1. The Promotion:

This "Scan and Win" Promotion is hosted by The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation - Pakistan Branch “Company”. Participants can enter by visiting the promotional website https://www.coca-cola.com/pk/en/offerings/scan-and-win , and playing a "Scan and Win" game for a chance to win instant prizes, and to be entered into a Grand Prize lucky draw after playing the shake and win game.

 The Promotion begins on December 15, 2026, and will continue until January 31st, 2026, or until the supply of all Instant Win Prizes has been exhausted, whichever occurs first “Promotional Period”.

2. Eligibility to Participate

a) Participation in this Promotion is open to all legal residents of Pakistan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

b) Participation in this Promotion is prohibited to the assistants, employees, executives, partners and family members of the Company its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, authorized bottlers, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, hereinafter referred to as the “Relevant Organizers.

3. Winner Selection:

Instant Win Prizes: Potential winners of instant prizes are selected randomly at the moment of participation in the "Scan and Win" game. Winning is determined by pre-set, randomly generated winning times throughout the Promotional Period. Winners are notified immediately on-screen.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random lucky draw each week from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place weekly and the winner will be announced on the website. The potential winner will also be contacted via the email address or phone number provided upon entry.              

4. Prize

The prizes for this Promotion are divided into Instant Win Prizes and a Grand Prize.

Instant Win Prizes: Upon playing the "Scan and Win" game, Participants have a chance to instantly win one of the following digital prizes:

•           Go Lootlo Gold Subscription Voucher Code

•           Tapmad 1-Month Subscription Voucher Code

•           Foodpanda Gift Card Code

The redemption and use of third-party vouchers and gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers (Myco, Go Lootlo, Tapmad, Foodpanda).

Grand Prize:   Grand Prizes will be awarded weekly, consisting of a Gaming Console or a Mobile Phone

5. PROMOTION SPECIFC REGULATIONS

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, an individual must first visit the official promotional website https://www.coca-cola.com/pk/en/offerings/scan-and-win . To participate for a prize, the individual must play the "Scan and Win" game. Each play of the game provides a chance to win an Instant Prize. Upon playing the game, the Participant will also be automatically entered into the Grand Prize lucky draw.

Optional Bonus Entry for Grand Prize Draw: After playing the game, Participants may be offered the opportunity to complete an optional survey. Upon successful completion of the survey, the Participant’s chances will become 2x Higher into winning the lucy draw for Grand prize. Completing the survey is not required to enter the Promotion or to win a prize (instant Prize and Grand Prize.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase of any Coca‑Cola product is required to enter or win.

Participation Limit: There is a limit of two (2) entries (participations in the game) per person per week.

Winning Limit: Each Participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Instant Win Prize and Grand Prize during the entire Promotional Period. A Participant's entries remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw regardless of whether they have won an Instant Win Prize.

Winner Notification: Instant prize winners will be notified on-screen with instructions on how to redeem their prize. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 7 business days of the draw and must respond within 30 Days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and selection of an alternate winner.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a) By participating in this Promotion, each of the Participants, agrees, confirms and declares, that he has read the Promotion Specific Regulations and these General Terms and Conditions collectively the “Term and Conditions” and that he/she undertakes all of their provisions, and even if he/she has not read the Terms and Conditions, he/she agrees that the Terms and Conditions shall apply to him/her and shall be binding unto him/her for any matter and purpose. Accordingly, Participation in this Promotion is at the Participant's exclusive responsibility. The Participant agrees that Relevant Organizers shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participating in the Contest, and/or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded. Each participant agrees to waive and release the Relevant Organizers from the above-mentioned claims and liabilities. This includes, without limitation and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

b) The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion and without prior notice due to unusual, unforeseeable events beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation. If any part of the Term and Conditions, are held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions. In any event of contradiction and/or any discrepancy between the provisions of the Terms and Condition and any other publications regarding the Promotion, excluding an announcement from the Company regarding changes to the, the provisions of these Term and Conditions shall prevail for all matters and purposes.

c) The Company shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Promotion where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in such circumstances. 

d) In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions or the conduct, results, selection of winner and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on the Participant and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into nor shall be challenged in any court of law. 

e) Each of the Participants hereby agrees and confirms, that his/her participation in and/or winning  the prize, may be covered, filmed, photographed, and broadcasted on the media, including television, billboards, printed press, websites, social media and that by his/her very participation in this Promotion, the Participant hereby expresses his/her consent and authorizes Relevant Organizers, without any compensation to the publication and/or filming of his/her name, photos and video as part of said coverage and publications, including as part of Company publications and sales promotions on any media including print, social media, television, cable, satellite channels in and outside Pakistan (where not prohibited by written law), and to the use of statements of  the participants or any creative content made or submitted by the Participant  as part of the promotion.

f) Prizes are subject to availability. Company may at its sole discretion, make winning prize substitutions or cancel the Promotion without prior notice to any person. Any winning prize shall not be exchangeable, transferable or substituted for cash or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or part and Company expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. It is a condition of entry that the winner may be required to execute deed of acknowledgement, release and indemnity in a form prescribed by the Company and any other document required by the Company in its sole discretion.

g) Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or Winner or reject any entry in such manner as Company deems, without giving notice or reason, and without any liability to the Participant or the Winner.

h) Company reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify the Promotion in any way, without liability to any person.

i) Information provided by the Participants or that is obtained by the Relevant Organizer under the Promotion may be used by the Relevant Organizers in order to review, develop and improve the services they offer. 

j) The Company accepts no responsibility for any tax implication that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings.

k) Cost of accessing the Internet/cellular network for the purpose of the Promotion is the Participant’s responsibility. Responsibility for providing a personal detail accurately fully lies with the Participant only, and the Relevant Organizers do not and shall not be responsible whatsoever for the veracity and/or accuracy and/or entry of details.  Inaccurate/incomplete, late entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions will be invalid.

l)  Where the promotion requires the Participant to create and submit content for participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees that the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winner, in the event the Company in its sole discretion believes that the any content submitted by the Participant may violate any applicable law or appears to infringe any intellectual property right of any third party or for any other reason as the Company deem fit without giving notice or reason, and without any liability whatsoever.

m) By participating in the Promotion the Participant agrees to abide by The Coca‑Cola Company Global Consumer Data Privacy Notice available at https://www.coca-cola.com/pk/en/legal/privacy-policy “Notice” and agrees that participation in the Promotion constitutes Participant(s) consent to use entrant’s name, prize information, likeness, city, and residence and other personally identifiable data  for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.  Also the Company and its designees may use the Participant’s details for contacting him/her for any future promotions/offers.

n) This competition and the terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
