Surprise Gifts Redemption
Entries will be tracked on Facebook and Instagram via the hashtag #CokeZero and #ZeroExcuses, and collated. Lucky followers will be determined via electronic draw.
Entries must be public to qualify.
Winners will be contacted through their Facebook or Instagram account used to submit the entry.
Who are eligible to join?
This activity is open to all residents of the Philippines who have tried Coke Zero Sugar, at least 13 years old as of January 1, 2023. All qualified participants should have registered and active Facebook and Instagram accounts via mobile (with chat messaging and data services) or desktop.
Who are not allowed to join?
Employees of Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (CCFEL), Coca‑Cola Beverages Philippines Inc. (CCBPI), Partners and Distributors including employees of their parent companies and affiliates, employees of their third-party suppliers including ANT SAVVY, ISOBAR, WPP, and all their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are ineligible and disqualified from joining this Activity.
How do I join?
Participants must post a photo, GIF or video of themselves (with the required hashtags) declaring their 2023 goals to try something new in this format:

2. Use the hashtags #CokeZero and #ZeroExcuses, tag Coca‑Cola Philippines and make your post public.
• Participants must upload their photo, video or GIF as public in order to qualify as entry.
• A participant may only use (1) one Facebook Account or (1) Instagram Account to join this Activity.
• Their entry’s caption or text comment must include the following:
• Campaign hashtags #ZeroExcuses, #CokeZeroSugar
• Participants must tag the Coca‑Cola Philippines Facebook page or the Coca‑Cola Philippines Instagram account
• A participant can submit more than (1) one entry.
How will my entry become eligible for surprise gifts?
1.Participants must submit their Entries (as defined in How to Join) with the required caption and hashtags (#ZeroExcuses, #CokeZeroSugar), and tag Coca‑Cola PH
2.Participants can only win once.
What are the surprise gifts?
Chosen participants will have the chance to receive gift vouchers and exclusive activities with our Brand Ambassadors such as epic food tour and dance workshop.
How to determine the winners?
Participants must submit their Entries (as defined in How to Join) with the required caption and hashtags (#ZeroExcuses, #CokeZeroSugar), and tag Coca‑Cola PH;
Upon posting their entries and captions, participants’ entries will be collated for a chance to get surprise gifts via electronic draw;
The Coca‑Cola representatives have the full authority and discretion with respect to the selection of the entries. The decision of the Coca‑Cola representatives on the selected gift recipients is final;
Persons who submit entries for this Activity agree to be bound by the Activity rules, terms and conditions and by all decisions made by the Coca‑Cola representatives on all matters related to this activity;
How will gift recipients be contacted?
Gift recipients will be contacted on the platform where they have submitted their challenge entries, via Facebook or Instagram message. An official Coca‑Cola representative will get their contact details to make arrangements on token to be implemented by a partner agency. Coca‑Cola’s partner agency, Bates Chi & Partners, will coordinate with the winner on the distribution of tokens.
How can I claim my gift if I live outside of Metro Manila?
1. Coca‑Cola’s partner agency, Bates Chi & Partners, will coordinate with the gift recipients on the distribution of tokens within and outside of Metro Manila.
Invalid Entries/ Ineligible Entries:
1. The following entries shall not be qualified to join the Activity and will be considered ineligible entries:
a. Entries that are in a private setting;
b. Entries that contain an incomplete caption and do not have the required elements (as defined in above How to Join);
c. Entries submitted by nano-KOLs, or any Brand ambassadors;
d. Entries that may seem inappropriate or contains language or imagery that are:
• graphic, sensitive or offensive imagery;
• deceptive or misleading;
• Political;
• in any violation of any intellectual property rights;
• in violation of any law or regulation
Selection criteria and selection of token recipients:
1. Participants must submit their Entries (as defined in How to Join) with the required caption and hashtags (#ZeroExcuses, #CokeZeroSugar), and tag Coca‑Cola PH;
2. Upon posting their entries and captions, participants’ entries will be collated for a chance to get surprise gifts via electronic draw;
3. The Coca‑Cola representatives have the full authority and discretion with respect to the selection of the entries. The decision of the Coca‑Cola representatives on the selected gift recipients is final;
4. Persons who submit entries for this Activity agree to be bound by the Activity rules, terms and conditions and by all decisions made by the Coca‑Cola representatives on all matters related to this activity;
Announcement of winners:
1) Gift recipients will be contacted on the platform where they have submitted their challenge entries, via Facebook or Instagram message. An official Coca‑Cola representative will get their contact details to make arrangements on token to be implemented by a partner agency.
2) The gift recipients will be announced through a compilation post from the Coca‑Cola's Facebook page on March 15, 2023.
Awarding & distribution of surprise gifts:
1) Coca‑Cola’s partner agency, Bates Chi & Partners, will coordinate with the token recipients on the distribution of tokens.
Controls and measures:
1. A participant may only use (1) Facebook Account or (1) Instagram account to join this Activity.
2. A participant may submit multiple submissions, but once a participant has been chosen for surprise gift in the weekly draw, they will no longer be eligible for subsequent weekly draws or the epic experience.
3. Participants and their entries may be disqualified from the Activity if they are found to be fraudulent, based on reasonable parameters determined by the Promoter.
4. By participating in the Activity and submitting entries, registered participants agree to the Activity terms and conditions, and further consent that their names, images, photos and information may be used, mentioned or shown in the Promoter’s marketing, advertisements and other related materials in connection with the Activity.
5. During the awarding of the gifts, the selected entry submitter/gift recipient will be asked to sign a form that allows us to use their submitted entries for our own promotions in our pages.
6. During the awarding of the gifts, the selected entry submitter/gift recipient will be asked to sign an acknowledgement receipt which states that he/she has received his or her token in both complete and good condition.
7. Promoter reserves the right to change and/or substitute gift items with items of equal or greater value. Promoter also reserves the right to change the selected participants for activation. Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to this Activity shall be final.
