OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola® Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win Game (“Game”) and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of Canada (“Eligibility Area”), who are 13 years of age or older as of date of game play/entry and as of January 4, 2026, possess a web enabled mobile device (“Device”) (“Entrant”). If Entrant is a minor, they should consult with their parent or legal guardian for any additional restrictions required for usage and must have parental permission to play/enter. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of Coca‑Cola Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, COCA-COLA CANADA BOTTLING LIMITED, the International  Olympic Committee (“IOC”), the International Paralympic Committee (“IPC”), the Milano Cortina Organizing Committee (“OCOG”), the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”), the Los Angles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 (“LA28”), the United States Olympic and Paralympic Properties, LLC (“USOPP”), all participating National Olympic Committees and their individual athletes, any other official Olympic or Paralympic organization or entity, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, sponsors, licensees, and employees (the IOC, the IPC, OCOG, USOPC, LA28, and USOPP collectively, “Olympic Entities”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable provincial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian’s if a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
 

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:30 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on March 16, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 

3. How to Participate: If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation in this Promotion prior to game play/entry. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in digital media or select retailers and scan the QR code to visit (the “Website”) or visit the Website directly. Next, follow the instructions to log in or create a free Coca‑Cola account (“Account”) and then answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question, as directed. Once logged in, you will receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Game Play”). Next, follow the instructions to select from one (1) of the following games: hockey, bobsledding, skiing or snowboarding (“Game Animation”) and follow the instructions to play the selected Game Animation. Once the Game Play is complete, you will either receive a win message for a Game Prize or (whether or not you are determined a winner), you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing (“Entry”). You may skip the Game Animation at any time and will still receive a Game Play and Entry. You must answer the mathematical skill testing question correctly to be eligible for a prize. Limit one (1) Game Play/Entry per Entrant per day. A day is defined as beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on a calendar day, except for the first day of the Promotion, which begins at 10:30 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET on January 5, 2026. 

How to Receive Bonus Entries to the Grand Prize random drawing:

During the Promotion Period, after you log into your Account and answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question, as directed, follow the instructions to share a text message about the Promotion via your Device (“Bonus Entry”). The text message will contain a link to the Promotion. You will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry upon clicking the “share” button into the Grand Prize random drawing. You are not required to send text messages to receive Bonus Entries. The Bonus Entry will be awarded upon clicking the share button. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry per Entrant per day during the Promotion Period for up to five (5) Additional Bonus Entries for the entire Promotion Period.

Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays/Entries/Bonus Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays/Entries/Bonus Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play/Entry/Bonus Entries, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

Entries and Bonus Entries will be referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”.

Sweepstakes Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 17, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing. 

4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds of winning a Prize:

Grand Prize (1): A 3-day, 2-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, California USA (“Event”). The Grand Prize includes round-trip economy air transportation (based on availability) for the Grand Prize winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to Los Angeles, California USA, hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and travel companion [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], two (2) tickets to Sponsor-specified event(s) at the Event (based on availability), ground transfers between the airport and hotel for the Grand Prize winner and travel companion, and a CAD$2,000 check that can be use towards spending money for the Grand Prize winner. ARV: CAD$25,000.

Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in Canada nearest winner's home to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Prize may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. If the Grand Prize winner is under twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of trip departure, the travel companion of the Grand Prize winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of trip departure in order to check-in to the hotel. The travel companion (or winner on behalf of travel companion who is a minor and their child/charge) of the Grand Prize winner, will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. If winner is a minor, their travel companion must be their parent/legal guardian. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure [i.e., passport (or passport card)]. All travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor on dates coordinating with the Event (or prize may be forfeited, with no compensation); dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. If the Grand Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the Grand Prize travel with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of the Grand Prize. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, meals, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to/from airport and winner’s home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. Winner (or travel companion if winner is under 21) will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card. In the event that the Grand Prize winner or their travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early and/or eject them from any portion of the trip or the Event, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and their travel companion home with no further compensation to winner. 

Grand Prize winner and travel companion shall have sole responsibility for applying for and obtaining travel documents, visas, or other forms of permissions or authorizations required to travel to the United States. If winner and/or their travel companion fail to obtain the requisite forms of permission or authorizations required to travel to the United States, or are refused entry into the United States, neither winner nor their travel companion shall be entitled to any form of compensation from Sponsor or any Olympic Entities.

Lost, mutilated, or stolen Event tickets will not be replaced. By accepting the Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the applicable Event organizer, LA28, and/or by any applicable Event venue. Sponsor and/or the Olympic Entities are not responsible if Grand Prize winner does not use Event tickets on day of Event for any reason and the applicable Grand Prize winner will not be reimbursed. Sponsor and/or the Olympic Entities are not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the applicable Grand Prize winner will not be reimbursed. Released Promotion Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Released Promotion Parties’ control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Event. Event tickets are subject to the Olympic Entities’ standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to, with respect to Event cancellation, delay or rescheduling. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner and their travel companion must follow any applicable infectious disease (COVID) protocols or any other health and safety rules and protocols in place at time of travel and the Event. All Grand Prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of Event cancellation, that portion of the Grand Prize will go unawarded and no additional compensation will be provided. 

Actual style, sizes, and colors of Game Prizes are to be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. 

Grand Prize and Game Prizes will be collectively referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of Prize of equal or greater retail value (except for Event tickets). No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is strictly prohibited. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Game Prize per person.

Unclaimed Game Prizes will not be awarded. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of Game Prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play, and number of eligible Game Plays received during the Promotion Period. The number of Game Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. The winners (or their parent or legal guardian if a winner is a minor) are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation provincial, municipal and local taxes. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Promotion has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).

5. Game Prize Winner Notification: The potential Game Prize winners will be notified during the Game and via email after receiving a Game Prize win message and must input the required verification and Prize fulfillment information within the form (“Form”) at the time of notification during the Game or within twenty-four (24) hours of email notification. If a Game Prize winner fails to provide any requested information during the Game, they can provide the required verification and the correct prize fulfillment address information within twenty-four (24) hours of email notification or the applicable Game Prize winner may be disqualified and the applicable Game Prize will be forfeited. If the Game Prize winner tries to update their prize fulfillment address information after the twenty-four (24) hours of email notification, the Game Prize will be sent to the original address, pending verification. Sharing the Form is not permitted and that person will not receive a Game Prize; only the original Game Prize winner is entitled to the Prize. Game Prizes will then be fulfilled to the Game Prize winners at the mailing addresses provided within 4-6 weeks after the end of the Promotion. Return of any Game Prize or notification as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited. 

6. Verification: All winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more Game Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 4, the intended number of Game Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from playing/entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion. 

7. Sweepstakes Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment: The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted via email and will be required to sign (or, if a potential winner is a minor, their parent will be required to sign) and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as the Grand Prize winner. If potential Grand Prize winner fails to respond to the email or return the completed Declaration within three (3) days, answers the math question incorrectly, or Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected, time permitting. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Administrator will contact the Grand Prize winner within 2-4 weeks after verification to arrange travel and award the remaining portions of the Grand Prize. Return of any Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate (or their parent or legal guardian if alternate is a minor) must complete and return the Declaration in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected, time permitting. 

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s (or parent/legal guardian’s for any minor) consent to Sponsor, its agents’, and/or the Olympic Entities’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

9. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or if a minor, parent/legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's Device/browser used for Entry. Game Plays/Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Game Plays/Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Game Plays/Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor, the Olympic Entities, and each of their respective employees, contractors, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Game Plays/Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper implementation of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award all Game Prizes claimed properly prior to cancellation and select the Sweepstakes Prize winner from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Game Plays/Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and Prize winners (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant/Prize winner is a minor), and Grand Prize winner’s travel companion, release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.

10. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Game Plays/Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Game Play/Entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

11. Disputes: Entrant (or if a minor, their parent/legal guardian) agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or provincial court located in Toronto, Ontario in Canada; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in Toronto, Ontario in Canada for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than CAD$100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada, Canada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. 

12. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy here. The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion. By providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions outside your province and/or country of residence, which may have different data protection rules governing personal information.

15. Olympic Entities:  The Olympic Entities are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion in any way and shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded.
