TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR "THE ISLAND EXPERIENCE X FUZE TEA" PROMOTION (the "Promo")


IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROMO. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND COCA-COLA REFRESHMENTS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (“PROMOTER”) ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU (“PARTICIPANT”) ARE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMO. BY ENTERING THIS PROMO, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY.
 

A. Eligibility

1. This Promo is valid in Malaysia only and is open to all Malaysian citizens, residents, work permit holders, and valid Malaysia pass holders who are aged 18 years and above.

2. Persons ineligible and excluded from this Promo are: (a) Employees of the Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.; Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch), and/or their respective advertising, fulfilment and Promo agencies; (b) Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of (a) and (b); (c) Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Promo; and (d) Business partners, suppliers/distributors of the Promoter. 
 

B. Promo Period

1. The Promo starts from 00:00hrs on 01 May 2026 and ends at different closing dates depending on the applicable prize category, namely 23:59hrs on 31 May 2026 for the Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize, and 23:59hrs on 31 July 2026 for all other Prizes (“Promo Period”).

2. Any entry received outside of the Promo Period shall be automatically disqualified from participation. The Promoter is not liable for any lost, delayed, or misdirected Entries (as defined in paragraph C below).
 

C. How To Participate

The manner of participation will differ depending on the type of outlets from where a purchase is being made, as listed under paragraphs C.1 and C.2 below.

1. Option A
(Purchases EXCLUDING those from on-premise chain restaurants, cinemas, theme parks, and food delivery)

a. Purchase a minimum of two (2) units of products from any of the Participating Brands as defined in paragraph C.3 below in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase A”) from any participating stores that carries the products from the Participating Brands, and which displays the Promo’ point of sales material (“Participating Stores A”) during the Promo Period. You are advised to keep the original Proof of Purchase A for record and/or verification purposes.

b. To participate, Participants are required to EITHER (i) scan the QR Code printed on the in-store point of sale materials, OR (ii) log in to the Promo website at https://fuzetea.lavishteam.com.my

c. The Participants would then be directed to a landing page where the Participants are required to provide (among others) their full name, contact number, email address, state of residence, and to submit a photo of the Proof of Purchase A (each an “Entry” or collectively “Entries”).

2. Option B
(EXCLUSIVE for on-premise chain restaurants, cinemas, theme parks, and food delivery platforms (including but not limited to KFC/TGV/GrabFood/Genting SkyWorld Theme Park))

a. Purchase a minimum of one (1) combo meal which includes at least one (1) product from any of the Participating Brands in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase B” and hereinafter Proof of Purchase A and Proof of Purchase B shall collectively be referred to as “Proof of Purchase”) from any on-premise chain restaurants, cinemas, theme parks, or food delivery platforms that carries the products from the Participating Brands, and which displays the Promo’s point of sales material (“Participating Stores B” and hereinafter Participating Stores A and Participating Stores B shall collectively be referred to as “Participating Stores”) during the Promo Period. You are advised to keep the original Proof of Purchase B for record and/or verification purposes.

b. To participate, Participants are required to EITHER (i) scan the QR Code printed on the in-store point of sale materials, OR (ii) log in to the Promo website at  https://fuzetea.lavishteam.com.my

c. The Participants would then be directed to a landing page where the Participants are required to provide (among others) their full name, contact number, email address, state of residence, and to submit a photo of the Proof of Purchase B (each an “Entry” or collectively “Entries”).

3. Participating Brands are: “Fuze Tea”, “Authentic Tea House” and “Minute Maid”.

4. Only a printed official receipt from a Participating Store with clear details of the purchase is accepted. Any manual or written or illegible receipts will be deemed invalid, and the accompanying Entry will be disqualified.

5. Phone data and/or internet usage to participate in this Promo may be subject to charges by your service provider / carrier which shall be borne by the Participant.

6. Each Entry shall be subject to verification by the Promoter and / or its representatives. In the event that details are invalid as determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Entry will be disqualified.

7. Personal information (including images) collected or received from the Participants may be used by the Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch), and/or their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering the Promo, including conducting a background check on the Participant’s identity, and verifying their eligibility to participate and receive a prize.  By participating in the Promo, the Participant explicitly allows the Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch) and/or their respective agents and agencies to contact the Participant via the Participant’s particulars provided for such purpose. The Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch) and their respective agents and agencies values all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish the Participant’s personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of this Promo or where required by law). The Promoter shall manage all personal information collected, which contains personal data, according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

8. Any Entry that is incomplete, missing the Proof of Purchase, illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, or which contains printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors will be disqualified.

9. All Entries (including the Proofs of Purchase) submitted shall become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

10. Multiple entries are permitted. However, each Entry must be supported by a different Proof of Purchase (i.e. a Proof of Purchase is valid for one (1) Entry only). In the event of multiple qualifying purchases in one Proof of Purchase, it shall be considered as one Entry.

11. The use of any voting software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enable you to automatically send codes or entries repeatedly is prohibited and will render all codes submitted by you invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to take action as may be available under the law against you.
 

D. Prize & Selection of Winners

1. There is a total of four hundred seventy-four (474) prizes (“Prizes” or “Prizes”) to be won, as follows:

Note:

* The National Grand Prize shall include round‑trip flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Jeju International Airport (CJU), with a layover in Singapore, and accommodation for a four (4)-night stay on a double‑occupancy basis.  The travel dates are fixed from 30 September 2026 to 4 October 2026. No changes, extensions, or substitutions shall be permitted.

(a) All Entries will be eligible for a chance to win the National Grand Prize.

(b) Only Entries NOT supported by a Proof of Purchase from Lotus’s outlet or Aeon outlet will be eligible for a chance to win the National First Prize.

(c) Only Entries supported by Proof of Purchase from Lotus’s outlet will be eligible for a chance to win the Lotus’s Exclusive First Prize.

(d) Only Entries supported by Proof of Purchase from Aeon outlet will be eligible for a chance to win the Aeon’s Exclusive First Prize.

(e) Only Entries NOT supported by Proof of Purchase from Aeon’s outlet will be eligible for a chance to win the National Second Prize.

(f) Only Entries supported by Proof of Purchase from Aeon’s outlet will be eligible for a chance to win the Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize.

2. The total number and type of Prizes that will be awarded in this Promo will not exceed those as stated in Paragraph D.1 above. By participating in this Promo, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that in no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

3. Prizes are available on an “as-is” basis and are not transferable, exchangeable, or convertible to cash. The Promoter reserves the right not to award any Prizes or any alternative prizes of equal or greater value, for any reason whatsoever to a Participant who fails to meet any stipulated requirement for the claiming of the Prize. Promoter also reserves the right to substitute the Prize with any other prizes of equal or greater value.

4. Winners will be selected via a lucky draw (“Draw”) based on a computerized system in the presence of an authorized personnel of the Promoter or its agency.  The Draw for the Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize shall be conducted on 7 June 2026, while the Draw for all other prizes shall be conducted on 7 August 2026.

5. Winners will be selected via the Draw based on the following mechanics:

a. Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize winner selection:  The overall total number of entries for purchases at Aeon outlet will be divided by a factor of 200 to determine the number of the Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize winners.

For illustrative purposes, a total of 2,500 valid Entries was received from Aeon outlet. Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize Winners will be the entries at positions #13, #26, #39 and so on.

b. National Grand Prize winner selection: After deducting the entries of Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize winners, the overall total number of entries received for the Promo will be divided by a factor of 4 to determine the number of National Grand Prize winners.

- For illustrative purposes, a total of 10,200 valid Entries was received. The National Grand Prize Winners will be the Entries at positions #2,550, #5,100, #7,650 and #10,200 .

c. National First Prize winner selection: After deducting the entries of the winners from Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize and National Grand Prize, the remaining entries received for purchases at all outlets excluding Lotus’s and Aeon outlets will be divided by a factor of 50 to determine the number of National First Prize winners.

- For illustrative purposes, a total of 2,500 valid Entries was received. The National First Prize Winners will be the Entries at positions #50, #100, #150 and so on.

d. Lotus’s Exclusive First Prize winner selection:  After deducting the entries of the winners from Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize, National Grand Prize and National First Prize, the remaining entries received for purchases at Lotus’s outlet will be divided by a factor of 12 to determine the number of the Lotus’s Exclusive First Prize winners.

- For illustrative purposes, a total of 2,500 valid Entries was received from Lotus’s outlet. Lotus’s Exclusive First Prize Winners will be the entries at positions #208, #416, #624 and so on.

e. Aeon’s Exclusive First Prize winner selection:  After deducting the entries of the winners from Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize, National Grand Prize, National First Prize and Lotus’s Exclusive First Prize, the remaining entries received for purchases at Aeon outlet will be divided by a factor of 8 to determine the number of the Aeon’s Exclusive First Prize winners.

- For illustrative purposes, a total of 2,500 valid Entries was received from Aeon outlet. Aeon’s Exclusive First Prize Winners will be the entries at positions #313, #626, #939 and so on.

f. National Second Prize winner selection: After deducting the entries of the winners from Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize, National Grand Prize, National First Prize, Lotus’s Exclusive First Prize and Aeon’s Exclusive First Prize, the remaining entries received for purchases at all outlets excluding Aeon outlets will be divided by a factor of 200 to determine the number of the National Second Prize winners.

- For illustrative purposes, a total of 2,500 valid Entries was received. National Second Prize Winners will be the entries at positions #13, #26, #39 and so on.

For the avoidance of doubt, where the calculation results in a decimal figure, any decimal of 0.5 and above shall be rounded up to the next whole number (i.e. increased to the nearest whole number), while any decimal of 0.4 and below shall be rounded down (i.e. the decimal shall be disregarded).

6. Each Participant is entitled to win only one (1) Prize throughout the entire Promo Period. For example, the winner who wins the National Grand Prize will not be eligible to win a National First Prize.

7. The Winner will be notified either through email, WhatsApp text, or phone call with details of how to claim their Prize. Winners must produce the original Proof of Purchase for Prize collection and a valid Malaysia delivery address once Proof of Purchase has been validated.

8. Where a Winner is unable to be contacted or where a Winner is subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Winner with an alternative winner.

9. Winners may be required to sign a Participation / Release Agreement in such form as may be required by the Promoter to claim their Prize.

10. Unless otherwise specified, all Aeon’s Exclusive Second Prize MUST be claimed by 31 July 2026 while all other Prizes MUST be claimed by 25 August 2026. Prizes not claimed by the stipulated date will be forfeited.

11. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective sponsors and third-party vendors, if any. The Promoter is not liable for these conditions and the use of the Prizes.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for warranties, maintenance, taxes or any additional costs associated with the Prizes. Prizes will be awarded in Malaysia only.

13. In respect of the National Grand Prize, the clauses below shall apply: -

13.1 Both the winner and his/her traveling companion are required to sign a Participation/Release Agreement in the form prescribed by the Promoter to claim the National Grand Prize.  Non-compliance of this requirement will result in disqualification in which event the Promoter will award the National Grand Prize to an alternate winner (being the next entry).

13.2 Each Winner and his/her traveling companion must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (e.g. valid passport and visa (if required)).

13.3 The National Grand Prize is subject to the Winner Contact, Verification, Trip Fulfilment & Travel Conditions of the Promoter’s appointed trip organiser, Flyco Business Pte. Ltd., which is available at https://www.coca-cola.com/my/ms/legal/terms-and-conditions-the-island-national-promo.

In addition, the National Grand Prize may be subject to the standard terms and conditions of airlines, accommodation providers, sponsors, third-party vendors and/or service providers. The Winners may be required to present a valid credit card at time of accommodation check-in.

13.4 All documentation reasonably required by the Promoter and/or its agents to arrange the travel bookings (including but not limited to passport details) must be provided upon request. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the National Grand Prize at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.

13.5 All applicable taxes, fees, charges and surcharges in connection with the National Grand Prize, including but not limited to passport, visas, additional transportation, personal and incidental expenses, travel insurance, taxes, phone, extra-person charges, and any other applicable expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners.

13.6 The travel shall be deemed fully utilised upon confirmation of a qualifying booking and shall not be cancelled, reinstated, refunded, replaced or rescheduled under any circumstances, including but not limited to any cancellation or change initiated by the Winners or arising from operational, airline, accommodation, weather-related or other unforeseen events.

13.7 If travel to the designated country becomes impossible, impracticable or inadvisable due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to the issuance of a travel advisory, quarantine or border restrictions imposed by any government or authority, the outbreak or resurgence of any epidemic, pandemic or disease (including Covid‑19), or the occurrence of war, hostilities, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts or other similar events affecting travel, the Promoter shall have no obligation to provide the National Grand Prize.

13.8 Failure to obtain any required visa(s) will also result in the Winner’s disqualification. In such circumstance, awarding an alternate winner shall be at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. The Promoter, and/or their respective agents and agencies, are not responsible in the event that the Winners are denied the ability to fly out of or into any particular airport, whether due to airport / visa restrictions or otherwise. The Promoter, and/or their respective agents and agencies will not replace any lost or stolen tickets.
 

E. Other Conditions

1. All promotional materials shall form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any advertising, promotional or publicity materials in relation to or in connection with the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. The Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and/or Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch), are not and shall not be held responsible for any delay, error or any other problems in the operation of the Promo caused by or arising from breakdown, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer or on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and / or traffic congestion on the internet and / or at any website or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to any participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to and / or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the Promo.

3. In no event will the Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or Promo agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, respective and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any the Participant’s acceptance of the Prizes, or their participation in the Promo. By participating in the Promo, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch) and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, cause of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.

4. The Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch) and their Affiliates make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the Prizes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or anything in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter, Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Coca‑Cola Far East Limited (Malaysia Branch) and their Affiliates are not liable for any defect in the Prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded under the laws of Malaysia.

5. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and / or modify these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice. By participating in the Promo, the Participant is deemed to have accepted this Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

6. This Promo and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts in Malaysia.

7. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promo is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

8. The Promoter is Coca‑Cola Refreshments Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., whose principal place of business is at Level 15, Menara Lien Hoe, Persiaran Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

11. For the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, please visit https://www.coca-cola.com/my/ms/legal/privacy-policy. By participating in this Promo, you are deemed to have consented to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, please do not participate in this Promo.

12. Where the Terms and Conditions of the Promo are prepared in English and any other language(s) in the event of any inconsistency between the English language and the other language(s), the English language version shall prevail and govern in all respects. These Terms and Conditions shall also prevail over and take precedence over any terms and conditions imposed by any trip organiser, to the extent of any inconsistency.

WINNER CONTACT, VERIFICATION, TRIP FULFILMENT & TRAVEL CONDITIONS

1. Transfer of Winner Information
Upon completion of the winner selection process by Coca‑Cola Refreshments Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Promoter”), the selected winner’s contact details and relevant personal information may be shared with Flyco Business Pte. Ltd. (“Flyco”) solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment, trip coordination, verification, booking administration, and related travel arrangements for the trip to Jeju Island (“National Grand Prize”).

2. Winner Contact by Flyco
After receiving the winner’s details from the Promoter, Flyco will contact the winner using the contact information provided to the Promoter. Flyco may contact the winner by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or such other reasonable means of communication for the purposes of:
 (a) identity verification;
 (b) confirming acceptance of the National Grand  Prize;
 (c) collecting required travel details and documents;
 (d) coordinating booking and itinerary arrangements; and
 (e) communicating important pre-trip information.

3. Winner Response Deadline
The winner must respond within the deadline communicated by Flyco, failing which the winner may be deemed to have forfeited the National Grand Prize. If a winner is uncontactable, fails to respond, declines the prize, or fails to submit the required information or documents by the stated deadline, the Promoter and/or Flyco reserve the right to disqualify that winner and appoint a replacement winner, if applicable.

4. Verification and Supporting Documents
Prior to confirmation of the National Grand Prize, the winner may be required to provide  documents and information requested by Flyco and/or the Promoter, including but not limited to:
 (a) full name as per passport;
 (b) copy of passport biodata page;
 (c) contact number and email address;
 (d) nationality and residential address;
 (e) emergency contact details;
 (f) any visa-related information required for travel; and
 (g) signed declaration forms, waivers, indemnities, publicity releases, medical acknowledgements, or participation agreements.

Failure to provide accurate, complete, and valid documentation by 23 August 2026 may result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of the National Grand Prize.

5. Accuracy of Information
The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that all personal particulars and travel information submitted to Flyco are complete, accurate, and identical to the winner’s travel documents. Flyco shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, failed booking, denied boarding, immigration issue, or additional costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or late submission of information by the winner.

6. Acceptance of Prize
 The National Grand Prize shall be deemed accepted only after the winner:
 (a) confirms acceptance in writing or through such method required by Flyco;
 (b) successfully completes Flyco’s verification process; and
 (c) submits all required forms, information, and supporting documents within the specified timeline.

Until all such requirements are fulfilled, Flyco and the Promoter reserve the right not to proceed with travel bookings or other arrangements.

7. Nature of Flyco’s Role
Flyco acts as the appointed trip organiser and coordinator for the National Grand Prize. Flyco shall coordinate the fulfilment and administration of the trip arrangement after receiving the winner’s details from the Promoter, including pre-trip communication, booking coordination, itinerary management, and on-ground support, subject always to these terms and conditions and the policies of third-party service providers.

8. Scope of Prize Fulfilment
Unless otherwise stated by the Promoter in writing, the National Grand Prize includes only the specific components expressly communicated to the winner. Any costs, expenses, upgrades, add-ons, personal purchases, incidental charges, or items not expressly stated to be included in the National Grand Prize shall be borne solely by the winner.

9. Travel Document Responsibility
The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that he/she holds a valid passport with sufficient validity, and where applicable, valid visas, permits, vaccination documents, travel declarations, or any other immigration or entry requirements required for travel to and from Jeju, South Korea. Flyco shall not be liable if the winner is unable to travel due to failure to satisfy passport, visa, immigration, customs, health, or border control requirements.

10. Health, Fitness and Participation Suitability
The winner acknowledges that participation in the National Grand Prize experience  may involve travel, physical movement, outdoor activities, scheduled excursions, and group-based experiences. The winner is responsible for assessing his/her own fitness, medical suitability, and readiness to participate. Flyco may require the winner to disclose relevant medical or mobility conditions where reasonably necessary for trip planning or safety management. Flyco reserves the right to restrict or decline participation in any specific activity where safety, health, or operational concerns arise.

11. Travel Insurance
Purchase of travel insurance is at the sole responsibility of the winner. Where travel insurance is facilitated, such insurance shall be subject strictly to the issuing insurer’s policy terms, coverage limits, exclusions, underwriting criteria, and claims processes. Flyco acts only as a coordinator or facilitator, where applicable, and shall not be responsible for any rejection, limitation, delay, or outcome of any insurance claim.

12. Third-Party Providers
Flights, hotels, transport, meals, attractions, event venues, and activities may be arranged through third-party airlines, hotels, operators, merchants, and service providers. All such services are subject to the respective providers’ terms, conditions, carriage rules, cancellation policies, safety requirements, and operational limitations. Flyco shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, closures, force majeure events, service failures, or insolvency of such third-party providers.

13. No Cash or Transfer
The National Grand Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or other alternatives, whether in whole or in part, except at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The winner may not sell, assign, nominate another traveler, or otherwise transfer any component of the National Grand Prize.

14. Conduct and Compliance
The winner must comply with all instructions, policies, safety measures, local laws, venue rules, airline requirements, hotel policies, and reasonable directions issued by Flyco or third-party providers during the trip. Flyco reserves the right to remove, refuse, or restrict participation of any winner whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, abusive, intoxicated, non-compliant, or likely to adversely affect the safety, enjoyment, or experience of others, without compensation.

15. Failure to Travel / No-Show / Withdrawal
If the winner fails to travel, misses any departure, check-in, activity, or scheduled program, withdraws voluntarily, or is denied boarding or entry for reasons not attributable to Flyco, the relevant portion of the National Grand Prize shall be deemed forfeited and no replacement, refund, or compensation shall be provided.

16. Media, Photography and Publicity
The winner may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during pre-trip, on-trip, or post-trip activities relating to the National Grand Prize. By accepting the National Grand Prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter, Flyco, and their respective agencies may use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, photographs, videos, testimonials, and trip content for publicity, promotional, marketing, social media, internal reporting, and related purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

17. Release and Assumption of Risk
By accepting and participating in the National Grand Prize experience, the winner acknowledges and accepts that travel and participation may involve risks, including but not limited to flight disruption, illness, injury, property loss, weather events, activity-related incidents, and travel delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, Flyco, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the winner’s participation in the National Grand  Prize experience, except to the extent caused by fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, neither the Promoter nor Flyco shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic loss, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, loss of income, or additional personal expenses arising from or in connection with the National Grand Prize, travel arrangements, itinerary changes, or participation in any trip component.

19. Data Use for Prize Fulfilment
The winner acknowledges and agrees that personal data may be collected, used, disclosed, and processed by the Promoter, Flyco, and their respective service providers for purposes related to prize fulfilment, verification, travel booking, trip operations, insurance facilitation, emergency management, legal compliance, and administration of the consumer promotion, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s and/or Flyco’s privacy policies.

20. Force Majeure
If the National Grand Prize or any part of it cannot be fulfilled, operated, or completed due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, epidemic, pandemic, border closures, government restrictions, airline disruptions, labour disputes, or supplier failures, the Promoter and/or Flyco reserve the right to cancel, postpone, substitute, modify, or withdraw the National Grand Prize or any component thereof without liability, subject to applicable law.

21. Final Decision
All decisions of the Promoter relating to winner eligibility, verification, forfeiture, substitution, trip fulfilment, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

22. Personal Data & Privacy

  • The winner acknowledges and agrees that personal data may be collected, used, disclosed, and processed by Flyco, the Promoter, and their respective agents, affiliates, and service providers for purposes including but not limited to:

a) winner verification and eligibility confirmation;

(b) prize fulfilment, travel booking, and itinerary coordination;
(c) communication, safety management, and emergency response;
(d) insurance facilitation and claims processing; and
(e) administration of the Campaign and related operations.

  • Personal data may include, without limitation, the winner’s name, identification details, contact information, passport details, date of birth, nationality, emergency contact details, and any health or dietary information voluntarily provided.
  • The winner consents to the disclosure of such personal data to relevant third parties, including airlines, hotels, travel operators, insurers, event partners, vendors, and authorities, where reasonably required for the purposes set out above.
  • The winner acknowledges that personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed outside of Singapore for the purposes of travel arrangements and operational execution, and agrees to such transfer.
  • By accepting the National Grand Prize, the winner further agrees that his/her name, likeness, voice, photographs, videos, and related content may be used by the Promoter and Flyco for publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Flyco shall take reasonable steps to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out herein or as required by law.
  • Where the winner withdraws consent for the collection or use of personal data, the Promoter and/or Flyco reserve the right to disqualify the winner and/or withdraw the National Grand Prize where such data is required for fulfilment.
