Matcha Mojito

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Matcha powder (8 g OR 1/4 oz by weight or 1/2 oz in a jigger)
  • Mint leaves (about 5, depending on size)
  • 2 1/2 oz lemonade or limeade
  • 3 oz original Topo Chico

  • In a shaker, muddle together simple syrup, matcha powder, and mint leaves
  • Add lemonade and ice to the shaker and shake
  • Pour mixture into a tall glass and top with Topo Chico
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaf and enjoy!
