1. THE PROMOTION

The Free 350ml Promo is an Under the Closure promotion applicable on Coca‑Cola, Sprite and Fanta 1.5L. The Promotion will start 1^st of October 2025 and will end by 31^st of December 2025 or till stock lasts, whichever comes earlier. 

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

a) Unique codes are printed under promo pack closures of 1.5L Coca‑Cola, Sprite and Fanta, upon finding the 8-digit unique code the consumer can scan the QR code on the promo pack to land on WhatsApp and follow the instructions there. Consumer can enter the code from under the cap there, upon winning code entered, a QR code plus a 10-digit code will be sent to consumer’s WhatsApp which is needed to be shown to the participating retailer. This offer is only eligible at participating promo stores which consumer can find in the list provided on WhatsApp. The consumer can visit the participating outlet and after providing code to the retailer, win a free 350ml Coca‑Cola or 350ml Sprite or 350ml Sprite Lemon Mint as per availability. Printouts of screen shot of WhatsApp containing winning QR Code and 10-digit code are not admissible and will not be entertained.

b) To assist consumer in finding nearest participating store’s location, WhatsApp may ask for current location only if consumer chooses to provide it, otherwise it will send a link for all participating promo stores. No other personal details will be asked for, like CNIC or bank details.

c) Participation in this Promotion is prohibited to the assistants, employees, executives, retailers, distributors, partners and family members of The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation- Pakistan Branch “Company” and Coca‑Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited “Bottler” its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizers”.

3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a) By participating in this Promotion, each of the Participants, agrees, confirms and declares, that he has read these “Term and Conditions” and that he/she undertakes all of their provisions, and even if he/she has not read the Terms and Conditions, he/she agrees that the Terms and Conditions shall apply to him/her and shall be binding unto him/her for any matter and purpose. Accordingly, Participation in this Promotion is at the Participant's exclusive responsibility. The Participant agrees that Organizers shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participating in the Promotion, and/or from winning. Each participant agrees to waive and release the Organizers from the above-mentioned claims and liabilities. This includes, without limitation and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, personal injury, death, fitness for a particular purpose and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

b) The Organizers reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at their absolute discretion and without prior notice due to unusual, unforeseeable events beyond the Organizers’ reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation. If any part of the Term and Conditions, are held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions. In any event of contradiction and/or any discrepancy between the provisions of the Terms and Condition and any other publications regarding the Promotion, excluding an announcement from the Organizers regarding changes to the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail for all matters and purposes.

c) Organizers shall not be liable to perform any of their obligations under the Promotion where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in such circumstances. 

d) In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions or the conduct and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the Organizers decision shall be final and binding on the Participant and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into nor shall be challenged in any court of law. 

e) Each of the Participants hereby agrees and confirms, that his/her participation, may be covered, filmed, photographed, and broadcasted on the media, including television, billboards, printed press, websites, social media and that by his/her very participation in this Promotion, the Participant hereby expresses his/her consent and authorizes Organizers, without any compensation to the publication and/or filming of his/her name, photos and video as part of said coverage and publications, including as part of Company publications and sales promotions on any media including print, social media, television, cable, satellite channels in and outside Pakistan (where not prohibited by written law), and to the use of statements of  the Participant as part of the promotion.

f) Winning of 350 ML Coca‑Cola, Sprite or Sprite Lemon Mint is subject to stock availability and is applicable till stocks last or expiry of Promotion which ever come earlier. Organizer may at their sole discretion cancel the Promotion without prior notice to any person. In all cases, whether in whole or part and the Organizers expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied in connection with the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

g) Organizers reserve the right, without prior notice and at any time terminate or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify the Promotion in any way, without liability to any person.

h) Information provided by the Participants or that is obtained by the Organizers under the Promotion may be used by the Organizers in order to review, develop and improve the services they offer. 

i) The Organizers accept no responsibility for any tax implication that may arise from participation in the Promotion. All taxes as required by law will be the winners’ responsibility.

j) Responsibility for providing a personal detail accurately fully lies with the Participant only, and the Organizers do not and shall not be responsible whatsoever for the veracity and/or accuracy and/or entry of details.  Inaccurate/incomplete, late entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions will be invalid.

k) Where the Promotion requires the Participant to create and submit content for participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees that the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winner, in the event the Company in its sole discretion believes that the any content submitted by the Participant may violate any applicable law or appears to infringe any intellectual property right of any third party or for any other reason as the Company deem fit without giving notice or reason, and without any liability whatsoever.

l) This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
