HELPING MIGRANT WOMEN DEVELOP DIGITAL SKILLS

Many female refugees are educated and highly motivated, but the chances on the German job market are still poor. Anne Kjaer Riechert is about to change that. She founded the ReDI School. The name stands for "Readiness and Digital Integration" and means integration into the labor market and society through skills in the digital domain. For the participants from all over the world the computer courses are the chance for an independent life.
