Ingredients
- 3 oz honey simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Ice
- 8 oz regular Topo Chico
- Double espresso poured over top (1.5-2 oz usually)
- Finish off with lemon wedge and rosemary sprig for garnish honey simple syrup is just equal parts honey and hot water
- Honey Maple Simple Syrup (Mix one part honey and one part hot water)
Instructions
- Add 3 oz honey simple syrup and 1 oz lemon juice to short glass
- Top with ice, and add 8 oz of Topo Chico
- Prepare double espresso (1.5-2oz) and pour over top
- Garnish with lemon wedge and rosemary sprig
