Terms and Conditions
Promoter
Coca‑Cola South Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 50 003 029 794), Level 9, 40 Mount Street, North Sydney, Australia, 2060 (CCSP).
Competition Period
12.01am (AEST) on 01/10/2025 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/12/2025.
Who can claim?
Only Australian residents who:
(a) are aged 18+ or over; and
(b) are a registered Flybuys member or a valid new Flybuys member who joins during the Competition Period (to be a valid Flybuys member, the Flybuys member account must include the member’s first and last name, a valid postal address, a valid email address and a valid contact phone number current at time of winner determination and prize distribution).
Membership of Flybuys (and, consequently, participation in this competition) is subject to the terms and conditions which apply to the Flybuys program available at https://experience.flybuys.com.au/flybuys-terms-and-conditions/ , as amended from time to time.
New registrations can take up to 48 hours to finalise, your claim will not be valid until your registration is finalised (and your claim is verified). For the avoidance of doubt, your registration and claim must be finalised before the end of the Competition Period.
Who can't claim?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter;
(b) Coles Supermarkets;
(c) Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd ABN 82 057 931 334 (Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd); and
(d) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in participating Coles Supermarket stores (including online at www.coles.com.au), Coles Local Supermarkets but excluding Coles Express stores, fuel outlets, third party delivery services such as Uber Eats, Doordash etc which are stocking specially marked products (Stores) in Australia.

Qualifying Purchase
Any specially marked 24x 375ml multipack of Diet Coke Soft Drink or Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar Soft Drink cans, in one transaction.
Claim instructions
To claim, you must, during the Competition Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from a participating Store;
(b) if your Qualifying Purchase contains a Golden (coloured) Can (Golden Can), visit the Website, locate the claim page and fill out and submit the online claim form by:
(i) including your Flybuys member number;
(A) if you are not already a registered Flybuys member, become a member of the Flybuys program by:
(1) either visiting the Flybuys Website (www.flybuys.com.au) or downloading the Flybuys app; and
(2) registering with Flybuys, setting a password and meeting the requirements outlined in ‘Who can claim’ above;
For clarity, you can complete step (A)(1) and (2) (to register for Flybuys) before or after making your Qualifying Purchase (per step (a)) provided you register for Flybuys before completing your claim form per step (b).
(ii) uploading an image of your Qualifying Purchase receipt;
(iii) uploading an image of the Golden Can;
(iv) providing the unique code printed on the Golden Can; and
(v) providing all other requested information,
to see if you have provisionally won a prize.
For clarity, if you find a Golden Can in a specially marked pack, you will win a prize, subject to verification.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your claim).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting a claim, including having the requisite photograph capability.
For the avoidance of doubt, any Golden Cans found after the Competition Period has ended will not be eligible to be win a prize.
How are prize/s awarded?
There are up to 240 prizes in total that will be awarded based on pre-determined unique codes during the Competition Period as selected by a computerised random system at The Coca‑Cola Company, 1 Coca‑Cola Pl SE, Atlanta, GA 30313, United States of America (The Coca‑Cola Company).
What can I win?
There are up to 240 prizes available - each Golden Can corresponds to a prize.
Each prize is 200,000 Flybuys Points, valued at up to $1,000 dollars each.
Flybuys Points prizes are subject to the applicable terms and conditions as available at https://experience.flybuys.com.au/flybuys-terms-and-conditions/.
Flybuys Points will be credited in the winner’s Flybuys account associated with their claim form within 28 calendar days of winner verification. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure that they claim their Flybuys account details correctly in their Claim form, as if they fail to, the prize will be forfeited. Flybuys Points are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter and Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd (trading as Flybuys) accept no responsibility for any variation in points value from the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions.
There is a limit of one prize per Flybuys account (except for SA residents).
Total prize pool
The overall total notional prize pool is valued at up to $240,000.
How many times can I claim?
There is a limit of 1 claim per Flybuys account. You only claim once per Qualifying Purchase, per receipt and per Golden Can unique code.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
You will get a return online message acknowledging your claim and informing you if you have provisionally won a prize.
If you are a provisional winner, you will be notified in writing by email within 7 days of verification and you will have your first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 07/01/2026 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won and unclaimed at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 31/01/2026.

Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
- original itemised purchase receipt(s);
- unique code/s;
- Golden Can and/or image of Golden Can (showing unique code).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your claim.
Your Golden Can must clearly identify the code provided with your claim.
If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed prizes
All valid claimants who find a Golden Can must complete the claim form (and all the instructions as set out in the “Claim Instructions” section above) by the end of the Competition Period (being 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/12/2025).
Any un-won or unclaimed prizes remaining after the prize claim date above will be forfeited.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand and Singapore. Personal information will be shared with Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the Claim form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By claiming, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this promotion.
The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see https://www.coca-cola.com/au/en/legal/privacy-policy) includes information about:
(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and
(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

1 These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above. Information about prizes and how to claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By claiming, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Claim
2 Your claim must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you return a Qualifying Purchase your Claim may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). You will receive a return message confirming your Claim. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control. You are responsible for your own costs associated with claiming. If you claim using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
Prizes
3 Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including validity period/s.
4 You are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the ongoing use of the Flybuys points prize. For example, if you redeem an item in the Flybuys Rewards Store using the Flybuys ‘points and pay’ mechanism, you will be responsible for the 'pay' component of that item.
5 The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.
General
6 Any material failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).
7 You must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you do not sign, your Claim will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.
8 If you or your Claim are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially your Claim (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
9 You must not:
(a) tamper with the Claim process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the Claim process);
(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;
(e) breach any law; or
(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
10 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
11 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
12 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
13 By claiming, you request that your full address not be published.
14 Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Every prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
15 If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
16 The Promoter and Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
Liability
17 You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this competition and cannot be excluded or restricted. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights. See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.
18 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
19 Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant), due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
20 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
