Competition Period 12.01am (AEDT) on 24/03/2026 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 16/06/2026.

Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who are aged 15 or over.

If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if you will be under 18 on the date the prize is awarded, it will be awarded to your parent or guardian.  By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf, your parent or guardian accepts these terms and conditions.

If applicable, please ensure these Ts&Cs are provided to the parent or guardian.

If you enter this competition and you are aged 18 and over, you are also eligible to claim an ‘in game reward’ (subject to availability and claim limits) in the separate ‘Fanta Xbox 2026 In Game Rewards Offer’ (24/03/2026 – 16/06/2026), authorised under NSW Authority No. TP/01300. Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

(a) the Promoter; and

(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Where will the competition run?

The promotion will run in any participating retail and grocery stores (including online) which are displaying promotional material in Australia (Stores).

Purchases made from Stores via third party delivery services (e.g. UberEats, Doordash) will be accepted.

Qualifying Purchase

Any of the following specially marked Xbox Fanta products as follows:

• 1.25L bottles: Fanta Orange, Fanta Orange Zero Sugar, Fanta Lemon, Fanta Lemon Zero Sugar;
• 600ml bottles: Fanta Orange, Fanta Lemon, Fanta Raspberry;
• 250ml mini cans: Fanta Orange, Fanta Orange Zero Sugar, Fanta Raspberry Zero Sugar; or
• 6x 250ml mini can multipack: Fanta Orange, Fanta Orange Zero Sugar, Fanta Raspberry Zero Sugar.

Entry instructions

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store;

(b) either:

          (i) scan the competition QR code where available on in-store marketing materials (if you are purchasing from a physical Store) or on the Qualifying Purchase packaging to visit the Website; or

          (ii) directly visit the Website;

(c) visit the ‘Fanta Xbox Hub’ page on the Website and select the ‘Win Xbox prizes’ button;

(d) then, either:

          (i) log-in to your Coca‑Cola account online; or

          (ii) fill out and submit the online registration form to register for a Coca‑Cola account, including by providing all requested information; then

(e) locate the entry page, fill out and submit the online entry form including by providing the last 4 digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcode and providing all other requested information to see if you have provisionally won an instant win prize and to receive an entry into the major prize draw.

If you are aged 18 or over, you may claim an ‘in game reward’ by selecting the ‘Redeem an In-Game Reward’ button on the Website (subject to availability and claim limits) in the separate ‘Fanta Xbox 2026 In Game Rewards Offer’.

If you have provisionally won an instant win prize, and if your entry is successfully verified, you will then receive an email with details on how to claim your prize.

For physical instant win prizes, you will be requested (on screen when you are completing your entry) to provide your mailing address (for the physical instant win prize to be sent to you, after verification).

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry. 

How are instant win prize/s awarded?

There are up to 4,210 instant win prizes to be awarded based on pre-determined times during the Competition Period selected by a computerised random system at The Coca‑Cola Company, 1 Coca‑Cola Pl SE, Atlanta, GA 30313, United States of America (The Coca‑Cola Company).

How many major prize winners will there be and how will they be chosen? 

There will be 3 major prize winners determined in respect of this competition.

There will be 1 draw conducted. 

The draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) on 30/06/2026 at Handling Matters, Unit 40/1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer NSW 2099.

The first 3 valid entries drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including previous winning entries for instant win prizes) will each win a major prize. 

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

There will be up to 4,213 prizes determined in respect of this competition - up to 4,210 instant win prizes (210x Silver and 4,000x Bronze instant win prizes), and 3 major prizes (Gold prizes) as follows:

Redemption of the Game Pass is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the Game Pass located at www.xbox.com/en-AU/legal/subscription-terms, which may be amended from time to time.

Important to note: You will be required to create an Microsoft Xbox membership account and add a valid payment method to your Microsoft membership in order to redeem this prize. Please be aware it is a recurring membership. This means, unless you cancel your membership, you will be charged the then-current regular membership rate once your one (1) month subscription ends. There is a limit of one instant win prize and one major prize per person (except for SA residents).

Total prize pool

The Bronze instant win prize pool is valued at up to $143,800.

The Silver instant win prize pool is valued at up to $54,790.

The Major prize (Gold prize) pool is valued at $15,000.

The overall total prize pool is valued at up to $213,590.

How many times can I enter?

You can enter multiple times, provided you only enter once per person per day and once per Qualifying Purchase (and Qualifying Purchase barcode). 

Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

For entrants aged 18 or over: For clarity, you can only claim one ‘in game reward’ per game, per calendar week with a maximum total of 5 claims (subject to availability) during the separate ‘Fanta Xbox 2026 In Game Rewards Offer’, despite how many entries you make in this competition. 

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

For instant win prizes, winners will be notified instantly on screen at the time of entering if they have provisionally won a prize, and if they are successfully verified, details on how to claim their prize. 

Major prize winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination and winners of prizes valued at over $250 will have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 14/07/2026 for a period of 28 days.

Proof of purchase

You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:

• Qualifying Purchase barcode/s.

If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. 

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).

If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize. 

Unclaimed prize/s

There will be no unclaimed instant win prizes. All instant win prizes will be automatically awarded to winners via email to the email address associated with their entry. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure that they enter their email address correctly. If they fail to enter their email address correctly, the prize will be forfeited.

However, any un-won instant win prizes remaining at the end of the Competition Period will be included in the unclaimed prize draw (please see details below).

Major prize claim date: By 5pm (AEST) on 21/07/2026. 

Unclaimed major prize and un-won prize determination: 12pm (AEST) on 22/07/2026 at the same location as the original draw.

If a major prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above, or if an instant win prize remains un-won during the Competition Period or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will either re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed and un-won prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed or un-won prize.  All winner/s will be informed in writing by email within 7 days of determination.

Any major prize winners will also be informed by phone. If there are any winners of prizes valued over $250, they will have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 29/07/2026 for a period of 28 days.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website 21/08/2026.

How many times can I enter?

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation.  You consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors.  The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand and Singapore.

If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth).

By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this promotion.

(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and

(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

1 These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above.  Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.  

Entry

2 Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter.  If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective).  You will receive a return message confirming your entry.  The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control.  You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering.  If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.  The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the competition repeatedly is prohibited and will render your entry/entries submitted using such means as invalid.
 

Prizes

3 Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable.  If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including validity periods.

4 You are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including data plans and costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc. 

5 The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.

General

6 Any material failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).

7 You must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize.  If you do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.

8 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded.  The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment).  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

9 You must not:

(a) tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);

(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;

(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;

(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;

(e) breach any law; or

(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

10 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.

11 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.  In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.

12 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash.  Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement.  The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST.  The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.  You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

13 By entering, you request that your full address not be published.

14 Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.  Every instant win prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.

15 If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

16 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize.  You should seek independent financial advice.  If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability

17 You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this competition and cannot be excluded or restricted.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights.  See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.

18 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).   

19 Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant), due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

20 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and X.  You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.  You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
