THE FANTA® 2026 CANADA HALLOWEEN PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Fanta® 2026 Canada Halloween Promotion (the “Promotion”), is open only to legal residents of Canada (“Eligibility Area”), who are 13 years of age or older as of date of game play (“Entrant”). If Entrant is a minor, they should consult with their parent or legal guardian for any additional restrictions required for usage and must have parental permission to play. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of Coca‑Cola Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Coca Cola Canada Bottling Limited, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable provincial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian’s if a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
 

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on November 1, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
 

3. How to Participate: If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation in this Promotion prior to game play. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in digital media or select retailers and scan the QR code to visit here (the “Website”) or visit the Website directly. Next, follow the instructions to log in or create a free Coca‑Cola account (“Account”) and then answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question, as directed. Once logged in and you answer the mathematical skill testing question, you will receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Game Play”). Next, follow the instructions to spin the wheel and once the Game Play is complete and you’ve answered the mathematical skill testing question correctly, you will either receive a win message for a Game Prize or a non-win message. Please note: Fanta branded tote bag (each a “Tote Bag”) Game Prizes are only available until September 1, 2026. Halloween mask (each a “Halloween Mask”) Game Prizes are only available starting September 2, 2026. Limit one (1) Game Play per Entrant per day. A day is defined as beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on a calendar day, except for the first day of the Promotion, which begins at 10:00 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET on August 24, 2026. 

Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Promotion will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds of winning a Game Prize:

Terms and Condition of the Cineplex® Admit One Certificate: Each certificate is redeemable at all Cineplex Entertainment LP (“Cineplex”) theatres, online at Cineplex.com and the Cineplex mobile app, for one Regular General Admission ticket. If the certificate is redeemed online, a booking fee, which allows for advanced online seat reservations, and provides sharable digital tickets, will apply. The fee is waived for CineClub members, is $1.00 per ticket plus tax for Scene+ members and is $1.50 per ticket plus tax for everyone else and is charged on the first 4 tickets purchased in a transaction. Following the validation/scanning process, the unique barcode is instantly cancelled which eliminates reuse. No substitutions. This certificate: (a) is non-replaceable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash even if redeemed without the consent of the certificate holder; (b) is not valid for non-feature film or Event Cinema performances; (c) cannot be combined with any other voucher or offer; (d) may be applied towards the purchase of a premium admission ticket, including but not limited to,  in IMAX®, 3D, D-BOX, 4DX, UltraAVX®, ScreenX and VIP and Kids Clubhouse auditoriums with the payment of an applicable surcharge; (e) may not be re-sold without the written consent of Cineplex; and (f) is valid for earning Scene+TM points. Additional restrictions may apply. ™/ ® Cineplex Entertainment LP or used under license.

Game Prizes will be collectively referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Game Prize per person/household. 

Unclaimed Game Prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of Game Prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play, and number of eligible Game Plays received during the Promotion Period. The number of Game Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. No transfer, cash or other substitution of any Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of any Prize is prohibited.
 

5. Verification: All winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more Game Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 4, the intended number of Game Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from playing or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.
 

6. Game Prize Winner Notification: The potential Game Prize winners will be notified during the Game and via email after receiving a Game Prize win message and must input the required verification and Prize fulfillment information within the form (“Form”) at the time of notification during the Game or within 24 hours of email notification. If a Game Prize winner fails to provide any requested information during the Game, they can provide the required verification and the correct prize fulfillment address information within twenty-four (24) hours of email notification or the applicable Game Prize winner may be disqualified and the applicable Game Prize will be forfeited. If the Game Prize winner tries to update their prize fulfillment address information after the twenty-four (24) hours of email notification, the Game Prize will be sent to the original address, pending verification. Sharing the Form is not permitted and that person will not receive a Game Prize; only the original Game Prize winner is entitled to the Prize. Game Prizes will then be fulfilled to the Game Prize winners at the mailing addresses provided within 4-6 weeks after the end of the Promotion. Return of any Game Prize or notification as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited. The Prize winners (or their parent or legal guardian if a winner is a minor) are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Promotion has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
 

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s (or parent/legal guardian’s for any minor) consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for Promotion, advertising, marketing, and Promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
 

8. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Game Play. Game Plays become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Game Plays specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Game Plays, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Game Plays; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper implementation of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award all Game Prizes claimed properly prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Game Plays. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and Prize winners (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant/Prize winner is a minor), and release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Game Play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.
 

9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Game Play process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Game Plays generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Game Play process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future Promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple email addresses, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
 

10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or provincial court located in Ontario in Canada; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in Ontario in Canada for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than CAD$100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario in Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the Province of Ontario in Canada, Canada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario in Canada. 
 

11. Privacy Notice: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Notice posted here. The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion. By providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions outside your province and/or country of residence, which may have different data protection rules governing personal information.
