"THE COCA-COLA FIFA WORLD CUP 2026" PROMOTION IN KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

Official Rules

Purchase of a Specially Marked Product (as defined below) is necessary to participate and get a chance to win a Prize.

1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola FIFA World Cup 2026 Offer (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants who are under 18 years of age at the time of entry must have obtained verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian in order to participate. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation–Dubai Branch, The Coca‑Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and those prize providers and agencies that are involved in the development or execution of this Promotion or any of its materials, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.

 

2. Sponsor: The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation-Dubai Branch.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, an entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules including any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto. The decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. The Sponsor and/or Administrator may modify these Official Rules from time to time by posting the applicable terms and conditions on the Promotion Website, and shall use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of any material changes. The Sponsor and/or Administrator also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Promotion at any stage for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to regulatory requirements, force majeure, fraud, or technical impairment. Any such cancellation or termination shall not materially prejudice participants who have already entered the Promotion in reliance on the existing terms, save where the cancellation or termination is required by law or regulation. Successfully entering the Promotion and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein. These Promotion terms and conditions ("Official Rules") will be hosted at  https://www.coca-cola.com/sa/en/legal/fifa-world-cup-2026-promo  ("Promotion Website").

 

4. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins April 10, 2026, and ends September 30, 2026, or until stocks last whichever is earlier (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor may alter the Promotion Period, extend, shorten or cancel the Promotion in its reasonable discretion, in accordance with updates to be published by the Sponsor and/or any of its representatives on the Promotion Website. Where reasonably practicable, the Sponsor shall provide advance notice of any such change. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

 

5. How to Enter:

(a) Find the Code. During the Promotion Period, a code ("Code") will be printed on the specially marked FIFA world cup 2026 promotional "Coca‑Cola", products available to purchase in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in this Promotion ("Specially Marked Products"). Once you purchase any of the Specially Marked Products, scan the QR code on the pack which will redirect you to OneXp, fill out your details and then submit the  Code found under the tab. When you enter a valid Code, you will be notified of the outcome, which may include one of the prizes described below, subject to verification in accordance with Section 6 of these Official Rules.

(b) Prizes:

    • 50% on the 9-piece chicken nuggets meal (available in the Central Region Only).
    • Sundae offer (available in the Central Region Only).
    • Chicken strips offer (available in the Central Region Only).
    • Grand chicken special offer (available in the Central Region Only).
  • Digital Wallpapers (“Prize 4”)

(c) Using your Codes. Codes are valid for one use only. You may enter and play one or more of the Codes at any time during the Promotion Period; however, each Code can be used only once during the Promotion Period.


(d) Limits. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same mobile phone number. A participant can win Prize 1 and Prize 2  only once during the Promotion regardless of the region of participation. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different mobile phone numbers, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods, will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. A participant can win Prize 3 and Prize 4 any number of times. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry or play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry or play, the authorised account holder of the mobile phone number used to enter or play will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorised mobile number holder" is the natural person assigned a mobile phone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation responsible for assigning mobile phone numbers. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being authorized mobile number holders.

 

6. Verification of Potential Winners: All potential prize winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the entrant receives a message indicating that he or she has won, unless and until the entrant's eligibility and the potential winner's identity have been verified and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Any entry that is received after the prize system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective entry, is void, and will not be honoured.

 

7. Promotion Prize Selection and Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The Sponsor and Administrator shall be responsible for the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners, and their decisions in this regard are final and binding. All participants using a valid Code will be eligible to win one of the prizes mentioned below, subject to these terms and conditions and the verification process set out in Section 6 above.

 

8. Prizes:

Each entrant to the Promotion shall be eligible to win any of the following Prizes:

(i) Home Theatre systems a 65 Inch TV + Sound System (Hisense Brand) - Limited to thirty (30) winners.

(ii) FIFA branded merchandise – 10,500 pieces available in total. Rewards offered as follows:

  • Football – 4,500 pieces available.
  • Bags – 4,000 pieces available.
  • T-Shirts- 2,000 pieces available.

(iii) McDonald’s Codes – 5 million codes available. Rewards offered are as follows:

McDonald's Redemption Process:

The participant purchases a Coca‑Cola product applicable under the Promotion with the QR code. The participant scans the QR code, which leads to the Coca‑Cola microsite where he or she fills in the required form. Upon completing the form, the eligible offer will be revealed to the participant. If the offer received is a McDonald's offer, the participant will see a unique coupon code that he or she can redeem only on the McDonald's App. The participant will open (or download and register on) the McDonald's App, click on the "Coca‑Cola offer" banner on the App home page, and furnish the unique coupon code to redeem the offer. Every coupon code is redeemable only once. All terms and conditions related to offer redemption will be stated on the offer details page in the McDonald's App.

(iv) Free Digital Wallpapers

Prize Conditions and Restrictions:

The participant must be a resident of Saudi Arabia. In the event that a participant is under 18 years of age as of the date of his or her participation, he or she must have secured written approval from his or her parent and/or legal guardian.

No substitution, exchange, or transfer of prize by any winner.  Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.  Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. 

 

9. Data Usage and Privacy:

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor, Administrator and their designees will collect and process the following categories of personal data: name, mobile phone number, city of residence, and such other information as may be required to administer the Promotion and deliver prizes.

The personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes: (a) administering and operating the Promotion; (b) verifying eligibility and selecting winners; (c) delivering prizes to winners; and (d) where the entrant has given separate, express consent, contacting the entrant in connection with future promotions or offers from the Sponsor or Administrator.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant's consent for the Sponsor, Administrator and their designees to use the entrant's name, prize information, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion.

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable law and the Privacy Notice available at https://www.coca-cola.com/sa/en/legal/privacy-policy . Each entrant has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of his or her personal data, and to withdraw consent to the processing of his or her data at any time, by contacting the Sponsor. Personal data collected for the purposes of the Promotion will be retained, in line with our data privacy policy, following the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

10. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly scheduled maintenance, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor/Administrator may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Promotion and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. The Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor/Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Coca‑Cola Company, The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation–Dubai Branch, Coca‑Cola bottlers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each of them (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorised human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of registrations; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; (f) failure to award any component of a prize due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, travel bans, acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for legal fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If the Promotion has been discontinued for any reason, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, the Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

 

12. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prizes awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and (b) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Promotion, but in no event legal fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor/Administrator in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
