Guinness Mechanics and Guidelines
In our effort to break the world record for the biggest potluck, here are some mechanics to keep in mind:
- Everyone brings food
Each participant must bring one dish to the event. The size of the dish must be large enough to share with at least six other people at the potluck. Food should come from the food concessionaires deployed within the venue. - Variety is key
A variety of foods, including savory foods, viands, snacks good for sharing, are all available in the event venue. - Stay for a while
Gates will open at 3PM, and the event will last until 8:30PM. We have prepared magical performances for you all throughout, so make sure to stay until the awaited record-breaking announcement. - Up to Standard
A food committee will be deployed within the venue to ensure that food has been prepared, served, and shared according to local food hygiene standard laws - for example, by sharing the food in the presence of an appropriate inspector or steward. - Sharing is caring
The sharing of food is encouraged within one’s own circle of friends/family. - Screenshot of Pre-Registration and Purchased Meal are Your Tickets
Don't forget to bring a screenshot of your pre-registration confirmation and a purchased meal good for sharing during the event date. These are your tickets to the biggest Sama-Sama Salo-Salo!
Food Safety Declaration, Rules, and Regulations
By accepting these terms and conditions of our food safety policy, you confirm and declare that the potluck food that you will be bringing to the event was prepared or purchased on clean surfaces and in a clean environment.
I hereby ensure that the food I am bringing has been purchased from inside the venue. I agree that I am personally responsible for my safety and actions during the Coke Biggest Potluck World Record Attempt, later referred to as the “event” in this section.
I agree to comply with all COCA-COLA PHILIPPINES rules and regulations, including but not limited to the event and/or venue policies, guidelines, signage, and instructions. With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, my child, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge COCA-COLA PHILIPPINES, its subsidiaries, affiliates, their respective successors, assigns, promoters, agents, servants and those acting under their permission from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me for any cause of COCA-COLA PHILIPPINES, any third-party using the venue, or otherwise, while participating in any activity while in, on, around the venue and/or while using any of the venue and/or event facilities, tools, equipment, or materials.
By registering for the event, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability, understand it, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; I am of legal age and fully competent; and I execute this document for full, adequate, and complete consideration, fully intending to be bound by the same. I agree that this Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law, and that if any of the provisions hereof are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Waiver of Liability as a whole.

The event will happen on September 22, 2023, Friday in MOA Open Grounds, Pasay.
You can register on the Coca‑Cola Philippines Meals Potluck Event Page via the Chatbot messenger https://m.me/100094456016780
You will be given a unique 8-digit code once you've signed up via the Facebook Chatbot.
Kindly do not delete the chatbot message with the Unique (8) Eight-Digit Code and make sure to save a screenshot. Organizers will double check on the day of the event.
You will be asked to present this before entering the event grounds. Once the code is verified, the organizers will give you a ticket and wristband upon entry.
Always wear your wristband on the event grounds as proof of valid registration. This will help you navigate and discover the venue easier, as the wristband is your official pass. Please note that there will be no re-entry for the event organizers to monitor the participant count properly and accurately.
Yes! Guinness requires each participant to bring one dish/food that is shareable with 4 to 6 other people in the event. All participants will be required to buy food from the food concessionaires within the venue. The deployed food concessionaires shall follow local hygiene and food safety standards.
Concessionaires or food booths will be available inside the event venue where participants can buy food.
Participants are not allowed to bring home-made food or any food from outside the perimeters of the venue. Participants are strictly required to buy from the available food booths. This is to help ensure food safety following the local food safety and hygiene standards observed by the food concessionaires.
