Promotion Details, Concept and Participation
The FIFA World Cup 26™ Trophy Tour by Coca‑Cola Promotion (“Promotion”), is a consumer promotion by Coca‑Cola Bangladesh Limited (“CCBL”), wherein individuals, upon scanning the QR Code on the Promotion Products or visiting the Promotion Website (as defined hereinbelow) can participate and win Prize(s) (as defined in Clause 7) by registering on the Promotion Website and performing the activities (as detailed in Clause 6) as provided, post such registration, in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
The Promotion shall be valid for the individuals residing in Bangladesh (“Promotion Territory”) and shall be accessible upon scanning the QR code provided in the label of 1L PET bottle of brand “Coca‑Cola”; (“Promotion Products”). By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Persons as per Clause 5 (each a “Participant”) accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions of the Promotion (“Promotion Terms”).
It is hereby clarified that the Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times, but he/she shall be eligible to win the “Prize(s)” only once, per mobile number during the Promotion Period. Where an individual owns more than one mobile number and wins multiple Prizes, in that case only the first winning will be awarded, and remainder of the Prizes will be revoked.
Promotion is advertised and promoted, inter alia, through media including radio, digital media including television (news and other channels) print media, Facebook, YouTube, point of sale materials, print publicity through banners, posters, public announcements, website, and other available media.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, conventions of Bangladesh.
These Promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) will be hosted at https://www.coca-cola.com/bd/en/offerings/fifa-world-cup-2026/trophy-tour/tnc (“Promotion Website”).
CCBL and Partners
This Promotion is sponsored and organized by Coca‑Cola Bangladesh Limited (“CCBL”), having its corporate office at Doreen Tower, Level 6, 6/A North Avenue C/A, Gulshan Circle 2, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.
AND
The operational part of the offer is managed by Quasar Media Private Limited (“Hogarth Worldwide”), having its registered office at 8th Floor, Tower-B, DFL Cyber Park, 405 B, Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Sector 20, Gurugram, India is responsible to ensure OTP verification service and any other related matters.
AND
MY Outsourcing Limited (“MYOL”), a Company incorporated under the laws of Bangladesh having its registered office at Bashati Condominium, House 15, Road 17, Suite 3/A, Banani C/A, Dhaka 1213, Bangladesh is the technology partner of CCBL who will be operating the call center for managing the calls and interacting with the Winners for the purpose of this Promotion.
Deemed acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Entry and participation in this Promotion will be deemed unconditional and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any modifications, revisions, and amendments thereto. The decisions of CCBL shall be final and binding on the Participants in all matters related to the Promotion. Further, the Participants recognize that these Terms and Conditions may be modified by CCBL from time to time without any prior/public notice by posting the applicable terms and conditions on the Promotion Website. CCBL also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Promotion at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Successfully entering the Promotion and winning the Prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
Promotion Period
This Promotion will commence on 15th November 2025 and will continue until 08th January 2026, inclusive of both days (“Promotion Period”). The valid timings for receiving entries are between 12:01 AM BST and 11:59 PM BST each day of the Promotion Period (“Promotion Timings”).
Any entries received outside the Promotion Timings and after the end of Promotion Period shall not be eligible for the Prize(s) and shall not be carried forward to any other promotional scheme ahead.
Stock of The Coca‑Cola Company Products without the Promotion offer will also be available across Bangladesh.
Further, certain stock of The Coca‑Cola Company Products containing the Promotion offer may be available before the Promotion Period or may continue to be available even after the Promotion Period. However, prospective Participants understand and agree that they will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion before commencement of the Promotion Period and after the expiry of the Promotion Period and further, agree not to raise any claim or complaint against CCBL or its Partners in this respect.
Eligibility Criteria
Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”):
- Must have attained 18 (eighteen) years of age.
- own a valid cellular GSM or CDMA phone connection and internet connection that is accessible at all times.
- have not been arrested or convicted of any crime or been the subject of any criminal investigation.
- bear a good moral character and have not been implicated or named in any legal proceedings (either civil or criminal); and
- are not management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors, or contractors of CCBL, Hogarth, MYOL, and their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion.
For the sake of clarity, this Promotion is not open to Non-Resident Bangladeshi (NRBs), Overseas Citizens of Bangladesh (OCIs) and Persons of Bangladeshi Origin (PBOs) who are not residing in Bangladesh.
Eligible Persons participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
By participating in the Promotion, each Participant hereby agrees to receive:
i. details and information on this Promotion, on their respective mobile phones, through SMS or voice calls, during the entire tenure of the Promotion.
ii. updates and announcements concerning CCBL’s products and promotions, on their respective mobile phones (through SMS or voice calls) and Email Ids.
(“Marketing Communication”)
The Participant may opt-out of receiving Marketing Communication from CCBL at any time by emailing or calling, using the contact information listed below. In such a request, the Participant must indicate that he/she wishes to stop receiving marketing communication from CCBL.

The Participant hereby agrees that he/she has read and understood the Privacy Policy mentioned on the Promotion Website and provides his/her unconditional consent to collection of his/her personal information namely Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Address and Location. Further, the Participant hereby provides his/her consent for storage and processing of his/her personal information collected for the purposes of sending communication including but not limited to Marketing Communication.
Participating in the Promotion

The Participant can participate in the Promotion subject to the following terms:
Steps to Participate in the Coca‑Cola Promotion:
Step 1: Purchase a 1L Promotional Product of Coca‑Cola.
Step 2: Scan the QR code located on the front side of the bottle’s label to visit the Promotion Website.
Step 3: The Participant must enter their mobile number, after which they will receive an OTP via SMS on their registered mobile number.
Step 4:
• Upon entering the OTP, the Participant must complete the registration by providing their Date of Birth, E-mail address, and Display name.
• Participants must read and accept the Terms & Conditions and privacy policy provided on the Promotion Website.
• To participate in the campaign, the Participant needs to enter the 7-digit alphanumeric Unique Code found under the bottle cap (excluding “0” (“Zero”) and “O” (alphabet “O”)).
Step 5: Each participant will receive one quiz, which must be answered correctly to proceed to the next steps. Each unique code will allow a participant to enter the quiz only once. To participate multiple times, a participant must redeem multiple unique codes. A prize will be awarded only if the correct answer is submitted in the fastest time. Any addition, omission, or adjustment of prizes shall be at the sole discretion of the organizer.
If a Participant wins a Prize, he/she will receive instant FIFA World Cup 26TM Trophy Tour by Coca‑Cola ticket on the website along with further instructions.
Other terms & conditions:
a) Prize(s) must be claimed and collected by producing all required valid documents along with the concern Promotion Product label prior to entering the venue for the trophy tour on the 14th January 2026 (“Redemption Window”). Any Prize not claimed by the Redemption Window will be forfeited.
b) Entry by proxy is not permitted. Participants can only enter in their own name as per their government approved photo ID/NID and the claiming and collection of the Prize from CCBL, is subject to verification of such a document.
c) The Participants shall be solely responsible for any local call charges applicable by their telecom service providers on the Promotion entries.
d) A pop-up ticket with a QR code can be saved to the Participants device’s native wallet which means Participants with iPhone can download it to their apple wallet and participants with android device can download the ticket to their google wallet, captured via screenshot, or printed. It can also be accessed anytime on the website under the My Ticket section which the Participants can access and produce if needed.
e) Any forfeiture exercised by CCBL will be binding and final on the Participants.
Prizes and Winners
a) During the Promotion Period, Participants based on valid participation as per the Terms of Clause 6, shall be eligible to win the following Prize(s) daily:
• Tickets to see the FIFA World Cup™ Original Trophy
N.B. A maximum of fifteen (15) daily prizes will be awarded to eligible winners. The organizer reserves the right to vary, adjust and change the daily prizes.
b) No physical passes will be provided by the organizer. Participants shall produce the soft copy or any printed copy of their passes to the organizer and the organizer will scan the QR code to verify the unique identifier for admitting the Participants into the venue. Each ticket will contain a QR code and a voucher code, serving as its unique identifier.
c) It is hereby clarified that, during the Promotion Period, everyday maximum 15 (fifteen) Winners will receive the Prize. One mobile number can only claim one Prize during the Promotion Period.
d) Prize Winners must be physically present with proper documents (Government approved photo ID: NID that was used to register the phone number/ Passport/ others, the Promotion Product bottle cap with the 7-digit unique code) to collect & validate their Prize in person. CCBL will not bear any warranty, complaint, or servicing costs and shall not be liable for any such expenses.
Selecting and contacting Eligible Winners
a) The Participants will be eligible to receive the Prize subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed herein.
b) All participants who have submitted valid unique code and followed the process mentioned above in clause 6 and provided correct answers to the quiz within the fastest time will be entitled to Prize.
c) The Participants acknowledge not to raise any claim or complaint against CCBL due to technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of CCBL.
d) Prize(s) once awarded cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
Conditions relating to the Prize
a) CCBL shall not be held responsible for any deficiency, defect, inadequacy, or irregularity in the Prize(s) mentioned in Clause 7. The Winner(s) may not exchange or assign the Prizes mentioned and shall not be entitled to any compensation whether in cash or kind from CCBL.
b) No portion of the Prizes mentioned in Clause 7 offered under the Promotion is redeemable for cash or in kind from CCBL. The Prizes are also not refundable or transferable and cannot be exchanged.
c) No request for change in specifications etc. of allocated Prize(s) mentioned in Clause 7 shall be entertained.
d) No Prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the Promotion, or at any subsequent stage, is factually incorrect.
e) In the event of death of the Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Winner shall be entertained for receiving the Prize(s).
f) The Prize shall be provided to the Winner on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and CCBL and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the Prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever.
g) The image of the Prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may vary from the depiction made.
h) It is to be noted that in the event the Winner does not take the Prize mentioned in Clause 7 in the time and manner stipulated, then the Prize shall be forfeited by the Winner and cash or any monetary benefits in kind shall not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
i) Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. It is clarified that CCBL shall not have any liability whatsoever towards the Winner who fails to receive the Prize within the stipulated time in the manner as mentioned in this Terms and Conditions.
Publicity
The Participants undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit CCBL to cover the Promotion through various media including newspapers, radio, digital media, television including news and other channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest, or demur whatsoever to such coverage or in this regard. Further, the Participants also understand and agree that their responses may be publicised as part of this Promotion.
Whilst CCBL shall make all reasonable efforts, there is no obligation on the part of CCBL to air any entry.
The names and images of the Winners may at discretion of CCBL be announced on the Promotion Website or in any manner deemed appropriate by CCBL during or after the Promotion Period once the Winners have been confirmed and verified.
The Winners must, at the request of CCBL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to CCBL using their name and image in all promotional materials.
Intellectual Property Rights
All right, title, and interests, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the promotional material(s), and in any and all responses received, or other materials created during or for the Promotion, as a part of the Promotion or otherwise, shall vest solely and exclusively with CCBL at all times. CCBL or any person or entity permitted by CCBL in this regard shall be entitled to use any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity, and any other purpose, without any permission or payment to the Participant.
All material submitted in connection with the Promotion (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to CCBL upon submission and become the property of CCBL exclusively. CCBL may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of CCBL.
General Conditions
a) Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering this Promotion the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant’s name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
b) Each Participant is required to provide full and accurate details of their name, permanent address, phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by CCBL.
c) CCBL may, at any time, verify or authorize verification of the Participant’s entry (including such Participant’s identity, age, place of residence and affiliations) and disqualify any Participant (at any stage of the Promotion) if it is found that such Participant has submitted an entry or any documents that are inconsistent with these Terms.
d) CCBL may disqualify any Participant if such Participant engages in or it is found that such Participant has engaged in any illegal, unlawful, or improper conduct (regarding the Promotion or otherwise).
e) The decision of CCBL as regards the selection of valid entries, winners, promotion shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
f) CCBL reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, postpone, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part at any time including if, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to any technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of CCBL, Hogarth, or MYOL and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. All Winners and/or Participants agree that no claims or complaints may be raised against CCBL, or any of their affiliates, representatives, associates etc. in this respect. Any decision of CCBL in this regard and in general with respect to this Promotion and the Terms thereto shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
g) CCBL reserves the right to modify or cancel the Prizes offered under this Promotion, at its sole and absolute discretion. The Winners and/or the Participants agree that no claims or complaints whatsoever may be raised against CCBL, or any of their affiliates, representatives, associates etc. in this respect.
h) Participants shall follow all directions/rules and regulations (whether communicated in written form or verbally) framed by CCBL at all times in connection with the Promotion. Any deviation or objection by any Participant(s) may result in their disqualification from the Promotion.
i) The Participant(s) hereby undertake to provide and/or execute any documents as may be deemed necessary by CCBL to effectively carry out his/her/their obligations under the Promotion and/or its Terms.
j) Employees and family members of CCBL, Hogarth, MYOL and their associates and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
k) Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by CCBL to conduct further promotions.
l) None of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between any Participant and CCBL and the Participant shall not have the authority to bind CCBL in any manner whatsoever.
m) CCBL, MYOL, Hogarth, and other agents of CCBL shall not be liable to perform any of their respective obligations under the Promotion or in respect of the Prizes where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, epidemic, pandemic, riots, government restrictions or any other Force Majeure condition, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate the Winners or the Participants in these circumstances.
n) Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of CCBL, Hogarth or MYOL.
o) Winners and Participants undertake not to, at any time, disclose, reveal, communicate, or otherwise make public any information relating to CCBL, their respective business, personnel, servants, agents or officers to anyone.
p) CCBL shall be entitled to demand payment of tax from the confirmed Winner if applicable under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
q) CCBL accepts no responsibility for dropped calls, late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, communication, documents, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, software failure, hardware failure or otherwise. CCBL shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. CCBL is not obliged to inform such a Winner of the disentitlement; however, it may choose to bring the same to the notice of the Winner through any of the means available to it.
r) If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Promotion or the Promotion Terms, their sole and exclusive remedy is not to participate in the Promotion.
s) The general terms and conditions and privacy policy on the Promotion Website shall be applicable in addition to these Terms.
t) CCBL shall not be required to publish or disclose any personal details about the Winners of the Promotion (excluding the names and images of the Winners which may be published on the Promotion Website), including but not limited to their telephone number, address, etc., as such disclosure shall amount to violation of the privacy rights of Winners.
u) Please note that neither CCBL, Hogarth, MYOL or any of its affiliates, representatives etc. shall be responsible for any disruption, disturbance, or disconnection (including dropped calls) in the phone line and/or any undelivered missed call. All such disputes, complaints, and claims shall be raised with the Telecom Service Provider only.
v) These Terms may be altered by CCBL at its sole and absolute discretion and without any notice to the Winners and/or Participants.
Release and Limitations of Liability
a) By entering the Promotion, the Participants hereby release from and agree to indemnify CCBL and/ or any of their respective officers/employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Promotion or any consequences of conducting an illegal act including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or non-compliance or alleged non-compliance with these Terms, any other rules, regulations, directives (whether written or verbal) issued by CCBL or otherwise.
b) CCBL accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of themselves or third parties in relation to the Prizes. CCBL, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees, and agencies will not be responsible for any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries.
c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will CCBL or any of its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that CCBL may engage for purposes of the Promotion), be liable for any loss or damages (including, without limitation loss of income, profits or goodwill, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Promotion and/or the Promotion prizes, even if CCBL has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded. The Participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold CCBL harmless in the event of there being any third party/entity/organization claims arising from or related to his/her participation in the Promotion. In no event shall CCBL be liable to any Participant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Promotion or his/her participation in the Promotion.
e) In consideration of CCBL allowing the Participant(s) to take part in the Promotion, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant(s) waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against CCBL, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Promotion or related to the Promotion or the Prizes of the Promotion.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Laws
a) The courts of competent jurisdiction at Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion.
b) Participation in the Promotion is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including without limitation, this clause.
c) Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or CCBL and/or partners of this Promotion, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
