Vice President, People & Culture for the India & Southwest Asia Operating Unit at The Coca‑Cola Company
In this role, Charlotte partners with the Operating Unit Leadership Team and Human Resources (HR) leadership of our bottling partners to align the ‘People & Culture’ function’s priorities with INSWA’s long-range business strategy. She focuses on strengthening system-wide HR collaboration and capability, building future-ready skills, accelerating leadership development, and fostering a culture of agility and high performance across the Coca‑Cola system in the region.
Charlotte joined The Coca‑Cola Company in 2021 as Senior Director, Talent & Development for Corporate Functions, Platform Services & Global Ventures. She later served as Vice President, Global Talent Strategy & Succession, where she shaped the company’s global succession planning strategy, led enterprise People Development Forums, and partnered closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors on leadership and talent planning.
She began her career in hospitality operations before moving into consultancy recruitment and HR business partnering, building a strong foundation in people leadership and organizational capability.
Charlotte is known for combining strategic talent leadership with strong operational execution, strengthening leadership pipelines, and advancing a culture of continuous development.
