Terms and Conditions 

Promoter 

Coca‑Cola South Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 50 003 029 794), Level 9, 40 Mount Street, North Sydney, Australia, 2060 (CCSP). 
 

Promotion Period  

12.01am (AEST) on 01/07/2025 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 31/08/2025. 
 

Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who are aged 15 or over.

If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if you will be under 18 on the date the prize is awarded, it will be awarded to your parent or guardian.  By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf, your parent or guardian accepts these terms and conditions.

If applicable, please ensure these Ts&Cs are provided to the parent or guardian.
 

Who can't enter? 

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of: 

(a) the Promoter; and 

(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this promotion. 

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 
 

Where will the promotion run?  

The promotion will run in participating retail/grocery stores (including online) which are displaying promotional material in Australia (Stores), including as follows: 

• Pizza Hut (including online at www.pizzahut.com.au) (Pizza Hut) or Pizza Hut App (Pizza Hut App); and 
• all other retail/grocery stores (including online) which are displaying promotional material in Australia (Other Stores). 

Purchases made via third party delivery services (e.g. UberEats, Doordash) will be accepted.

Qualifying Purchase 

Any of the following Fanta or Sprite products/packs, as follows: 

• Fanta Orange;  
• Fanta Orange Zero Sugar; 
• Fanta Raspberry;  
• Fanta Raspberry Zero Sugar;  
• Fanta Lemon;  
• Fanta Lemon Zero Sugar;  
• Fanta Pineapple Zero Sugar;  
• Fanta Grape; 
• Fanta Grape Zero Sugar;  
• Sprite; or 
• Sprite Zero Sugar.  

Entry instructions  for Stores (excluding Pizza Hut Online & App entries) 

To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period: 

(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store; and 

(b) visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form (including by providing the last 4 digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcode/s and providing all other requested information). 

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability. 
 

Pizza Hut Entry instructions  

To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period: 

(a) make a Qualifying Purchase either: 

(i) online at www.pizzahut.com.au; or 

(ii) using your smartphone to access the Pizza Hut App and ordering via the Pizza Hut App; then 

(b) follow the prompts online or via the prompts in the Pizza Hut App to visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form (including by providing a Qualifying Purchase receipt upload or screenshot of the completed Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information). 

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability. 

The Pizza Hut mobile app is the official Pizza Hut app available via the Apple App Store® or Google Play™ Store. 
 

How many times can I enter? 

You can enter multiple times, up to 3 times per person per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt/per barcode.  Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  
 

What can I win? 

For Qualifying Purchases from Pizza Hut: 

If your Qualifying Purchase is from a Pizza Hut , you will: 

(a) have a chance to win an Instant Win Prize; and  

(b) receive an entry into the Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize Draw for a chance to win a Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize; and 

(c) receive an entry into the National Prize Draw for a chance to win:  

(i) a National Major Prize; or  

(ii) a National Minor Prize;  

and 

(d) receive an entry into the Major Prize draw 

For Qualifying Purchases from Other Stores: 

If your Qualifying Purchase is from Other Stores, you will: 

(a) have a chance to win an Instant Win Prize; and  

(b) receive an entry into the National Prize Draw for a chance to win:  

(i) a National Major Prize; or  

(ii) a National Minor Prize;  

and 

(c) receive an entry into the Major Prize draw. 
 

How are Instant Win Prizes awarded? 

All instant win prizes (Instant Win Prizes) will be determined using a computerised random system at The Coca‑Cola Company, 1 Coca‑Cola Pl SE, Atlanta, GA 30313, United States of America (The Coca‑Cola Company).  

There are up to 4,000 Instant Win Prizes in total that will be awarded based on random pre-determined times during the Promotion Period as selected by a computerised random system at The Coca‑Cola Company. 
 

How many winners will there be? 

There will be up to 4,055 winners determined in respect of this competition – up to:  

(a) 4,000 x Instant Win Prize winners;  

(b) 44 x National Prize winners;  

(c) 10 x Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize winners; and 

(d) 1 x Major Prize winner. 
 

How will winners be chosen?  

There will be 3 draws conducted: 

(a) 1 x Major Prize Draw; 

(b) 1 x Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize Draw; and 

(c) 1 x National Prize Draw. 

All draws will take place at Handling Matters, Unit 40/1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer NSW 2099 commencing from 12pm (AEST) on 15/09/2025. 

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants). 
 

Major Prize Draw: 

From all of the entries received during the Promotion Period (including any previous instant winning entries), the first valid entry drawn randomly will win the Major Draw Prize. 
 

Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize Draw: 

From all of the entries received during the Promotion Period for the Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize Draw (including any entries that have won an Instant Win Prize, but excluding the winning Major Prize entry), the first 10 valid entries drawn randomly will each win a Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize. 
 

National Prize Draw:  

From all of the entries received during the Promotion Period for the National Prize Draw (including any entries that won an Instant Win Prize, but excluding the winning Major Prize entry and any winning Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize entries): 

(a) the first 4 valid entries drawn randomly will each win a National Major Prize; and 

(b) the next 40 valid entries drawn randomly will each win a National Minor Prize. 
 

Prizes

There will be up to 4,055 prizes available to be won:

(a) Up to 4,000 x Instant Win Prizes;

National Prizes

There are 4 x National Major Prizes and 40 x National Minor Prizes available to be won. 

These are:

(a) National Major Prize – Xbox Series X Console, available with a 1TB SSD and Xbox wireless controller valued at $799 each; and

(b) National Minor Prize –Xbox Wireless Controllers valued at $89.95 each.
 

Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize

There are 10 x Pizza Hut Exclusive Prizes available to be won. 

Each Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize is valued at $4,760 each and consists of the following:

(a) Headset - Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3 (Xbox) valued at $399; 

(b) Steering Wheel - Moza R3 Racing Wheel and pedals for Xbox PC valued at $729; 

(c) Monitor - LG 34" 21:9 Curved Ultrawide valued at $699; 

(d) Gamers Chair valued at $949;

(e) Sound Bar valued at $185;

(f) Mini Fridge valued at $1,299; and

(g) shipping and delivery valued at $500.
 

Major Prize

There is 1 Major Prize available to be won.

The Major Prize is $5,000 cash and awarded via EFT to the winner's nominated Australian bank account within 28 business days from receipt of bank details.  The Promoter is not liable if a winner does not provide the correct bank details.

There is a limit of one non-Instant Win Prize (i.e. Major Prize, National Prize or Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize) per person (except for SA residents).

For clarity, there is no limit to how many Instant Win Prizes an entrant can win.

Total prize pool 

The instant Win Prize pool is up to $87,300.  

The National Prize pool is $6,794.  

The Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize pool is $47,600.  

The Major Prize pool is $5,000. 

The overall total prize pool is up to $146,694. 
 

How and when will the winner/s be informed? 

If you win an Instant Win Prize, you will be notified immediately on-screen acknowledging your entry and informing you if you have won a prize and if so, details on how to verify your entry and claim your prize.   

All other winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination, and any winners of prizes valued over $250 will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 07/10/2025 for a period of 28 days. 
 

Proof of purchase 

You must keep the original Qualifying Purchase barcode/s as proof of purchase for all entries (excluding Pizza Hut entries). 

If your Qualifying Purchase is made from a Pizza Hut online or via the Pizza Hut App, you must keep the original Qualifying Purchase receipt or screenshot as proof of purchase for all entries. 

If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.   

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.   

If, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.  
 

Unclaimed prize/s

There will be no unclaimed Instant Win Prizes. Any un-won Instant Win Prizes will be forfeited. 

Instant Win Prizes will be automatically awarded to winners via email to the email address associated with their entry.  It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure that they enter their email address correctly.  If they fail to enter their email address correctly, the prize will be forfeited.
 

Prize Claim Date

The prize claim date for the National Prizes, Pizza Hut Prizes and Major Prize is by 5pm (AEDT) on 30/10/2025.  
 

Unclaimed Prize Draws 

The unclaimed prize draw for each non-Instant Win Prize will be at the same location as the original draw/s and will be at the following times and dates:

(a) National Prize: 12pm (AEDT) on 31/10/2025;

(b) Pizza Hut Prize: 1pm on (AEDT) on 31/10/2025; and

(c) Major Prize: 1.30pm on (AEDT) on 31/10/2025.

If a National Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a National Prize Winner (or a National Prize Winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed National Prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants.

If a Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact an original Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize winner (or such winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize draw at the date, time and place stated above. This unclaimed Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize draw will only include valid entries that were received by the original Pizza Hut Exclusive Prize draw during the Promotion Period.

If the Major Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact the Major Prize winner (or such Major Prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed Major Prize draw at the date, time and place stated above. This unclaimed Major draw will only include valid entries that were received during the Promotion Period.

Any winner/s of an unclaimed prize draw will be informed by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination, and for any winners of prizes valued at over $250, they will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 07/11/2025 for a period of 28 days.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 01/12/2025. 
 

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation.  You consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity. 

The Promoter may collect your (if applicable) personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors.  The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand and Singapore. 

If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this promotion.

(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and

(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

1 These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above.  Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.  
 

Entry 

2 Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter.  If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's reasonable discretion (unless the product is defective). You will receive a return message on-screen confirming your entry.  The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control.  You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering.  If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.  
 

Prizes

3 Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable.  If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including validity period/s.

4 You are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including mobile or data plans, costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc.   

5 The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize. 
 

General

6 Any material failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s). 

7 You must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize.  If you do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize. 

8 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded.  The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment).  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights. 

9 You must not:

(a) tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);

(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion;

(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;

(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion;

(e) breach any law; or

(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.  

10 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.

11 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.  In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this promotion is final.

12 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash.  Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement.  The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST.  The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.  You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.  

13 If publication will take place, by entering, you request that your full address not be published.

14 Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.  Every Instant Win Prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.  

15 If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the promotion or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities. 

16 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize.  You should seek independent financial advice.  If for GST purposes this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
 

Liability

17 You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this promotion and cannot be excluded or restricted.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights.  See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.

18 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and any companies associated with this promotion (including without limitation, Prize providers) are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).   

19 Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and any companies associated with this promotion (including, without limitation, Prize provider) are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant), due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

20 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.  You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.

21 Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates are not sponsors of this promotion.

1. Must be a Pizza Hut receipt
2. Must have your order number visible
3. Must have a participating product purchased (Sprite or Fanta)
