19.   Following this, entrants will need to answer the relevant question correctly, choose their Premier League team and whether they are a resident of Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

 

20.   Once you have successfully entered for your chance to win, you will see an onscreen message confirming your entry into the prize draw.

 

21.   There is a limit of 100 entries in total across the promotional period.

 

22.   Valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning a prize draw as detailed, which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process.

Prize Types and Availability

 

Premier League Matchday Packages

 

26.   There are 20 Premier League matchday packages available, including a pair of Premier League Tickets for a home match of the winner’s chosen club and €/£750 towards accommodation, travel & food, available to be won.

 

27.   The specific fixtures for these football match tickets will be chosen by the Promoter, the winners will have no claim over the match chosen.

 

28.   Winners of the football match tickets will not be able to change their match ticket once confirmed, regardless of personal circumstances.

 

29.   The winners and their guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including, but not limited to transport to venue, meals, drinks, merchandise and other gratuities or any other expenses are at the winners’ and their guests’ own cost, unless otherwise expressly stated within the prize details.

 

30.   If the Promoter so elects, the Winners may be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the promotion will not bring Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will include all relevant football banning orders or related incidents at any football ground as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or the Premier League. Part of this process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain. The tickets are only available in the home section of the stadium; hence all necessary checks/ conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner on the basis of the findings resulting from such background or information check.

 

31.   Football match prizes are subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Premier League and specific football club.

33.   Any ticket obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.

36.   There are 240 Coca‑Cola Vintage Jerseys available to be won:

 

Branded Coca‑Cola and Premier League vintage football jersey made from recycled polyester. There will be an option of the following sizes: 45 x M (medium), 145 x L (large) and 50 x XL (extra large) – whilst stock last. We will endeavour to provide your first choice, but this will be subject to availability.

 

37.   For the Mop Up, there will be 10 Coca‑Cola Vintage Jerseys available to be won: 5 x M (medium) and 5 x L (large), subject to availability.

 

38.   Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

 

Winner Selection and Notification

 

39.   During the main promotional period, those consumers who chose to enter the prize draw will be entered based upon the date and time of entry. The prize draw will take place on 30^th October 2026 via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme.

 

40.   All valid entrants will receive confirmation after entry via an onscreen message.

 

41.   Prize winners will be drawn in the prize draw in the following order:

 

Premier League Matchday Packages
Food Delivery Vouchers (for entrants from the respective country)
Vintage Football Jerseys

 

42.   Winners only, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the draw taking place.

 

43.   The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 14 days (5 days for the Premier League matchday packages), including their address, via a secure link to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them of the process for receiving their prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.

 

44.   Prizes[KB3]  are strictly non-transferable and will be issued to the winning entrant only. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

 

45.   The[KB4]  Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arrange the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications within 5 working days for the Premier League matchday packages and after 14 days for the other prizes or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize if possible to a reserve drawn next in line in the original draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to two (2) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the main promotional prize pool will be added as prizes to the Mop Up draw (not including the Premier League matchday packages). Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

 

46.   For the Premier League matchday packages, potential winners will be required to securely provide information to the Promoter, within the specified time scale, such as their name, a valid address, photo I.D and additional contact details to assist with fulfilling the claim and arranging the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited.

 

47.   Matchday package winners will also need to forward their UK bank account details so that their spending money can be securely transferred to their account. This cash payment will be made within 28 days of successful verification.

 

48.   Prize tickets for a match of the winner’s chosen club will be emailed securely to the winners’ email address prior to the relevant football match date or made available for collection at the ground on the day of the match. Please note that the football tickets could be sent up to 48 hours before the match. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. If circumstances mean that it is not viable to provide the tickets before the match, then the tickets may be arranged to be securely collected (with the relevant ID) from a location at the home match club by the winner.

49.   After verification, voucher winners will be sent their Just Eat digital voucher via email (using the email addressed submitted upon entry) containing a unique code for redemption. Winners will receive their vouchers within 28 days of successful verification.

 

50.   The jerseys will be dispatched via secure, tracked delivery within 28 days of receiving notice of successful verification.

 

51.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

 

52.   The Mop Up draw for 10 x Coca‑Cola Vintage Jerseys, open from 9.01am on 30^th October 2026 to 9:00am on 30^th November 2026 will take place on 30^th November 2026. The draw, contacting of the winners and subsequent delivering of the prizes will follow the same procedures as the main promotion.

 

General Information

 

53.   The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. 

 

54.   A list of the prize winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by posting your request to consumer.response@cchellenic.com and using the subject line ‘Premier League Ireland Q3’ within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. For any privacy-related request, the OneTrust form available via the privacyportal could be used or our EU Data Protection Officer could be contacted at DPO-Europe@coca-cola.com. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

 

55.   The Promoter, its agents and the prize partner will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion.

 

56.   Winners may be required, if they consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

 

57.   The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.

 

58.   The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.

 

59.   In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

 

60.   The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

 

61.   The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion. 

 

62.   Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. For avoidance of doubt, for ROI participants, the laws of Ireland and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts would be applicable and for NI participants, the laws of Northern Ireland and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
