REGISTRATION
WHY SHOULD I DOWNLOAD THE COCA‑COLA APP?
If you want to be in with a chance to win prizes and/or play cool games, you need to download and register for the Coca‑Cola App on your mobile device. Without it, you cannot participate.
HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Download the Coca‑Cola App in the App/Google Play Store, open the app, click on ""create account"" and follow the indicated step-by-step instructions. If you live in Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, you will have to select 'Ireland and Northern Ireland' as your country from the list when creating your account.
The Coca‑Cola App uses a passwordless registration, so be sure to check your e-mail account for the Magic Link needed to complete the registration process.
Once you are registered and logged in, you are able to participate in our promotions, play games, and more in the app.
Please note that the minimum age for paticipation is 18+ years.
PROMOTIONS
WHAT CAN I WIN?
All current promotions and prizes are shown in the "Prize" section in the Coca‑Cola App. We frequently add new ones so it's worth checking the app regularly. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you in advance which prizes we will add in the future.
WHAT ARE GEMS AND COINS?WHAT ARE GEMS AND COINS?
The Coca‑Cola App has two types of core currencies, Gems and Coins. You can collect gems by playing our games within the app and they will automatically be added to your in-app wallet as you collect them. You can collect coins by entering pincodes from participating packs into the app and they will also automatically be added to your in-app wallet as you enter them. Your wallet balance is a live count of all the in-app currencies you have collected. Some promotions may require only gems and or coins to enter for your chance to win prizes, so please check the promotion details.
HOW CAN I WIN PRIZES?
To use your coins and or gems to enter for your chance to win prizes, visit the win section within the app to explore the available prizes. Each prize shows the amount of coins or gems required for entry, along with the prize description. You can only redeem an item, if you have collected enough of each currency as indicated for the specific prize. Within the prize description screen, there is a prize redemption button over the bottom-left corner of the prize image, that has to be clicked in order to enter for your chance to win the prize. Once you have successfully entered the for your chance to win, the required currencies will automatically be deducted from your wallet, and you will see an onscreen message confirming your entry or participation.
FROM WHEN TO WHEN CAN I PARTICIPATE?
The duration of each promotion is printed on the product and you can only participate between those dates. It is not possible to enter the codes before or after the promotion.
CAN I GET A CODE EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T HAVE A CODE PRINTED ON IT?
No, only eligible products can be used to participate. If the product you purchased does not have a code, it's not eligible.
WHY DOES THE APP SHOW ME THAT MY CODE IS WRONG?
This could have various reasons. Please try holding the cap against the light to be able to read the code even better and try again. If that does not work, please check the following on the product:
- Is the product from the country you are using the app in? You can check this by looking at the address at the back of the product label. If the product is from a different country, the code does not work in your country.
- Is the promotion currently ongoing? The duration of the promotion is printed on the product. If the promotion has not started or has ended, the codes cannot be entered.
- Has the code already been entered? Each code is only valid once, so if you live in a household with multiple members. someone probably has already used this code.
If none of the above applies, please contact us at consumer.response@cchellenic.com so we can check if the code is still valid or if it has already been used.
HOW DO I SEE IF I WILL GET A GUARANTEED PRIZE ("COLLECT AND GET") OR IF I'M PARTICIPATING IN A RAFFLE OR INSTANT WIN?
When you open the prize details, you can see if it's a ""raffle"", ""collect & get"" or ""instant win"" promotion. Here's how each type works:
- For raffles, you exchange the indicated number of in-app currencies for a raffle ticket. At the end of the raffle duration, the winner will be notified. If you are not being notified, you unfortunately did not win.
- For ""instant win"" prizes, exchange the indicated number of in-app currencies for a raffle ticket, and you find out immediately whether you have won or not.
- For ""collect & get"" prizes, you exchange your earned in-app currencies for the indicated guaranteed prize.
Once you win, you will receive a voucher located on your profile under ""my prizes"". Each voucher contains information about the next steps. The types of promotions vary in the App so please always check the terms and conditions.
HOW MANY PRIZES CAN I WIN? IS THERE A LIMIT?
These vary per promotion, please see the "terms & conditions" for each promotion.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY PRIZES AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRIZE TO ARRIVE?
Once you win, you will receive a voucher located on your profile under ""my prizes"". Each voucher contains information about the next steps.
Physical prizes (e.g. clothes)
If you have won a physical prize that needs to be sent by mail, you will receive information about how quickly you'll receive your prize after you've followed the steps in the e-mail. We will then do our best to send you your prize within 28 days. However, during promotions, it may take a bit longer. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Digital prizes (e.g. voucher codes)
For digital prizes, you can see the instructions on how to redeem it when you open the voucher under ""my prizes"" on your profile inside of the Coca‑Cola
App.
All prizes are subject to verification.
WHAT DO THE NUMBERS BELOW THE PRIZES MEAN? (E.G. PRESENT SYMBOL 0/1)
Collect & Get prizes: The numbers next to the symbol show you how many times this specific prize was available (the number on the right of the /), and how many items are left (the number on the left of the /) at the moment. When the number on the left shows zero, then no more of this prize are available. We cannot disclose if we will restock a specific prize, so please check the app regularly if you don't want to miss out on great prizes.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY COINS AND/OR GEMS I CAN GET A DAY?
The limits vary per promotion, please see the 'terms & conditions' for each promotion. If you have reached the daily limit, please try again tomorrow.
WHEN WILL MORE PRIZES BE ADDED?
We continuously add prizes. If you currently cannot see one you like, keep collecting Coins and visit the app at a later point to see if something you like has been added. We cannot share with you which prizes will be added, but we are trying to offer as many different prizes as possible.
I MISTAKENLY SPENT MY COINS AND/OR GEMS ON A PRIZE. CAN I GET THEM BACK? OR CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRIZE?
Unfortunately, we cannot credit in-app currencies (e.g. coins, gems) back to an account. We hope you still enjoy the prize you've won or know someone you can gift it to. It is also not possible to exchange prizes.
YOUR ACCOUNT
HOW I CHANGE MY PROFILE INFORMATION AND PRIVACY SETTINGS?
You can change your display name and profile picture (visible only to you) on your "profile" within the app. You may also change your privacy settings directly in the app (under "more").
HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?
The Coca‑Cola App login is passwordless, so there is no need to your reset password. If you're logged out and want to login again, click "log in" after opening the app and you will receive a new Magic Link to the registered e-mail address, which will grant you access to your Coca‑Cola App account.
HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
You can delete your account at any time by visiting your Profile section within the app, clicking on your name and then clicking on the option 'Delete Account'.
Please note that by deleting your account, you will lose all your in-app currencies as well as lose access to your prize codes. Once your account is deleted, we cannot restore it or any information previously stored on the account.
GENERAL HELP
MY APP DOESN'T WORK. WHAT CAN I DO?
Before reaching out to us, please try the following steps:
1) Please check your internet connection. Try doing the same thing with WiFi and without WiFi to see if the problem is caused by an unstable connection.
2) Go to your App Store (iPhones) or Google Play Store (Android) and ensure you have the latest version of the app. If it's not the latest version, please update the app and try again.
3) If you have the latest version, try logging out of the app and signing in again. Then try again.
4) If that doesn't help, try de-installing and re-installing the app. Then try again.
5) If none of this helps, please reach out to consumer.response@cchellenic.com with the following details:
- the e-mail address used to register for the account
- what the issue is (ideally with screenshots)
- since when you've been experiencing this issue
- your phone model, software type, and software version (found in your phone's settings)
- the version of the app you are using (found in the App Store / Google Play Store)
