner fails to provide any required information within the timelines stipulated, then such person will immediately forfeit their chance to win the prize and will be immediately disqualified from this Competition and an alternate potential winner from all remaining eligible may be selected at the discretion of the Promoter.
Entries received after the Competition Period will not be considered. Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, erroneous, ineligible, or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and thus disqualified.
The Promoter may nullify any prize to any participant in the event of fraud, dishonesty or non-eligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend and adjust or change these rules at any time during the Competition and/or to terminate the Competition entirely and shall communicate the same as necessary.
Although the Promoter has used reasonable efforts to ensure that all information and materials relating to the Competition are accurate, it shall not be liable for any inaccuracy or errors in such information and/or material.
The Promoter, the Agency and sub-contractors will also not bear responsibility for any loss or damage to a participant, whether caused by self or any third party, arising from matters outside the control of the Promoter, their agents and sub-contractors including but not limited to force majeure events such as acts of God, computer viruses, power outages; lockdowns, epidemics/pandemics etc.
All participants and the winners, as the case may be, indemnify the Promoter, the Agency, advisers, nominated agents, partners, suppliers, The Coca‑Cola Company, its affiliates and/or associated companies, against any claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of the Promoter and/or receipt and/or use of the Prizes).
All participants further warrant and represent that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound thereby.
11. Publicity:
The Promoter, the Agency or TCCC may require the winners to be identified, photographed and published in printed media, or to appear on radio and television or on social media platforms or other platforms, when accepting their Prize or after having received their Prize. The winners will be given the opportunity to decline the publication of their images and to participate in the Promoters’ marketing material in so far as it relates to the Competition.
12. Data Privacy
By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge and understand that: (a) it is mandatory for all participants to provide their personal data to participate in this promotion; otherwise, they will not be able to participate; (b) participants' personal information will be used to process their participation in this promotion. 13. Governing Law
The Promotion is conducted subject to the Laws of the Republic of Ghana and any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ghana. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
