a. Fully paid trip to the FIFA World Cup 26
i. What does the fully paid Trip to the World Cup cover?
Trip for 2 to the FIFA World Cup 2026 (“Hero Prize”) –
One (1) trip package valid for 2 persons to travel to Toronto, Canada to attend and watch one of the FIFA matches as solely chosen by the Sponsor/Administrator. The trip package includes one (1) air ticket per person for a round trip from Dubai to Toronto 1) hotel room for two (2) persons, transportation from hotel to FIFA World Cup match location and to/from airport, two (2) tickets to attend and watch the FIFA World Cup match. Obtaining the visa and visa clearance and all other country specific local laws and regulation clearances is the sole responsibility of the winner and all other expenses must be borne by the winner.
Please note tickets are not transferable and you might be asked to share valid documentation proof. It is the winner's responsibility to arrange for their visas and any other expenses apart from what was mentioned above.
If the winner is not able to travel on the dates mentioned in the match tickets or obtain a visa or share required documentation, the prize will be considered as void.
There will be multiple draws for the mega prize conducted between the promo period (23rd Apr - 4th May, 2026). A representative from Coca‑Cola will contact the winners to coordinate necessary arrangements.
ii. What documents are required to claim the prize?
This will be communicated to you by the Coca‑Cola agent who contacts you but you will definitely require a valid passport copy and you should be eligible to get or already have a VISA to travel to Canada
iii. When will I receive my flight tickets and travel details?
Once you share your visa details, we will process your prize. You will receive your final flight tickets and travel plans one week before your travel if not sooner.
iv. What if I am not able to travel due to visa issues or due to other commitments?
Unfortunately, if there are visa problems or other issues that prevent you from travelling, your prize will be cancelled. The prize is not transferable, and no other compensation will be provided.
