Yes, here's a simple breakdown of your limits for the whole promo:

- Concert tickets: up to 2 times

- Greenwich ₱55 Off voucher: up to 2 times

- GrabFood voucher (KFC): 1 time only 

- GrabFood voucher (Wendy's): 1 time only 

- GrabFood voucher (Shakey's): 1 time only 

- Grab Transport ₱200 Off: 1 time only 

- Grab Transport 30% Off: 1 time only 

Once you reach the win limit for a specific prize, entering another code for that same offer won't award that prize again. Instead, you'll see a message saying: "Thank you for joining. Please try again". 

Don't worry! You can still enter valid promo codes to try and win any remaining prizes you haven't maxed out yet.

KFC has 50,000 scratch cards and 5,500 Coke Studio Keychains available in total, shared across all participating branches. Both are given out on a first-come, first-served basis, and once the total supply runs out, it will not be replenished.

Please double-check for typos and ensure there are no extra spaces. If the code from a scratch card is defaced or illegible, it cannot be replaced. If you believe your valid code is encountering a system error, please send us a screenshot of the code, your full name, registered email address, and mobile number so we can assist you.

Entering 10 invalid or already-used promo codes within a day will trigger a temporary 24-hour suspension for security purposes. Please double-check your codes before entering them. 

Note: getting suspended 3 times in one day, throughout the promo, will lead to a permanent ban from the promo.

You can find your Prize Voucher Code instantly in your Coca‑Cola Promo Page Wallet as soon as you win. A confirmation email containing the voucher code will also be sent to your registered email address.

You'll need to claim your tickets in person at a participating SM Tickets Outlet. Please bring the following:

1. Your mobile device, showing a live page with your Prize Voucher Code from your Coca‑Cola Promo Wallet or confirmation email (screenshots are NOT accepted).

2. One (1) valid government-issued ID matching your account name.

3. If you're 13–17 years old, you will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with their own valid ID.

Your deadline depends on when you won:

• Won between Sept 9–22: Redeem by September 30, 2026 (until 9:00 PM).
• Won between Sept 23–Oct 18: Redeem by October 25, 2026 (until 9:00 PM).

Codes not redeemed by these deadlines will be automatically forfeited.

Your Prize Voucher Code assigns you to one of five sections: SVIP1, SVIP2, VIP, BOX Premium, or BOX Regular.

• For seated sections, you'll choose your own seat when you redeem your tickets in person at an SM Tickets outlet. Seats are given out on a first-come, first-served basis based on what's still available. If you're claiming a pair of tickets, you'll need to pick 2 seats next to each other (side-by-side) within your assigned section.
• For the VIP standing section, you'll simply get 2 standing-access tickets.

Tickets cannot be changed or swapped after printing.

No, Prize Voucher Codes and tickets are non-transferable and can't be converted to cash.

Please keep your printed physical tickets safe! Lost, stolen, or damaged printed tickets will NOT be reprinted or replaced, under any circumstances.

Open the Grab app > GrabFood > select the merchant you won it for and a participating branch > add items to your cart > at checkout, tap OFFERS > enter your Prize Voucher Code from your Coca‑Cola Promo Page Wallet > your discount will apply.

Limit: You can win 1 of each voucher type (max 1 Grab redemption per day).

Grab Transport Voucher (₱200 Off Advance Booking, or 30% Off up to ₱30):

Open the Grab app > select Grab Car > choose Advance Booking (for ₱200 Off) or a regular booking (for 30% Off) > choose your pick-up and drop-off > tap OFFERS > enter your Prize Voucher Code > your discount will apply.

Valid: October 12–26, 2026 only.

Greenwich Voucher (₱55 Off):
