As VP O2O, Ambuj leads shaping the digital agenda for the organization across customer and consumer verticals. He along with his team is responsible for unlocking company’s growth through building & leveraging new digital capabilities across India & Southwest Asia Operating Unit.

Ambuj is working with the purpose to create a new exponential growth engine focused on eB2B, consumer data and engagement model, & new partnerships that integrates end to end relationship with consumers, customers, distributors and bottling partners on digital platforms.

He has over 20+ years of rich & diverse experience across markets, in general management, business operations, consumer marketing, customer management, RTM, sales & distribution. He also has quality experience of leading cross-functional teams, while putting consumers and system at the core to deliver business growth.

Ambuj in his stint of 15+ yrs at Coca‑Cola India, has successfully led multiple roles across Business operations, customer management & consumer marketing. In his previous roles as Director Franchise – West CBO and Country Director – Nepal & Bhutan, Ambuj was responsible for the overall business performance and long-term sustainable growth. In his prior role as Category Manager for Stills & New Beverages, he was responsible for overall business & consumer marketing of Brands like Kinley & Schweppes for India & SWA countries, and was also responsible for new brand/product launches in these markets.

Prior to The Coca‑Cola Company, Ambuj has been associated with Asian Paints Limited. Ambuj is passionate about winning & learning continuously through new & challenging experiences.
