TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE COCA-COLA COKE STUDIO PROMOTION
1. The Promotion:
This Coke Studio Promotion “Promotion” is organized and hosted by The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation – Pakistan Branch (the “Company”). Participant must visit the official promotional website at https://www.coca-cola.com/pk/en/offerings/csnewwave “Promotional Website” and complete the entry form with the required information and submit a Performance video as required in clause 3 (below).
2. Promotion Duration
The Promotion begins on 16th April 2026 and will, without notice end on 30th May 2026, “Promotional Period”.
3. Eligibility to Participate
a) Participation in this Promotion is open to all legal residents of Pakistan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
b) Participation in this Promotion is prohibited to the assistants, employees, executives, partners and family members of the Company its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, authorized bottlers, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, hereinafter referred to as the “Relevant Organizers.
4. ROMOTION SPECIFC REGULATIONS
a) How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the Precipitant must first visit the official Promotional Website and complete the entry form with the required information. Participants must then record and submit a video of one (1) selected performance from the designated categories (Singer, Instrumentalist, Dancer, Designer) and upload the same on the Performance Website (the “Performance”).
b) Any Performance, video, photograph, material or information containing malicious, obscene, blasphemous or libelous content or infringing any third-party intellectual property rights shall be removed without notice and shall not be eligible for consideration.
c) The Company may select or reject any Performance entry in its absolute discretion, and which decision shall be final and binding.
d) Participant hereby consents and allows the Company/Relevant Organizer to upload, broadcast Performance video/pic of the Participant on Company social media platform for public view without any compensation to be paid to the Participant(s).
e) Selection for Participation in Coke Studio:
The Company shall, based on its own creative judgment as determined solely by the Company in its sole discretion, shall select one or more Participant’s for an opportunity to participate in the production of a Coke Studio music video “Selected Participants”
f) Participation in Coke Studio is subject to Company’s production requirements, schedules, creative direction, and approval processes, as determined solely by the Company. The Company makes no guarantee regarding the nature, extent, or duration of the selected Participant’s appearance in the music video.
g) Participation Limit: There is a limit of one entry per category per person
Selection Notification: The Selected Participant(s) will be notified by email and/or telephone following the Company’s selection of Selected Participant(s). Selected Participant(s) must respond within ten (10) days of such notification. If a Selected Participant(s) fails to respond within the specified time, the opportunity to participate in Coke Studio may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at the Company’s sole discretion.
5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) By participating in this Promotion and submitting a Performance on the Promotional Website, each of the Participants, agrees, confirms and declares, that he has read the Promotion Specific Regulations and these General Terms and Conditions collectively the “Term and Conditions” and that he/she undertakes all of their provisions, and even if he/she has not read the Terms and Conditions, he/she agrees that the Terms and Conditions shall apply to him/her and shall be binding unto him/her for any matter and purpose. Accordingly, Participation in this Promotion is at the Participant's exclusive responsibility. The Participant agrees that Relevant Organizers shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participating in the Promotion, and/or from participation in Coke Studio by Selected Participant(s). Each participant agrees to waive and release the Relevant Organizers from the above-mentioned claims and liabilities. This includes, without limitation and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
b) The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion and without prior notice due to unusual, unforeseeable events beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation. If any part of the Term and Conditions, are held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions. In any event of contradiction and/or any discrepancy between the provisions of the Terms and Condition and any other publications regarding the Promotion, excluding an announcement from the Company regarding changes to the, the provisions of these Term and Conditions shall prevail for all matters and purposes.
c) The Company shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Promotion where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in such circumstances.
d) In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions or the conduct, results, selection of winner and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on the Participant and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into nor shall be challenged in any court of law.
e) Each of the Participants hereby agrees and confirms, that his/her participation in the Promotion, submission of Performance video/pic and becoming a Selected Participant, may be covered, filmed, photographed, and broadcasted on the media, including television, billboards, printed press, websites, social media and that by his/her very participation in this Promotion, the Participant hereby expresses his/her consent and authorizes Relevant Organizers, without any compensation to the publication and/or filming of his/her name, photos and video as part of said coverage and publications, including as part of Company publications and sales promotions on any media including print, social media, television, cable, satellite channels in and outside Pakistan (where not prohibited by written law), and to the use of statements of the participants or any creative content made or submitted by the Participant as part of the promotion.
f) Prizes are subject to availability. Company may at its sole discretion, cancel the Promotion without prior notice to any person. Any winning prize shall not be exchangeable, transferable or substituted for cash or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or part and Company expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. It is a condition of entry that the Winner may be required to execute deed of acknowledgement, release and indemnity in a form prescribed by the Company and any other document required by the Company in its sole discretion.
g) Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or Selected Participant or reject any entry in such manner as Company deems, without giving notice or reason, and without any liability to the Participant or Selected Participant.
h) Company reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify the Promotion in any way, without liability to any person.
i) Information provided by the Participants or that is obtained by the Relevant Organizer under the Promotion may be used by the Relevant Organizers in order to review, develop and improve the services they offer.
j) The Company accepts no responsibility for any tax implication (if any) that may arise from participation in the Promotion or being selected as a Selected Participant. .
k) Cost of accessing the Internet/cellular network for the purpose of the Promotion is the Participant’s responsibility. Responsibility for providing a personal detail accurately fully lies with the Participant only, and the Relevant Organizers do not and shall not be responsible whatsoever for the veracity and/or accuracy and/or entry of details. Inaccurate/incomplete, late entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
l) Where the promotion requires the Participant to create and submit content for participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees that the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant , in the event the Company in its sole discretion believes that the any content submitted by the Participant may violate any applicable law or appears to infringe any intellectual property right of any third party or contains malicious, obscene, blasphemous or libelous content or for any other reason as the Company deem fit without giving notice or reason, and without any liability whatsoever.
m) Where the promotion requires the Participant to create and submit content for participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees that the Company shall be the sole owner of such content and the Participant waives any and all rights to such submitted content.
n) By participating in the Promotion the Participant agrees to abide by The Coca‑Cola Company Global Consumer Data Privacy Notice available at https://datatrust.coca-cola.com/pk/en/notices/global-consumer-privacy-notice “Notice” and agrees that participation in the Promotion constitutes Participant(s) consent to use entrant’s name, prize information, likeness, city, and residence and other personally identifiable data for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration. Also the Company and its designees may use the Participant’s details for contacting him/her for any future promotions/offers.
o) This competition and the terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
