Coca‑Cola’s 5by20 initiative is a global commitment to enable the economic empowerment of five million female entrepreneurs, by providing support through training, financial services and connections.

 

Women’s empowerment has a direct link to positive impacts, including GDP growth, business growth, environmental sustainability and improved human health. In recognising and supporting this, Coca-Cola has been helping women entrepreneurs to overcome the barriers they face in business through the 5by20 initiative.

Investing in women

By offering access to training, financial services and connections with peers and mentors, 5by20 aims to give women the support they need to succeed in the marketplace.
