MAKE EVERY RAINBOW COUNT

At Coca‑Cola, we have, for decades, used our brand and our platform as a force of good in support of diversity and inclusion all year round.

The Coca‑Cola Company supports and helps raise awareness of the importance of creating a world where everyone feels accepted and valued for who they are. As part of this, we supported the most recent WorldPride events in New York (2019), Copenhagen (2021) and Sydney (2023) and we were the main official partner for EuroPride 2022, in Belgrade, Serbia.

This year we renewed our partnership with EuroPride 2023, an event endorsed by the Parliamentary Secretariat for Reforms and Equality, which took place in Malta. Through partnerships like these, Coca‑Cola aims to foster inclusion and optimism in business and outside the workplace. Going beyond our participation in EuroPride and building on our legacy of using the power of our brands to drive positive change all year round, we launched a new campaign this year, titled “Make Every Rainbow Count.” We invited everyone to participate by simply uploading a picture of a rainbow, and we took care of the rest.

By tagging Coke, for every photo received we donated money to a local LGBTIQ+ NGO that we already support locally. (*) With this initiative, we translated this colorful symbol into meaningful help – making every rainbow count.

The fight for inclusivity and equality doesn't follow a timeline, or fit in a calendar so at The Coca‑Cola Company our rainbows shine brightly year-round as we are committed to celebrating diversity and inclusion every single day.
