Sundeep Bajoria is Vice President, Integrated Operations – Independent Bottlers, INSWA. In this role, Sundeep oversees business delivery with the company’s franchise bottling partners, with an integrated lens across franchise management, regional marketing, strategy, and commercial excellence across independent bottlers in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Bhutan. 
With a career spanning over thirty years, Sundeep brings strategic expertise and deep market knowledge to the role of transforming the India franchise into an innovation and growth engine for the Coca‑Cola System. It was the company’s values and global footprint that attracted Sundeep to join Coca‑Cola more than 20 years ago. 
Over the years, Sundeep has worked across domestic and international markets in roles of increasing responsibility across bottling and OU functions, spanning operations, finance, commercial, and strategy. His experience covers Europe, South and Southern Africa, EMEA, and INSWA. 
His leadership approach is rooted in transparency and open communication. His ability to build long-lasting relationships defines him and is reflected in his professional work ethic.
